We had 4 people with 2 double rooms. One room is very small but the boss(I guess) promised us that he will adjust another bigger room for us because we will stay for 6 nights. Luckily we got it in the next day when we back to hotel. Everything in hotel seems not too far as we expected. Of course you can't treat it as a modern hotel but it's enough for us for what you paid in London. The location is great. It takes around 10 mins slow walk to Paddington train station/underground. Convenience is better than anything. The breakfast is also not bad but I strongly suggest don't order continental breakfast. English breakfast is good and the quantity is enough for us. Even though we asked more toast sometimes, they were willing to offer. Orchard hotel gave us 6 good sleeping nights during our stay in London. We are willing to recommend it to others if you have budget control.

Very nice hotel, convenient for eating and shopping, only 200m away from Paddington Station, I'll come to stay at this hotel again in my next trip to London.

I have stayed at Novohotel in many cities - The Novohotel Heathrow seemed to be in a different class --very downmarket.. The floors were stained, front desk almost annoyed when I asked a question about local restaurants, the requested wake up call never came and the sheets were put on so that the bottom 25 cm or so of the mattress cover was uncovered. […] The bath tub was very slippery when wet and when I got out of the shower a little sign on the backsplash to the sink indicate that bath mats were available at the reception. "Best hotel near Heathrow"
Good family hotel. Small swimming pool, but boys (12 & 7) enjoyed it just the same. Had to go across the htel lobby between changing room and pool, which was a bit starnge, but only 10ft. Breakfast was sufficient, although we weren't spoilt for choice. Stops serving at 10am, so don't be late. Staff pleasant

This is a great hotel. Boys (12, 7) loved the pool, (which was actually quite small). Breakfast closed at 10.00 so be sure to go down in plenty of time, otherwise no complaints. Handy for the Hoppa bus to Heathrow Central and then on to central London. A great holiday! And a great Novotel!

Child friendly hotel, decent breakfast and bonus of a small pool. Rooms compact but comfortable. Turn aircon off in rooms for a decent nights sleep, overall would recommend.

The rooms were clean and very spacious for a couple considering we did not book a luxury room. The only issue was noisy and inconsiderate children, which the hotel can't control, but they didn't advise us that there were a LOT children were on our floor.

"Great hotel for airport convenience"
Excellent hotel for flight/airport convenience to Heathrow. We had an early morning flight and stayed overnight here. Bathrooms are spacious (for London standards), and staff is super helpful. Only downside: the internet. You have to pay for internet connection, or you can use one of their computers in the lobby for free (which only allows you to sign […] on for 20 minutes, and there are only two stations). Absolutely no problem with the hotel except for having quite a wait at check-in. Not directly related to the hotel itself but the greatest concern is getting to/from the airport. "nice hotel"
the staff were polite,the breakfast was quality.we only stayed one night but it was worth it.we had free use of the imac and free use of the xbox in kids area. the only down side of the hotel was the uncomfortable sofa bed and the fact there was no mention that you have to pay 10 pound a night for the car park.

Booked 4 rooms in total for our friends and us all going on holiday together. The hotel was spot on and good value. We just needed to jump on the shuttle bus the next morning. It all work very well.

"very unpleasent"
The service was very poor. The staff was rude and abrupt. The heating was shut off. It was freezing cold in the room specially during the day. After an argumenet portable heater was provided. "Airport convenience"
Price and location are the benefits of this hotel. You are very close to Heathrow but without the risk of airport noise and the price is right. The big positive surprise is the quality of the restaurant/bar. "Great for a easy morning flight!"
This hotel has been well updated and maintained, I have been using it for close to 20 years and it is still very modern and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are also of a very high standard with impeccable service and staff. Great for a short break in London as there is easy access to trains or if you have an early morning flight.

"Heathrow airport and good pub"
We just needed a hotel for the night on a stop over. This fit the bill. Great staff, good breakfast, and a good little pub just 10 minutes walk away for an evening meal. The hotel is just far enough away from the airport that plane noise wasn't a problem.

Family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed on Christmas Night to break our journey. Check in easy. Beds comfortable, rooms quiet. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

My four year old daughter and I arrived at the Novotel after a long day of traveling. The staff could not have been more accommodating with both of us. "Corporate but good"
Very corporate looking hotel, bog standard menu, bar and facilities but having said that everything there was good and it really was great to be so close to the terminals. I would stay again.
"Very subpar"
Shuttles between the hotel and Heathrow cost 4 pounds a person! Restaurant was completely understaffed for all meals. Server was frenzied. Getting a cab to Heathrow (same price as shuttle) took thirty minutes....despite hotel being 2 miles away from Heathrow.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean hotel with funky lobby decor. Frequent bus pick-up from outside the door to Heathrow for discounted price if you but the ticket in the hotel lobby machine. Free internet in the lobby.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. However, my stay was let down by the poor Air Conditioning. I stayed in two different rooms so the issue is universal. "Good choice for business travellers"
Since my business trip usually calls for taking a train to all over London and surrounding areas, I find this location more convenient. I get better price and service at a hotel like this close to Heathrow than if I were to stay in Central London. So I give this property a thumbs up.
Great hotel to stay at when needing to be close to Heathrow. Good for families, pool and kids area as well as good kids meals.

Only things that would discourage me from staying again are £10 a night parking and internet charges.
