very nice and comfortable

1. Enquire for 2 pairs of slippers in the room - The answer is the hotel will charge extra for the slippers. 2. Ask for a box of tissue paper - never send to the room at all. 3. The hotel allows the clients and even visitors to smoke freely in the hotel lobby. Would certainly stay @ GS again even though I was travelling alone. As you get out of taxi/shuttle bus porter is there taking your luggage,with a smile &happy attitude, & giving you a receipt for same & then directing you to Check-In Area. As I booked a Seasons Crest room I was whisked into Lounge Area where my hostess booked me in & gave me vouchers […] for breakfast etc. Just what you need, pampering, after a long 12 hour flight from Amsterdam. All staff greeted me with a smile & happy attitude treating you as though you are the only guest @ the hotel even though they were fully booked as only a few days before New Years Eve. I was booking out on 30th Dec & was given a late check out until 1400hrs & then allowed to stay in the Lounge Area using the Hotel's free WiFi until my driver came for me @ 1530hrs which was muchly appreciated. The only disappointment I had whilst staying @ GS Hotel was on the night I arrived the Asian Family that was next door to me came home @ 2230hrs & proceeded to be very very loud & decided to have a party with loud music & allowing the children to run around the corridors knocking on other Guests doors & desturbing them. This noise continued for about an hour despite several guests asking the Family to settle down so Security was called. Within 5 minutes of Security being called the Family settled for the night but by this time it was after Midnight. I realise that people like to celebrate over the Festive Season but when staying in a Hotel all Guests should be considerate of each other. The Security Staff were very efficient & polite in dealing with this problem & came to my room to check & see if I had felt threatened or anything which I hadn't it was just frustrating when I was trying to sleep @ that time of night. A little bit of advice do not get the Hotel Shuttle Service from airport to the Hotel as costs too much. Good services especially receptionist but guards not friendly.

Hotel Grand Seasons- Season's Crest Rooms are very good, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The Twin tower view rooms are fantastic. But the attitude of the staff is not very helpful. The Buffet breakfast didn't have much of variety and was as bad to taste. Restaurants in the back lane are really good. The location of the Hotel not very happening […] as its full of Automobile Spares &Repairs shops. Treat yourself to the life of cattle. Nickled, dimed and treated as a number. Horrible food and smelly linens.

booked connecting room but wasnt provided when we checked in. raised hell with the guest officer and she simply said "i just changed shift and all been allocated and nothing i can do". it set us fuming mad as we have young kids and we really need connecting rooms to watch over them. we took the keycard helplessly but demand to see the manager. however, […] the lady ignored us and we had to tell her colleague next to her to get the manager to see us in the allocated room. as we got into the non connecting room, the manager came and we spoke our mind. the manager mr kamarul was nice and immediately apologised. he promised to revert within five to ten minutes for connecting rooms. we got it in five minutes.... so we travelled down to another floor to our room and settled in. we checked in the wee hours at 230am and could really sleep till almost 430am. as i was about to sleep while my hubby dozed away, i heard the other toilet door slammed. i immediately got up and scolded my children for i thought they were playing in the other room. but i found my kids tucked in watching tv and they heard the loud bang as well, and got scared for no one was in the toilet. there could not be wind as all windows are shut and there is no airholes anywhere. as an adult i pretended nothing happen but i felt weird. i managed to sleep but half an hour later, my eldest daughter who is sixteen years old, who rarely bother me, suddenly woke me up with our third daughter next to her. she mentioned that she saw shadows in the room, and appearances at some corners and just could not sleep. i had to braced myself and walked into the other room. i had to switch on all the lights and ensure that the tv was on. i did some prayer recitation and comforted my girls to sleep. they slept well till morning. come in the morning, my youngest girl said that she saw a princess waving at her, gliding slowly from the hotel door through the window. and she asked me how could the princess go through the window. thats Читати далі

Excellent rooms, spacious, clean, great service. Heard some comments from cabbies reg. special services, but other than that, highly recommended. For the budget conscious traveller, highly recommend to take a taxi after stepping outside the hotel, the hotel stag tend to haul you the expensive 6 seater cabs that will be waiting outside the hotel.

