Comfort Suites Park Central - Даллас

The room smelled and the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The couch looked and smelled filthy... Also my daughter saw a cockroach near the elevator.

Biggest conplaint was no small towels,

Hotel stay was good. Excellent breakfast . However pool was not working however we used pool at hotel across which was convenient and nice

Everything was clean. Breakfast was horrible, but I didn't expect much in that area. I stayed at the downtown Anatole the following night, and CS did as good job as that fancy hotel. I would stay at CS again.

I got the King room instead of the two queens I had last time. The design is different and i liked how there was a separate room for business with another tv from the sleeping room. Problem was the sleeping room had the a/c on the floor. French doors opened to the rest of the room which was warm when I entered. The a/c was inadequate pumping out almost […] cold air at times but warm air the rest. I wondered how the whole room would cool off. I discovered a fan mounted in the wall between the two rooms but it was not working. I found the control but it either was not working or the fan was not. I went out for a few hours hoping the room would cool down but not very much. I stayed the next day and left the a/c running all dat while I was gone. The only thing that made me not change rooms 217 was that it was in the 70's outside. This room will not work when it warms up until the a/c and fan are fixed. Читати далі

Staff was nice.....could not sit on the couch it was broken down and very uncomfortable, when I commented about the condition of the couch I was told "they are all in bad shape" also the air conditioner only cooled the bedroom, we were so hot in the living area of the suite we finally borrowed a fan from front desk. My overall stay was good. I got alittle lost trying to find it though. Quick note: it's in the same parking lot as the Motel 6. Also understand that the breakfast is a continental breakfast, nothing fancy, so if you're hungry I would suggest a little taco joint at the gas station around the corner. We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend get away with the kids. The rooms were very spacious. The beds are true queen size. The hotel has been remodeled recently. It has amenities and finishes that you would find in a brand new upscale hotel. From an architect's standpoint, there is a design flaw in the room with the thru wall AC units. The AC unit […] sticks far out into the room near the floor and with the larger queen beds, the unit is blocked. We had to tuck the bed skirt into the mattresses and flip the comfortor up to keep it from blocking the AC unit. Other than that, the location is great. About 6 minutes from Galleria Mall, about 15 minutes from outlet malls in McKinney, about 20 minutes from art museum, about 20 minutes from Sam Moon. Breakfast bar was good and clean. The no smoking policy makes it a pleasure to stay at Comfort Suites. Many times at other hotels we had to change rooms because of the cigarette smoke smell left behind by previous guests.

Very convenient business hotel close to downtown Dallas

This was a pleasant surprise. Clean room and bigger than we expected. Wireless internet was fast, tv was a little old but who cares. Seemed like the a/c in the room wasn't cooling well, but by the end of the night, it was nice and cool. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Nice rooms, TV is ok but old, Breakfast is weak. Internet is good so overall a great value for the money

It was a regular hotel with all the amenities we needed. The staff was helpful. The only problem was the hot tub jets didn't work properly and after driving five hours I was looking forward to it.

Neighborhood was questionable but every hotel in this area will have the same problem and there was a lot of police on patrol. Rooms are great, breakfast is ok, pool and exercise areas were very nice. Great Value

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel but it was in a hazerdous neighborhood.

The lady at front desk was very polite, Our room was nice and clean. We stayed in the first floor evrething was very quiet. Could use better breakfast.

Room was outdated. Old furniture and carpet. Very dissapointed in the fact that room had a smoke like smell upon entry. Staff was ok..during check out,attendent was not very nice. Would not recommend.

we had to find a place to stay fast as we were headed to Dallas the same day, we were accomodated accordingly and were able to stay in a room with five of us in all very comfortably! the staff was nice and the decent continental breakfast made it easy to get fed and get going with our busy day.

Rooms were clean and well kept. will stay here again when I go back to Dallas.

The room was awesome for the price. We got a King Suite for a really good rate and the room was nice with great features (2 TVs, fridge, microwave, etc.). The hot tub wasn't working when we got there so they pointed us to the fact that we could use the one of the sister hotel across the parking lot. Overall, this was a great hotel, but the breakfast […] was pretty wimpy. Only hard boiled eggs (scrambled is pretty standard, come on!), no sausage, warm milk, no biscuts. Not a deal breaker though.
