Very Nice Hotel. I had a couple of problems that were addressed by the staff on site. I heard from the main manager the day after returning home. Everthing was dealt with to my satisfaction. I would recommed this hotel and will stay again when I have to return. They serve a wonderful breakfast, and had fresh fruit available for guests 24Hrs.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. They met my expectations and then some. I would recommend this hotel at their price to anyone.

Hotel personnel were very friendly. Only one computer in lobby and we were unable to print our boarding passes which was disappointing (since we were going to be late arriving for our scheduled flights). Great for Army graduations. Very friendly and tried to be helpful. Helped us with an early check-in. The only issue was there was no hair dryer in the room. I never take one because they are always in the room. Would stay again.

Dirty room. Dirty floor. Dirty tub. Double beds are full size beds... not queen size beds. Staff was the best part about the stay. If I could have cancelled 2nd nite, i would have. Stay somewhere else!!!

We traveled to Lawton for our son's graduation from BCT. We arrived late and the night clerk was awesome. She was the best part about this stay. They couldn't find our expedia reservation, but for some reason it had pulled my wife's name. The room wasn't cleaned to the standard we would expect from a Mariott branded hotel. The tub and floors were […] dirty. The complimentary toiletries were apparently left from the previous guest as the bottles were empty. The tub and floors were visibly dirty. There were opened bags of chips and trash from previous guests. There is no in-room safe to keep valuables. When they say two double beds, they mean two FULL sized beds... not queen. Be prepared. Had it not been for the couch making a bed we would have been truly miserable. The size of the room was good, being it was a suite. Breakfast was ok, but not up to par with similar hotels. Eggs, sausage with peppers and onions, muffins, toast, cereal, and milk/juice. No wafffles. Long story short, based upon our initial experience, i would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else the second night had i been able to cancel and get even a partial refund. Читати далі

Went there for a funeral and drove a long way to get there. I was very happy with the location and how quiet the rooms were. I will definatley stay there again

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Everything went well. The only exception is a hold on your credit card for the rooms incidentals.... it's not that big of a deal, but the charge stays on your card for 2 weeks! That is not very convenient!

The room was a double but the hotel only provided one wash cloth for the room. When I went to the front desk to get more wash clothes, there were no wash clothes available so I was given hand towels. I had a four day stay in Lawton for my friend's Army graduation,and I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and staff. The rooms were super clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and more than accommodating. A couple of the employees actually went out of their way to make my stay even better, namely Ms.Rusty. The rooms here […] are very nice, but the reason I will stay here again is because of her and her friendliness and attention to my needs as a guest there. Very nice hotel. Will book again. The only negative was that the hot tub was closed. I am guessing because of ongoing renovation.

Generally speaking, I hate hotels. The whole experience of staying in hotels for me is highly stressful, and I think of hotel staying sort of as a necessary evil. I actually […] relaxed and enjoyed our entire time and our room felt like a little retreat. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults nicely. The personal service was excellent. The breakfast and the layout of the breakfast area was designed by someone who actually thought about how to make this work nicely for guests without feeling like being in cage of monkeys trying to eat. Plenty of tables and plenty of space for many guests to prepare their breakfast without bumping into each other. My compliments to Marriott and their staff on how they laid out this hotel. It's obvious that they listened to feedback from other guests that can cause stress when staying at a hotel. Finally a hotel that is fairly priced yet provides excellent value for the dollar. Drove all day to this location. Upon arriving, and going up to my room, there were two queens instead of a king. The person in charge said no kings were available due to other guest staying longer than expected. How did this become my problem? I will not be staying at this Marriott again.

What management was thinking when they scheduled to have the entire lobby and breakfast area torn up on Mother's Day weekend is beyond me. Everything was covered in dust, and the tile was all being removed, so you entered and left the hotel walking through cement dust. Workers were even working at 2 am in the morning. It was ridiculous!

the lobby and breakfast room were under construction during our stay, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. we were not notified of the construction on the website or when we called to confirm our booking. the staff was accommodating in changing our room to the second floor to get away from the noise of the construction which continued […] past the scheduled night time, but during our second day we went to the pool during the evening and there was sharp, broken tile in the hot tub. aslo, the lobby bathroom tile was completely torn up and there was not soap or papertowels (which is a health code violation), which was quite dangerous for the young children using the pool. when we told the front desk of the possibility of children getting cut on the tile in the bathroom and the health code violation, he said he knew and it's under construction. being that dangerous, the bathroom and pool should have been closed. when i tried to notifiy a manager of the dangers, i was given the front desk number, the same guy answered that i had already spoken with and told me the manager would be given my message. i have not heard from the manager. I will say that until you know for sure the construction is done, do not stay at this hotel. It is dangerous, loud, dusty, uncomfortable, and the staff does not seem to care whether or not the construction site is a danger to your person or family. Читати далі

We had a great time, we come to see our son graduate from boot camp. The hotel's location made that easy. There is a great restaurant right next door to the hotel. However the breakfast at the hotel were also good. The staff seem very helpful.

This hotel location is in a good spot as far as being convenient for gamblers who want to pay a visit to the local casinos and easy access to the interstate. However, my hotel room was not clean,and not the Jacuzzi suite I requested. I found a bottle of spoiled milk behind the nightstand and dried up food on the floor. On the interstate and Gore so it is easy to go anywhere in the Lawton area. The breakfast is good and filling.

This hotel was great! My 3 older teenagers also thought the room was great. Service staff was prompt and considerate, helpful with directions. The beds were comfortable. Spent time visiting my son from the military base and spent alot of time relaxing and visiting in the room. I loved the 2 qn beds and the pull out sofa was convienient. The (2) 32" […] TV's in the room was a blessing-great picure. GREAT hot breakfast. plenty of options to fill each of us every morning!! Only a couple issues:1st night was a fire alarm went off several times, a leaky drain in the sink which they had someone there to fix it within an hour and I could hear heavy walkers from the room overhead.. hot tub jets didn't work, but still able to sit in the hot water. I will NOT be staying here again. Sheets on the bed were dirty, I could feel something gritty, it may have been crumbs or dirt on on them. The duvet cover had an ugly stain of what I hope was coffee. My big complaint is that our room was not cleaned or beds made when we left our room. We stayed here for our son's basic training graduation at Fort Sill. The staff was friendly and room was nice, but I am very dissatisfied the maids didn't come to our room to make beds or change towels at all. I did call the front desk, and they sent us clean ones, […] but the fact that the room was not refreshed is not acceptable. When we left for my son's graduation, we even chatted with the maids right outside the room's door, they were cleaning the room across ours, so I don't understand why they would not clean ours. Very comfortable room. We stayed here for my daughters graduation from Ft Sill and they were very accomodating. The pool is a little small but it was clean and a comfortable temp. I would stay here again. Front desk people were very friendly and accomodating.

We booked this hotel specifically because of the jacuzzi and pool. When we checked in, we found out the jacuzzi was broken. When we tried to unfold the sleeper couch, it was stuck. When we finally got it, the mattress was fithy. I ended up sleeping on the top of the couch. I told the management about the mattress. My family of four stayed in a suite for my brother's graduation from Fort Sill. It was a nice hotel within 10 minutes of Fort Sill and the Lawton Airport. If I had to do it over again I would stay there.
