We couldn't have asked for a better stay. They put our whole family (5 rooms) on the same floor! We received great recommendations for local adventures with maps and details. Even though it is on a major road, it was very quiet.

For the price, and for this being a chain hotel that is of higher quality, I expected a much better room, with proper amenities. But the front desk service was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly, and assisted me a great deal!

We had a great experience! Our room was on the 5th floor (we had a king with jacuzzi) and our view was of the San Francisco Peaks. It was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and up to date. It had a kitchenette, and huge bathroom. The Jacuzzi was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast area is one of the nicest I've seen in […] a hotel with complimentary breakfast. It's a hot breakfast (1 morning was sausage with cheese omelets and the other morning was biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs) but they also have a waffle maker, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, milk, bread, bagels, muffins, etc. The seating in the breakfast area is very comfortable (booths and plush chairs), and you can even eat in front of a fireplace if you want. The hotel is right next to several restaurants, which you can walk to. The only downside is that our room was overtop of the front door, and because it was the jacuzzi suite it stuck out a little bit more than the rest of the building, which caused the wind to be fairly loud when it was windy. But once you turned on the tv you don't notice that anymore. There is free wired and wireless internet, and the room even had a laptable for a laptop or something if you wanted to sit on the bed, and a dvd player. This is the third time i have stayed here. My daughter is going to NAU, When I come to visit her, I will continue to stay here. I would suggest this fine Hotel to anyone.

Hotel is within walking distance of NAU. Room was comfy and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good, lots of choices for everyone. Will stay there again.

We thought the Hampton Inn in Flagstaff was comfortable for our family and the breakfast was good. The employees were very nice, too. One employee who was working in the breakfast area took the time to chat with me about interesting places to take the kids. Pros: Service was great, staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool was heated and indoors. Served breakfast. Fireplace. Location was nice. Oh, also the Internet. Cons: Beds not too comfortable, could hear springs. Parking was terrible, shared with restaurants. Water pressure for showers not that great.

The room was clean, the pillows could be more varied or fuller, but, otherwise, Hampton Inn if nothing else is consistent. You know what you are getting and it is good. The quality of service upon checking in was by any means exceptional. The young man at the desk was very helpful and very interested in our needs for dining and his suggestion was spot […] on. The location of the hotel if good and not bad to get to if you believe and follow the directional street signage. Friendly and professional staff. Slightly below average location with absolutely terrible parking. The family suite was ample for a family of six.

Pros: indoor pool is clean, towels were thick, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Cons: Small flat TV, window unit. I would stay here again for sure.

Beds were horrible! You can feel and hear the springs when trying to sleep. My family and I scratched all night! Why? Scarey...Got out of there as fast as we could!

The Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities. The staff was most helpful. Our only problem was the snowplows going down the freeway (it seemed like every 15 minutes) all night. We were on the fourth floor, on the corner of the building closest to the freeway (Rm 401 if I recall correctly). This hotel is a little older and the parking is almost non-existent. Yet, we always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is close to everything we need. There is a walmart, olive garden, gas station, Kohl's and much more less than 5 minutes away. They also offer a great complimentary breakfast which is better than what some hotels […] charge for. we had a nice experience, we had arrived early, and were able to check in early, had fresh coffe in the lobby. the on ly down fall the tv had to have auto programming set every time it was turned off and the bed creaked a lot, but the bed was very comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountains with just fallen snow the night before.

We traveled with our 3 year old in order to attend the art festival and enjoy the weather. This hotel had a great indoor pool and is very close to restaurants. The downtown flagstaff area is about 10 min drive b/c of traffic. Would stay here again.

had a great location. Beds were ok. Have stayed at many hampton's that had much better beds. Very clean and quiet. Indoor pool is awesome.

There was a lack of lighting in the rooms. By trying to save on energy it made the room uncomforable dark (dim).

Was quiet. Would recommend room near end of hallway (but not next to ice machines) as is most quiet. Ask for room on south side, top floor for view of San Francisco peaks. Good, and some nutritious, choices at the complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon. Great location!!! But rooms were quite small for the rates. Would likely stay here again with some kind of reward points or discounted rate. They did have an excellent breakfast which our family always enjoys.

I normally really enjoy Hampton Inn and Suites, but not this one. Seemed like an older hotel that was remodeled and turned into a Hampton Inn. Room was very plain. Parking was very limited. Excellent place to stay, comfortable and the breakfast was welcome! The only downside was the room was on the side of the hotel facing the freeway, so there was truck noise all day and all night long.

The registration lady was extremely helpful and friendly. She was terrific. The toilet paper roll placement location in the bathroom was extremely difficult to reach. I know, that's picking at a nit but I had to mention it. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.
