A very nice hotel which ensured a most enjoyable stay, and although not cheap, I would thoroughly recommend if finances allow. Our room (junior suite)... was quiet and well located within the complex, which is set out in the style of an Andalusian village with lovely gardens. Breakfast was excellent, and although we are both vegetarian, there was plenty to choose from. Cannot comment on the standard of other meals as we ate out at local restaurants in the evenings. We did use the hotel bar on two or three occasions, and as some reviewers have previously said, drinks are rather pricey. However, this is a 5* hotel and drinks are always expensive at 5* hotels the world over. The location was fine for us as we like walking, but be aware that the hotel is situated midway between Marbella and Puerto Banus. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Marbella, and about the same to Puerto Banus in the opposite direction. Not a criticism from our point of view, but if you have mobility problems (or just hate walking), it may not be an ideal location for you. від John від Preston, Lancashire 13/02/2013
