Super 8 Motel Big Rapids - Біг-Репідс

The hotel has aged quite a bit. I have stayed there before years ago. I had lights that did not work, stains in the sink, tub and carpet. The walls seemed thin with very noisy guests all around. The bathroom was so small, I could barely turn around to reach a towel. I will choose another place next time.

i was there to visit ferris state university and room was comfortable but it wasn't that clean.. other than that good place!

I especially enjoyed the young lady behind the counter. She anticipated my every need and knew all the answers. Her smile was contagious and her attitude was so good for the air. Thanks for all your help.

Nice place to stay and it has resonable rates. The indoor pool was warm and the Grand-children really liked it. The whirlpool was nice and hot. The hotel is close to a lot of stores and resturants. I don't know why anybody would not like this place.

I enjoyed our last stay at this hotel. We had our three Grandchildren with us and enjoyed the service done by staff. The children enjoyed the clean pool. Close to alot of shopping. Close to alot of resturants.

The swimming pool was way to cold, the hot tub was way to hot !!!! They had roofers working on the roof which made a lot of noise and ugly debree around.

The Super 8 smelled of smoke in the hallways and room. Signs are posted throughout the building warning of a $150 smoking fine, but that didn't seem to deter the tenants.

overall condition of the hotel was pretty good. bed and furniture was comfortable. staff was helpful for extra pillows. t.v. channels a little fuzzy, but i don't really watch t.v. bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. good deal for the price

Cheap but seems to be in need of renovation. Poor breakfast, noisy heating worn out beds.

Although I arrived very late, but the staff was surprisingly friendly. Check in was quick. The lobby and room, was clean and quiet. The hotel is directly across the street from Ferris State University. Several restaurants and stores nearby. I didn't expect to, but I enjoyed my stay.

We booked a non-smoking room. When we checked in the room reeked of smoke. There were signs in the room stating that it was non-smoking and there would be a $150 cleaning fee if anyone smoked in the room, I immediately went to the front desk and told the girl to make note about the smell. She did offer to switch rooms for us but we didn't think it was […] worth bothering since it was after 9 pm. I wish we had switched. By morning my eyes and nose were burning from the smell. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good but I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker. Читати далі

For the price it's a decent place to stay. We just so happened to have a problem with the room above us. You could hear the person walking and it seemed it went on all night. We did call the front desk one time about it, not much was done. If you stay here I would suggest you ask for an upper room.

floors need to be cleanner than they were and windows need to be cleaner too.

They made our bed, but didn't empty the trash or leave new coffee or any cups or glasses. It was noisy half the night.
