The hotel was lovely but its not exactly easy to find entrance to the hotel off the M25. I was stuck on the M25 for one and half hours trying to find the hotel.

Considering the many choices that are near Heathrow Airport this was a good choice. Easy to get too, the shuttle to the airport was punctual, all the staff were very helpful and professional. I was shocked to see that the regular night stay was almost 600 dollars. If I was paying full price, the rust in the bathroom, small nicks in the wall small tears in the carpet. The hotel is modern and clean with a good range of restaurants within the hotel. This is important if, like me, you do not have a car since there are no facilities close to the hotel. I found the food to be good and reasonably priced but it is a shame the hotel does not operate a shuttle to the airport. Instead you are obligated to ride a pricey shuttle […] (about $7 each way for a brief ride). There is no free internet in the hotel and prices to get access are absurdly high. Finally, there are 3 Holiday inns at Heathrow and airport employees are not able to distinguish between them thus sending you to the wrong hotel and leading to the expense of a taxi. Got to the hotel after close to 30 hrs of flights and layovers and found nothing to complain about. All of the staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel a little tired on some floors (stayed twice: one was clearly a refurbished room & somewhat nicer, the other was less so but okay!). Problem getting people into breakfast one morning - not sure why, gave up in the end (so paid for it but didn't get it). Otherwise fine.

It is what you expect from a airport hotel. We found the room very cold, the aircon would not go over21. We had to ask for another blanket.

I stayed here as i was attending my works christmas party.My only complaint is that i got very lost trying to get into the hotel by car but that is probably more about my navigation skills - however it would help if there were some signposts in the surrounding areas to assist.

Good hotel. A few concerns - charge 5 pounds for extras, e.g. No free wifi (this is often free elsewhere), 5 pounds for printing boarding passes (out of touch). No free breakfast.

Hotel was good value. Wrongly expected free parking !....£12 later. Probably the worst part of the experience was the driving to the hotel~ very poor directions and sign posting. Had to go around and down M25 for 1 junction, how crazy was that.

Was hoping to catch 4 hours sleep here on business trip home. Was kept waiting for an hour at reception as they said they couldn't find my reservation which had been booked through hotels.com. Only got 3 hours sleep in the end.

Very Comforatble...the safe did not work...maintainence checked it and informed me that it may have to be replaced.No Drinking Water in room. No Writing Paper in room.

Stayed at this for one night prior to flying out to Morocco for two weeks. Parking for two weeks was included. Stayed again for a night on the way back. The hotel staff whilst nice look to have charged my room multiple times for the same items. Also if you are on the side that faces the sun then your room is likely to be boiling and the air conditioning doesnt work, in fact I am not sure it exists except for a box on the wall that you press buttons and nothing happens.

Hotel is excellent and staff are very helpful, the only complaint I have is the cost of wi fi at £16 for 1day it is daylight robbery.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the hotel before flying back to the states. Nice selection of restaurants to choose from. We even purchased last minute souvenirs at their handy store inside the hotel. Really nice room! Wonderful end to a great holiday for this Canadian couple!

The only downside was the cost of Internet use. It was very expensive, especially since most hotels realize this is something that should be included in room cost. The hotel atmosphere was good.

This hotel was adequate for a night before a morning flight. We weren't expecting to pay so much for parking. We didn't bother using wifi because that was pricey too. When my son moved (not drank) a can of red bull in the refrige, we were charged. I didn't know until I paid for parking; otherwise there would have been a charge.

The room was very noisy; there was a door connecting the room to the one next door which meant that there was very little privacy. The bathroom was not very clean.

An excellent, value for money hotel--well located for our purposes. A great breakfast selection--high quality. Staff vey helpful when we needed help and we did ! They went out of their way for us when we aske for help--they went the extra mile !

internet use fees are tricky. theymust be easy to understand and reasonabel. restaurant very bad. difficult to access except using the airport bus everytime you need to leave the hotel. rest just fine.

Met our need to be close to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast prices were high, but that is a London problem. One of the people at the service desk didn't inform me that he had the information on the terminal numbers in relation to the bus we should take. A second person later was very helpful.

The reception was cheerful and seemed to be efficient. However having been told there would be an a la carte menu available in the rotisserie that evening I arrived there to find that there was a 3 course meal only available and i was directed to the bar(/grill?). The bar did not open until 7.a.m. where continental breakfast was available. On trying to leave the car park ticket did not release me so I had to return to reception to get this sorted out. We stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip. The first time the service and cleanliness of the room were very good. The second time the bathroom had dirty spots (spills, maybe?) in it that I had to personally clean before getting into it. Also, upon arrival (the second time) we asked for some towels and plates with forks and knives. I was not […] sure which extension to dial (room service or housekeeping), so I tried room service, they told me that this was none of their business, so I called front desk to sort it out. The front desk were nice enough to call housekeeping for the towels and room service for the plates, but the room service called me back to inform that they will be charging (!!!) me for the plates, so I refused. On the bright side, the restaurant is really good :) However, the hotel is also let down by the Hotel Hoppa bus service that goes to this hotel after visiting at least another two (so no room for your luggage). We stayed here following a concert at Twickenham stadium. The hotel was really nice with good facilities and good bus links to the grounds. However the return bus journey after the concert wasn't as easy as planned due to major congestion around the ground and a cab back to the hotle cost £50. There is a free shuttle...called the Hotel Hopper. Bus comes by every 30 minutes Terminal 7. There was a pay shuttle every 30 minutes to terminal 1,2,and 3. Very timely and friendly. Postcode of ub7 0ju does not give the correct directions, make sure you use ub7 0hp which does, spent 1 hr missing junctions, turnoffs etc, went up and down M4 M25, went to both heathrow terminals. why do Holiday Inn not alter the postcode listed with their address, I was not unpleasant at the reception desk but the receptionist fobbed me off. The hotel is very nice and clean and has all the amenities you could wish for. But the Internet is not free and I find that to be disappointing considering the size of the hotel chain. And especially since many people are just wanting to log in to verify flight times, etc.