If one is not crazy about staying in Golden Triangle then this is the place to stay. The hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and is v.reasonably priced. Also v.close by is the local MRT Station which is a added advantage. For Indian travellers this place is a inbuilt Indian meal restaurant and the food quality is AMAZING. I requested for an early check in and a late check out - the staff at the reception were very accommodating despite the fact that it was Hari Raya (Eid). Food is very good albiet a little expensive. Location is just beside the Chow Kit Station (on the KL Central to Titiwangsa line). All in all, it is a great value for money hotel. We exp the standard rooms which I think online are called superiors. Maybe the u/graded rooms are better but Id expect superior rooms to not contain roachies. yuck. Staff and servive is excellent. Close to the Sky train.

Bad Service. Had to wait for 2 hours to change the room as was dirty & smelly. Everybody makes sure that they get the payment first. They say it is 4 star hotel but it is no better than 2 star . Indian Dinner Buffet is not as per Indian taste. Breakfast is just OK

We had an excellent time in this hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Room service was very prompt. Chambermaids were very polite and always greeted us at the halls. The carpark however has very narrow alleyways. So if you are driving a large car, you have to be relatively skilled to maneuver around. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

In my entire life, I have never left a hotel early until my friend and I "stayed" here. Luckily hotels.com was good enough to issue a refund. We arrived late at night and it took about an hour for them to check us in. We had to print out our booking reservation which added to the time. Eventually, we got up in our room. There was a very strong curry/Indian […] food smell in the room. Like most hotels in Asia, the key card is also used to power the room. The bell-hop had trouble with ours and the power would go out after 5 seconds. Eventually, he got it to stay on a little longer. My friend and I were starving at this point and we went down to the restaurant to eat. We ordered mango juice and water with our food. We were both confused when our juice came back a dark brown color as we had become accustomed to ordering delicious yellow mango juice every other time in our trip. It turned out they had served us rotten mango juice and tap water. When we returned to our room, the power would not stay on and there was an extremely loud family next door (or the walls are paper thin). After more than 30 minutes someone came up and fixed the power. They wouldn't let us switch rooms because they could not confirm there was a noise problem and they had fixed the power. At that point, my friend started to take a shower and I got into bed. I soon discovered the bed was full of lice/fleas (they were small and brown). I called front desk and they told me, very nonchalantly, that they would need to confirm there was a problem. The flies were the last straw. By the time, we had packed and left they still hadn't sent anyone up to "confirm" there was a problem. We ended up getting the next flight out of Kuala Lumpur. Читати далі

Spacious and very comfortable modern room at moderate price. Away from the usual crowd at Bt Bintang but right in the heart of old KL. Easy to get around.

The hotel is rather running down. Their website looks fantastic but none of that represent the actual condition. The rooms are old, I have a lot of difficulties accessing my room with the slot card system. And everytime that occurred, the staff will asked me to get down to the reception to change for a new one. I did that for at least 2 times in just […] a short night stay. What is more frustrating is that the waiting time for the lift which can makes you wait for more than 5 minutes and i stayed at 29 stories! In normal 4 stars hotel there is always staff who is on mobile and approach the guest at their doorsteps and you definitely do not want to run ito his especially when you exhausted after a day meeting. Stains and yellowing bedsheets and pillow sheets. No WIFI, a day of LAN Internet connection will cost you 50ringgit. Was listed as a 4 star hotel, have stayed in better 3 stars. Room was not cleaned thoroughly and there was a stain on the sheets on one of the beds. Room facilities quite basic.

