pool dirty and jacuzzi unfit to go in. breakfast satisfactory

We arrived around dinner time. There was a sign on the locked lobby door that said "back in 10 minutes". We had dinner and then came back to register. A minor inconvenience, but it caused an unnecessary trip to the Hotel. Then the clerk reused the little paper key holder from a previous guest by erasing the old room number and writing the new one. I'm […] not sure if they were out or trying to cut costs. Again, a minor thing but still weird. The Hotel was fairly well maintained and clean enough. The Days Inn Kingman was a middle of the road hotel. The high was that the bed was really comfortable. The low was that the plumbing was making a long lasting horrific sound and that there were barking dogs staying in the hotel. They did have breakfast and they were located right off of highway 40.

Nice hotel for staying overnight.

For the money, this hotel was actually pretty good, but the bathtub was worn down, the faucet leaked, the morning "breakfast" was the cheapest food possible. Having said all that, for one night it was certainly reasonable and well located close to the freeway, although in a somewhat industrial area.

Only stayed one night but would definitely come back. It's extremely close to the Interstate, quiet, economical, and comfortable.

Rooms were small. Price was to high. We found a room right down the road for alot cheaper. Pool was green. Very discusted!!! Old hotel! Office did nothing about pool and continued to let people swim in it.

Pool was disgustingly dirty with visible mold like marks. Dead insects floating on the surface. Jacuzzi/hot tub was even worse with STINKING water. In jacuzzi/hot tub room i saw broken wooden bench and close to exhaust there was an electric panel broken and wires were exposed. In the main pool area the metal stair had mild electric current. We requested […] attached rooms and was told that they dont have it but the room I stayed in had a door opening in next room. I requested so that my kids and nephews (staying in seperate room) can play without getting exposed to extreme temperatures (from AC room to 100 degrees outside and back in AC room) I have no idea why they couldn't accomodate us as per our requirement. There was no reason for a lie that rooms are not connected. Requested extra towels which took about 40 mins. VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. Читати далі

I was not expecting a big or heated pool, but this pool and spa were stinking dirty. Room was decent quality with clean bed. Front desk was not friendly. We booked two connected room but they gave us separate rooms even if the connected rooms were available. We just needed a place to stay overnight on our way to Havasupai and this more than fit the bill. The clerk was very nice and our room was clean and comfortable. Very nice comfortable hotel. Nice plush beds,Nice clean bathroom. The only issue is the breakfast area is smaller then expected. People were cramped in the small office/breakfast area. If the owners fix this it will definately add stars to this nice hotel.

The main office had papers everywhere. Then the jacuzzi was broken.

I was able to find the hotel very easily, check in was a snap, but the room was not very clean. The bed was made, but it looked as though someone had just left. The Tub was filthy, and there were crumbs on the floor. I asked for a clean room and was told all were taken. This was our stop over after a day of hiking the 16.5 miles down and back up the Grand Canyon. So our primary concern was a safe/quiet room with a comfortable bed. Both of those needs were 100% met. Some downsides were: 1. Only one washcloth in the bathroom (we did not call to ask for a 2nd - so it obviously wasn't that big of a deal to us); 2. Bathtub […] waas a wreck - half of the caulk was missing, the other half looked like it was applied with a spatula. If there isn't mold in those walls now, there will be after several more showers; 3. We hit the continental breakfast about 30 minutes before it was closed and a majority of the food was gone. We enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel and would definitely reccommend it to any and everyone. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stopped for a night on the way to the Grand Canyon. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the price was very good. It is an older motel and the room was on the small side for four of us, but everything worked just fine and value for money, it was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. The room had Nonsmoking signs in the room but it had been smoked in many many times. My clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke after we left. The room was clean but for the price, we could have stayed in a nicer place.

I stayed in the Days Inn at Kingman and was very pleased with the accommodations. The staff was courteous, the room very comfortable.

The counter staff was great and directed us to a wonderful dinner spot complete with great micro brews and tasty food. The room had some quirky aspects. There was not a toilet paper holder and bathroom counter space was at a minimum.....but this gave the room character. We were very satisfied with our stay at Days Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was surprisingly bigger than we expected. The bed was so comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Kingman.

We were traveling with children, rooms were accomodating. Seems like an older hotel but was clean, a/c didn't work but we were moved to a room that had working a/c. sheets weren't crisp but they were washed, towels looked used(could use an update). IWe wlll not stay there again. Sheets looked like they had been slept in and had black specs on them, bathoom was not clean, room needed dusting and vacumning. Becky was very nice, did change sheets, and expressed her apologies.

For the price that we paid we kinda expected a not-so-nice room. The room was not maintained very well. In our opinion, the room could have been wiped down better. We found a pretty thick layer of dirt/dust on the tables. The room did not smell, though.

Simple hotel good for one night. Bed was comfortable. You can hear the trucks driving by at night so bring ear plugs.

Great room for the money.

Hotel is in a nice area. Its clean and quiet. Had breakfast there - nice assortment. Overall, would stay there again.

I had stayed here 2 times before and it was very friendly and clean, not this time. The clerk was rude and not helpful, the tub was dirty. When the manager was told about the clerks attitude, she just rolled her eyes and did not appologize. Will not stay there again.

The beds looked just like the picture, beautiful, but the rest of the room was a different story. The bath tub was so banged up and dirty looking I was afraid to give my kids a bath in it and didn't feel quite so clean after showering myself. After their showers the kids played around a bit and then I changed a diaper before bedtime and my son's toe […] touched the wipes and it rubbed off black from only a couple of hours of play in the carpet in there. The breakfast was pretty pathetic as well. The waffle mix looked like it had been left out quite awhile and it wasn't nearly enough to even cover the waffle iron. The rest of the pickings were slim as well. I was quite disappointed in my stay here. I felt like I was fooled by the picture of the beautiful beds. Читати далі

We required two rooms for three days while visiting my brother. We are seniors. Mky wife and sister botlh have had knee replacement and it was difficult to climb the stairs the first day. The hotel staff assisted us by making ground level rooms available the second two nights. We were travelling from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas and decided to stay at this Days Inn for night. It was pretty decent hotel with all the necessary things you would like. Hotel was under construction, which we were unaware of. So there was NO parking for our vehicle and small trailer. The room was very dirty, with the carpet even worse. Because of the conditions, we only stayed long enough to shower, change and take a 2 hour nap before getting back on the road. We were very disappointed with this hotel.

For the money I expected a little more. No there were not bugs and or extreme dirty conditions like some I have read about, but it was just not very comfortable for the money. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower and bathroom were very worn. Security was good as all rooms enter from inside the hotel.

This experience was typical for Days Inn. Really only for an overnight stay and it was a very acceptable standard. Good value for the cost.

Pour une halte vers le Grand Canyon, et puis il est sur le Route 66 !! très bien ! accueil hyper sympathique de la gérante malgré notre arrivée tardive. j'y retournerais avec plaisir

El hotel no es ninguna maravilla pero en relación calidad-precio es lo esperado. Queda a mano si estais pensando en visitar el Gran Cañón y el pueblo tiene su encanto al ser atravesado por la ruta 66, está lleno de tiendas de souvenires curiosos, de gasolineras antiguas, etc. Eso sí, no sigais las recomendaciones del dueño del hotel cuando os insista […] en que visiteis Sedona: pueblo de neohippies con un tufillo a marihuana y esoterismo.
