品質很好的酒店,位置方便,周邊環境也好,有得逛有得吃,步行就到地鐵站跟羅浮宮. 不过要个热水到房間喝也要收费是比较意想不到的....

Hotel locates at the end of Metro Line 3 and needs about 30 minutes travelling to centre of Paris (but still convenient). Nearby is a big supermarket where you can found most of the necessities at affordable prices. Rooms are tidy and provide private safe, water boiler and fringe. Free wifi for 24 hours and 2 computers are located at reception area for internet users. Front desk staff are always very busy in dealing with questions from travellers. On the whole the hotel provides convenience to travellers and is recommended.

Close to shopping and sights as well as metro, staff extremely accommodating, it felt very plush. It was nice to have help and advice from staff in a city where we were unfamiliar with the language and culture. We felt that everyone bent over backward to assure our satisfaction

The hotel is in a nice quiet location, but still close to major landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee. Annoyingly one of our rooms was not ready on arrival, even though it was 5pm. However, the management did offer a complimentary drink in the bar while we waited, about 20 mins. The rooms (deluxe) and bathrooms were spacious and well […] equipped. The cleaning service was very good. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel, although connection in the room sometimes required assistance from the technical department. The quality of the concierge staff varied from excellent to average. All ordered taxis arrived on time, I recommend this if you are a group of 4 people. The breakfast is expensive, but the pastries are excellent quality. If cost is an issue there are cafes within a 5 minute walk. We would stay again if coming to Paris next month! Читати далі
"Excellent service but rooms need upgrades"
The service cannot be beat. The room was a little dated. The location was 3 blocks from the Champs - very convenient. I am not certain of the value, but we will return.

the rooms were so small you could barely squeeze into them and I even paid for an upgrade to a bigger room. i dont think a smurf would be comfortable in one these rooms...not a 4 star hotel by any standards but the people were really helpful and friendly. location was also convenient

Room was on street side, very noisy with deliveries in early (6am) morning. Room was not made up one day. Asked for price list of refrigerator goods twice and never received it. Great location.

This hotel was good except for the concierge. We received incorrect information from him on a few occasions. He booked tickets to go up the eiffel tower for us and when we got there, they were tickets for only half way up!! He didn't ask us ( I don't think he knew) if we wanted to go to the summit or not. Another day, we went to a market and asked if […] it was a good one. He said yes, but when we got there ( a 45 min metro ride) it was closed!! He didn't know the hours. "Great Location"
We went to Paris in mid March. Hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to cafes, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, and Champs de Elysses for shopping. Concierge was very helpful and courteous. Only small problem with service was the long wait for an iron to be delivered to our room and the hotel being unable to provide U.S. adapters for […] us to use. Great service. Rooms were much smaller than expected. Not roomy but very cozy. Robes and slippers were not brand new. Could see robes have been washed many times. I'd recommend based on location. Very convenient. 部屋の説明書には、電源アダプターを用意していると書いてありましたが、実際に頼んでみると、既に他の客に貸し出しているとの回答でしたが、余裕をもって、用意しておいてほしかったと思います。

En la habitación de no fumador, dado que estaba al lado de una que si lo era, entraba humo.

Fantastisk service og mat. Kort avstand fra Triumfbuen, men stille og rolig likevel. Hadde forventet mer moderne rom og innredning på et hotell i den prisklassen, men har fått inntrykk av at hotell i Paris er "moderne" på den "gamle" måten. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyde!
