"Not terrible, but had some issues with our room"
My husband and I wanted to go away for a romantic weekend and we chose Frankfort because it's very rural and we figured the hotel wouldn't be too crowded and we were right. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves, which was great. Our room, however, left a little to be desired. Overall it was clean and comfortable. There was granite around the […] bathroom sink and the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. But I couldn't find the ice bucket (I did later, they put it in a weird place), so I went down to the front desk to get a new one and the receptionist hands me one that was completely disgusting. It had sticky stuff on it with hairs in it. I can't believe she handed me this bucket like there was nothing wrong with it. But it didn't matter because the ice machine on our floor didn't work anyway. We finally found the one in our room under the night table and it was clean, but we had to go to another floor for ice. We got the room with the whirlpool tub in it and it appeared to be very clean and we ran the tub, got in, and turned on the jets. A couple minutes after we turned the jets on, all this brown stuff appeared in the water. Like, A LOT of it. It looked like maybe rust? I'm not sure, but it was gross. The whirlpool was unusable and was definitely not romantic. We alerted the manager the next morning and they were very friendly and gave us a half off discount on our stay. I can't say it was a horrible stay. Had we found the ice bucket in our room and stayed in a normal room instead of a whirlpool room it would've been a great room. And they were responsive when there was a problem. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet (the reason we chose it in the first place), not difficult to get to, and in good condition. Would I stay there again? Sure. But not in the whirlpool room. "WV Visitor"
We enjoyed this hotel's accomodations and the breakfast offerings were very nice, well-maintained. It was clean also. The hotel is a little out of the way for activities in West Lafayette, but it wasn't an inconvenient distance, and besides, it gave us a little more of the area to explore and enjoy.
"More than we expected"
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We book it last minute to stay after a late Purdue football game. The room had a two-person hot tub, which we had no idea about. Don't know if all the rooms have this, but we definitely didn't mind. Also, the breakfast was HOT and plentiful -- also a pleasant surprise. "Holiday Inn Express, Frankfort, IN"
I did NOT get anything that I was proimised by Hotel.Com. I asked for a first floor room and was put on the second floor. I asked for two queen beds and I got a king size bed. None of the outside doors worked, so when I took my dog out, I had to go thru the lobby. Of course, they blamed it all on Hotels.com. Not satisfied at all!!!!!

The company we were visiting already warned us that there isnt anything in Frankfort. He knew we were city boys (we're from Brooklyn, New York), so wanted to give us fair warning. So, when I found out that there was a Holiday Inn Express over here, I was excited. It only got better when I found out they had a pool and hot tub, too! This hotel did […] NOT disappoint. Even the breakfast was decent (all things considered). Lemme tell you... there's nothing more relaxing than sitting in the middle of "nowhere" and swimming in a pool, then relaxing in an empty jacuzzi. It's great! I would totally use this place again. "HI Express - Frankfort"
We stayed in the HI Frankfort to drop our son off at Purdue. We liked the hotel staff, the condition of the hotel, the brekfast, and the area. It is a bit of a drive to Purdue but managable. We would stay here again. Quiet, comfortable, inviting, good hotel.

"Isolated"
Not much arround this hotel you will have to drive for a meal for a least 5 miles
Last room available was a smoking room, smell was awful
Frankford hotel is located in a corn field. to far away from eating place and only breakfast in the morning. no means buying and evening snack.
"I would recommend!"
Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Only thing is it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere and too far off the main express way.
