"Good place when staying in N. Charleston area"
we had a king size bed in a non smoking room.The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. It was 7 miles from the performing arts center in N. Charleston. We were going to see Wicked and wanted to stay somewhere nearby since our show was ending so late. No complaints. "not what you expect from a Days Inn"
The initial night started with me having to use a plunger before anyone used the restroom. The beds were not of good quality nor was the overall cleanliness of the facility. I would not recommend this place.

Nicely maintained hotel, not on the interstate, small breakfast choices & only two tables for breakfast.

We checked in at midnight, and i've been at this hotel before, i noticed this time that the bathroom was the bad thing for me the bathtub was peeling off and looks dirty i didnt like it, everything else i cant complaint its simple but good for the price. "Just what I needed"
This hotel was extremely adequate for my needs. THe neighborhood was a little shady, but the rooms were clean, and were cleaned everyday, and the service was exceptional. For the price you can't beat it!

"Thrifty Stay"
For the price, the location and the accommodations met our needs. However, the front desk personnel were pleasant and very helpful, which made our stay extra special.

"Good Basic nights sleep"
This hotel was pretty basic. Not in a tony neighborhood or with a lot of frills, (there is a house with a 'palm reader' across the street, if that gives you a sense of the area) but the staff was very accomodating and we had a good quiet night sleep. "Days Inn in Goose Creek, S.C."
Overall it was a good stay. I don't need fancy in a hotel. Just good cable, good wireless and a comfortable bed and of course, clean. This hotel did pretty good. The wireless internet seemed to fade in and out some. Strong signal but the interenet was slow at times. May not have been the hotel's problem. The room had a couple of minor "mechanical" issues […] with the door handle and the sink but not enough to make it a complaint. Hotel was stinky in the rooms, stay at smoking rooms before this room make you choke. Had staff bring freshner still nasty. Phone didn't work & had to bring another t.v. Staff was unprofessional do recommend for anybody

It was clean and just what advertised. It was a quick stay and we were not looking for luxury, but economy and it fit the bill :)

Two of four lamps were burned out and the toilet was (reparably) broken, and that is all that I'm going to say negatively. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and accomodating; the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was easily accessible and its signal was strong. The location was convenient, within (short!) walking distance of several […] fast-food places, convenience stores, a grocery store, and restaurants, as well as being the closest hotel to the nearby Navy base. The refrigerator and microwave were spotless. And when my 5AM cab failed to show, the hostess on-duty at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding me another, in time to get me to my flight on time, AND she offered me coffee and breakfast while I waited, neither of which were supposed to be available until 6AM. The continental breakfast was just right with the varieties. Times of breakfast servings could've been extended to 11:00am. All in all, very pleased with my stay there in Goose Creek, SC. E.G.; Columbia,SC

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and none of the rooms were cleaned in between days. Had to go and get my own towels and toilet paper from the hotel maid.

Don't expect 5-star quality, however, the hotel was very clean and appeared to be relatively new or recently remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. Room was very spacious. Housekeeping staff was extraordinarily pleasant and accomodating. Towels and washcloths were few. Check-in was complicated with the "reading of the rules and penalties". Can't say […] much for the location. Didn't appear to be a very safe location and certainly not upscale but didn't feel threatened in any way. All I can say is don't waste your money, go to the Sheraton, and get a clean, quality room. This is not a hotel it is a motel, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

"Misleading..."
Do not go by the high quality photos posted on the Hotel's website. The Days Inn in Goose Creek is pretty run down. It's also about a $35 cab ride to down town. I don't want to know how expensive it would be to get to the beach. The location was not very appealing either. On a map it looks close to the airport and downtown Charleston, but it's actually […] about 25-30 minutes. If your looking for something dirt cheap and poor service and aren't expecting much, then go for it. Me and my family did not enjoy our stay at the Goose Creek Days Inn. Читати далі
