Comfort Inn Lafayette - Лафайєтт

From the start nothing went right. They gave us a room that already had someone, barely clothed, occupying it. After moving us, their was hair and stains all over the sheets. After getting those changed we found that nothing from the coffee machine to hair drier worked. Only paid for one night but it was not worth even that.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and eager to please.

Neither my associate in her room nor myself were able to sleep. The heater sounded like someone was mowing the lawn and kept going off and on all night. Ithe toilet just ran and ran after it was flushed. Both of these things happened in both rooms so I is obvious that the hotel is poorly maintained.

The hotel room was fine. I used the fitness room though and the cross trainer was not working and it did not have much to offer. The breakfast area was very crowded as well.

The public spaces and hallways are fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. Our room had very tired comforters, but the pillows and towels were good. Overall, the Comfort Inn was "nice enough" for a recent trip to drop off our son at Purdue. It was quiet considering its location on the highway. Our family makes a trip to this area for an annual meeting that we attend. Out of the last five years, we've stayed here for last three. The staff is pleasant, the facilities are clean, and the room is extremely comfortable. Our kids (who don't swim well yet) particularly enjoy the pool, as it only goes to 4 feet - which makes ME more comfortable having […] them there. The (hot) breakfast is consistently very good - cerals, fruit, toast, bagels, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc. That alone saves us about $25, not having to go out for breakfast. We were in Lafayette for my son's registration in Purdue. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. I certainly would recommend this hotel for its proximity to Purdue University. Sam

good lafayette location -- to all kinds of restaurants, stores, etc. short distance to west lafayette if you are visting purdue. room did have a little bit of an odor possibly with the A/C....maybe a little musty smell. right on interstate (65) if needed.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The only negative was the bathroom. Have never seen worse towels-dingy and stained. Time for shower curtain to be replaced. Baseboard and wall by tub were in need of a small repair.

This is the hotel we've gravitated to when visiting our daughter at Purdue. There are LOTS of hotels in this little area but we like this one. Fridge & microwave in the room is convenient. We've walked over to Meijer & DQ & there are tons of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. The hotel and staff were very pleasent. Our only complaint was that the pool closed at 9pm. My daughter played ball at a tournament in Layfayette and played the last game at 6pm getting us back to the hotel at 9pm only to find that they had closed the pool. The hotel was full of kids that were playing ball and swimming in the pool is always the joy […] of staying at a hotel. The non-smoking room we rented smelled of smoke as soon as we walked into the room. The waffle maker was not working properly during breakfast, so one of the workers tried to scrape the waffles out of the maker and used her bare hands (not sure how sanitary that was) to pull the waffles off before handing them to the people who had wanted them for their […] breakfast. I stayed her overnight with my boys to see a Wisconsin..ahem, Purdue game and the hotel was better than I expected. No complaints at all, except for maybe the breakfast. We went over to Meijer for their breakfast type foods and were fine.

It is located next to the interstate and worked well for an overnight stay while traveling. Decent amenities and standard room.

I was impressed with this hotel, we were here for an overnight stay while traveling through town. Wish all affordable hotels were like this one. Got a nice breakfast with freshly made waffles, coffee, milk, cereal, bagels. Also had nice size fridge and microwave in room. Very good.

The front desk staff were very unprofessional, the breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. Room was clean, bed was confortable. I would reccommend the Best Western across the interstate for anyone traveling with children.

I was surprised at the above average quality of service from the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The only minor complaint I had was that my room key wouldn't work sometimes. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was clean and decorated very nicely. The room was decorated nicely also, however when we walked in the room it had a musty smell which we discovered in the morning was coming from the air conditioner, when we closed the curtains when we arrived in the hotel room the smell went away but came back in the morning when we opened the curtains […] which were covering the air conditioner vent all night. There was a dead bug in the bathroom, the bathroom needed some attention, maybe new fixtures and a new tub. This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn in Lafayette, In. We stayed there one year ago (it was formerly a Lee's Inn) and we were quite pleased, so when we had occasion to stay in Lafayette again, we went to the same place. I had booked online, and we have two little kids. Since I had booked as 2 adults and 2 children, online booking didn't provide […] me an option of a single king room. However, our children are small and we usually end up all in the same bed. So, upon arrival, I requested a change to a single king room - which they happily accomodated. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we found the hotel in an even better state of repair than it was a year prior - everything was great!... and on top of that, the continental breakfast was fantastic!