We checked in for a 5 night stay and were bumped up to a junior executive room with a full view of the Petronas Towers - wow! Amazingly delicious breakfast buffet and broadband internet were including in the very reasonable price. Beautiful, clean, well appointed room and bath. Fabulous pool. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just […] plain nice. The only downside is the location is a wee bit out of the way, although taxis are very cheap in KL and within 10-15 minutes we were where we wanted to be for a couple of dollars. After refernce in lonley planet we discovered that this was the seedy area of town (aprly the brothel area). The hotel staff were friendly but the room was below standards. The bathroom was unclean (hairs from the previous user) and despite it being a non smoking floor, we had smoke oming into our room all night from the room next door. We stayed at Grand Seasons Hotel over New Year. Price of hotel was reasonable, and hotelroom had everyhing you needed. New Years Eve dinner was at the restaurant in the hotel and was amazing. Excellent experience - had a comfortable family suite with a great view of downtown KL. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Kids loved the hotel. Overall - great value for money.

the room was spotless with all the common amenities, the pool area and gym also very nice. the only downfall of this hotel was the slightly out of centre location, although transport links are not far you will need to walk 5 minutes along a busy mainroad, obviously not a problem if you are bringing a car!

i have been traveling thur the area for five weeks and this is the first time i needed a print out of my booking to check in, while traveling i do not have a printer so i had to use the one in thier business center, it took 12 minutes to pull up the email and anouther 4 to print off a copy. to top it off there was no internet access in the room not […] even for a fee this makes it a bad place to stay if you are doing business or have the need for internet access in the room. the location is not that great either. Reasonably priced. Close to KL Monorail 'Chow Kit' Station (about 3-5 minute walk) Decent Hotel Restaurant Clean Rooms with a king sized-bed. Not so nice surrounding area.

ホテルの部屋自体は清潔で快適に過ごせましたが、インターネットは部屋には有線がなく全ての部屋が無線LANのみなので有料です。有線が無料なのでは？と聞いたところ、ロビーのコンピューターを使って良いと言われましたが日本語が文字化けするもので、しかも2台しかなく、無線LAN料を払わざるを得ませんでした。最寄駅からホテルまでの道が徒歩7分位ですが、薄暗く、女性のみや年配の方々にはお薦め出来ません。また、高層階の部屋になるとエレベーターが満員で乗れなかったり、各階止まりながら下りるので下に着くまでに10分以上かかる時もありました。時間に余裕があり、カップルで夜道も大丈夫な方なら安く快適な部屋に泊まれるので良いと思います。

盛季酒店 (Grand Seasons Hotel)： 四星的設備，三星的價格，服務普普。 1. 櫃台永遠忙碌。 2. 設備還ok。 3. 服務普通，但很便宜。 4. 物超所值，但沖水馬桶的設計有問題，隔壁的沖水聲，絕對聽得到。您別想賴床，因為絕對被隔壁房間的沖水聲吵醒。 5. 團客很多。 6. 還算乾淨。 7. 只有lobby有網路，只有特定樓層的房客可以免費使用。Lobby的無線網路價格是每小時10元令吉（馬幣），到Business Center去買帳號密碼，當天有效。

An allright hotel to stay at, when in Kuala Lampur. Its greatest asset must be the placement, as it lies almost next to the monorail, which you can take around the city, as well ass KLCC station. Un tres bon hotel, qualite impeccable, service irreprochable. Un buffet fantastique. Une tres belle prestation

Grand seasons er et stort hotell, men ikke av de aller største i KL. Hotellet har god service, særlig var frokosten i seasons lounge behagelig. På hotellet finnes egne restauranter som serverer malaysisk, thailandsk og indisk mat, i tillegg til kafe. Maten her var helt grei, selv om den bærer litt preg av "storkjøkken". Hotellet har et bra basseng utendørs […] også, i tillegg til et fitness rom med god plass og tilstrekkelige apparater for løp/step/roing og noe vekttrening. Jr.suitene var romslige og fine - anbefales! Hotellet har også taxiservice. Hotellet ligger ikke så langt fra Petrona towers og flere av de store shoppingsentrene, monorail passerer like ved.
