Crowne Plaza Hotel Queenstown - Квінстаун

I loved this hotel and it's perfect location in the heart of Queenstown. The hotel ha amazing views, on site laundry facilities, very helpful employees, and most importantly a great bed! Loved my stay and look forward to going back!

Last time i was in Queestown i stay a bit out of the city. This time i sprung for the CP in the heart of the city. Its got a great location, comfortable beds, stunning lake views, and a very helpful staff. There is even guest laundry machines in the hotel. The airconditioning in the room was pathetic.One could not sleep as it was warm and the air conditioning totally ineffective. The husekeeping was abysmal . Balcony was never properly cleaned. This is a fantastic hotel!!! We loved everything about it, from the service to the room, to the location and proximity to all the fun parts of the fun... again fantastic!

Handy location and friendly staff. Hotel public space feels welcoming and very presentable, however the corridor & guest room could do with a refurbishment in line with the ground floor reception area. To our surprise the pillow choices wasn't anything as per listed and the hair-dryer did not work, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Slight walk to main bus terminal but otherwise excellent location.

Perfect location, comfy bed, super clean, great service, well priced - this hotel ticks all my boxes. This hotel's drawing card is that it is in the town centre so its conveniently located for those who want to be close to the restaurants/bars/shops but don't have a car. Our king size bed was extremely comfy which was something to look forward to after a long day skiing. There is even a pillow "menu" you can choose from, but even the standard pillows we had were nice too. The room service was exceptional. Our food was delivered nice and hot to our room in less than 15 minutes. The in-room dining menu had much to choose from and was well-priced too, better than some of the "nicer" restaurants in town. The duck risotto is a must to try. Also, the travel concierge was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which made organising hire cars, tours etc much easier. We hired a car during our stay and were suprised to find out that the hotel does not offer complimentary parking. Parking is NZD15 per day valet parking fee, however if you are lucky, free street parking can be found sometimes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others. Читати далі

Best location, I just found the room a little small for 4 people. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant there was very good. Room service was efficient and affordable. Over all great stay and would stay there again.

Hello This was a great hotel, right in the middle of the town with good views over the lake. We found it to be comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults & two kids) and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We were unhappy with two aspects of the food service...room service dinner was below standard, our complaint was responded too in satisfactory manner. Food/bar service staff were inattentive and chose to continue talking among themselves rahter than serve customers....we were not the only people waiting.

Location wise the hotel was great, just on the edge of the city so made it easy to walk into town for a bite or sightsee. Will definitely stay next time as well

excellent service great rooms spectacular views walking distance to everything in the township totally loved this location!!! reccommend it without reservation. we will be back! PS the beds and pillows are the best i have ever slept in away from home!

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is located right on the lake but still in the downtown section of Queenstown so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are a good size and very nicely finished. The hotel staff are really helpful and the ambience of the hotel is great. We would highly recommend this place.

Location was very central and hotel looked very nice. However, we were allocated a room next to the laundry room. There were no restrictions to times that guests can use the washing machine and driers so even at 1AM the machines were running which was on the other side of our headboard! Hotel is very clean and steps away from all the shops in Queenstown.

My complaint is that the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Also, we had a room with an adjoining door to another room and although the door was closed we could hear everything going on and they could hear us. But the location is absolutely perfect and I would go back again.

Upon arrival, the reception did not cater our needs, did not bother to check if we can have 2 rooms on the same floor, eventhough they know that we were travelling with 2 kids. Crowne Plaza is in a great location. Right across the street from the lake, great views, easy to walk anywhere in town even in winter. Rooms were clean, but not very luxurious. Bedding was nice, low shower pressure. Housekeeping was good and attentive each day, but ran out of the humidifiers. Lots of construction in June across the street and in the […] hotel. One elevator was down all week. Atmosphere in the lobby left something to be desired. It was very white and sterile. Lots of European jazz band pumped through around white leather couches. I’d much prefer a nice fireplace and casual bar. Coffee in the restaurant was good, but buffet was expensive and short on hot food. Stay here in Queenstown for convenience and a nice hotel. 場所もさることながら目の前に湖が見えてとても良かったです、レセプションには日本人スタッフがいて色々教えてもらえたり、心強かったです。

Muy buena localizacion, excelente servicio y limpieza. Los restaurantes siempre estuvieron llenos, no logramos comer ahi pero me imagino que eran excelentes ya que estaban llenos todas las noches.
