It was very nice, I do like that they now have microwave and refrigerators in the rooms now.

We had to body check the door to get into the room and at one point broke the 2nd lock off doing so...the good news is that maintenance fixed the lock immediately. Pictures are deceiving. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms were disgisting. There were only two small pillows on each queen size bed. When I called down to request some more the receptionist told me the house keepers where gone and the supply room door was locked ( which they didn't have a key to?) Bad experience. Don't waste your time or money.

The lobby is nice, but once you get into your room you will see how things really are. Only on electric outlet in our room worked. . The hotel sent maintenance to take a look and her confirmed the the sockets were dead. The hotel was in a convient location to my destination. The cable tv didn't have many channels which very disappointing. The hotel is an older hotel and it shows. The rooms were outdated and there were ants everywhere. The price was good, but a classic case of you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed one night. Had no problems. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only problem was the hotel is located at a tricky intersection. Also, rate on Hotels.com was $50. The hotel charged an additional $5 for amenities. Not sure what the amenities were; a bed? sheets? toilet tissue?

This place was a nightmare. Rooms stink of smoke and years of low maintenance. Got some kind of freak show room with bunk beds. Arrived late at night when I went outside in the daylight and across the freeway there is prison next door! Please don't ever stay at this horrible hotel.

We stayed at the hotel two nights. Ok price, but no regular taxi drivers will pick you up at the hotel due to the nasty neighbourhood the hotel is located in. The taxi's the hotel provides you with are extremely overpriced and have no knowledge of the area. You have to pay an extra fee per person as well (5$ per person per night). We had to change rooms at least 3 times, but the staff was extremely helpful, patient and accommodated us until we were finally placed in a room that was comfortable. The maid cleaned the room and gave us new towels, but I thought it odd that she did not remove our used towels and even though we were there for 3 nights, the bed was not changed. The lobby is comfortable, there is free wifi and it is close to the malls, and within 45 minutes from the airport. Clearly too much was spent on this lobby. Rooms badly need updated. Strange layout as well. We needed a last minute hotel and beggars can't be choosers, but this was just gouging.

1st impression was not too bad. Lobby is pretty, older but pretty. Waited near 30 min to check in. When I finally checked in was informed they would not only take my card for incidentals (which I expected) but would put an actual $50 hold on funds. Then was informed I would be charged a $5 resort fee for the amenities the hotel offered...wtf?? But fine […] it was only $5.Once we get to room....it is sadly outdated with ancient style hotel comforters...old carpet...terrible lighting....and a ceiling fan that didn't work. Of course that was once we could get in room. The maid help us, apparently our room had a messed up door knob that had to be turned upwards not downwards to open. The hotel showed a kids area & theatre on 4th flr but all we found was an area rented to a local church. Maid told us kids area had been closed for well over a year. There also was only 1 working elevator & apparently no service elevator,all staff, maids w/ carts, and housemen w/ big laundry like carts used the 1 elevator & never got out for guests. The day we checked out after the 3rd full elevator arrived at 5th floor (which was top flr) already w/ people we opted to go down one at a time each w/ 1 luggage to finally get down from top floor!! When I checked out I complained about kids area & elevator and got my $5 resort fee refunded. I was told new management just took over to come back in 4-5 month to see a complete difference.They would have to give me a free room AND pay me to stay there again! Читати далі

It's not that bad!!! I was terrified when I read the reviews and maybe I got lucky. I had a family room which has a space for 3 kids bunk beds. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed because I wanted to be close to downtown Orlando but the price was too high in the other hotels. This was a few minutes away and a lot less […] money. They have a bar on the 2nd floor, pool and a restaurant. I didn't use any of these amenities. It was comfortable and clean and I would stay here again for sure. night staff did not give good directions to your hotel. An additional fee of $5.00 is added to your bill when you arrive, very tacky. When I used Hotels.com that fee was not indicated for billing purposes.
