"Excellent Getaway"
My stay was great, very relaxing...the beds are very soft and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and assist with a smile!
"Home away from hime"
I told my husband from now on when we visit Houston we will be staying here...I enjoyed my stay so much. The only thing was the Starbucks cafe was not operated as well as it could have been.

Nice an clean. Has an outdoor pool, wi-fi throught and very modern looking, open lounge inside and out by the pool. Also has fitness center and jacuzzi. Breakfast was part of our package and although this hotel didn't seem to show that in their system (bought through hotels.com), they were able to honor it. Not a buffet but you can pick two-three items […] from their bistro. Overall, would recommend stay. Liked location because it is close to city centre, costco, malls, etc. Читати далі

The room was quiet and comfortable. It is right off the high way, so very convenient. I would stay here again the next opportunity.

The hotel was very clean except there's no refrigerator in our room.. not really a huge problem and the location is somewhat far from where we need to go everyday. But overall it's a very pleasant hotel and love the clean room.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable room. Everything was great with one exception. The deal was to include a free full breakfast, but we did not get "coupons" when we checked in. When we ordered our breakfast and they said that will be $xx, we were suprised. The front desk person was nice, but only gave me one coupon because we "only had on king bed in our […] room" ... what? The girl at the restaraunt asked the same question..."really, she only gave you one coupon?. Don't worry, I will take care of it" What a great response! Super nice. She should get a bonus for taking care of customers! I would recommend this hotel to a friend, but just make sure you tell them what you are supposed to get with the hotels.com deal when you check in. Читати далі

The stay was OK, no problem at all, since it was during x-mas vacation not al services were available during x-mas, the rest was ok. Good food, good service. they could have at least done something special for x-mas...not even a x-mas tree.....

The hotel adjusted a couple of services during the Christmas holidays, including limited housekeeping services on Christmas morning, and the Bistro Restaurant was closed for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We wanted to be able to allow our team to be able to enjoy the holiday spirit with their loved ones, and reduce the time they were working during this festive period! Knowing that we were going to have guests coming down to breakfast a little later than normal, we did extend our breakfast hours to acommodate these needs. I hope you had a very enjoyable holiday season, and we look forward to welcoming you back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the hearty breakfast. Location was wonderful. We are planning to stay there again on our way back home.

"The hotel in Houston/Energy Corridor"
The hotel was newly renovated. Hotel was very neat, clean and well maintained. Th only issue for me was having to make coffee in a coffee maker located in the hotel bathroom on top of vanity. "Great Stay"
From the outside this hotel looks old and dated, but once entering their bistro looks modern. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I had is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor's conversation, and it bothered me.

Check-in was easy, room was clean, AC worked great, TV was in HD, bed gave me exactly the rest I needed! Easy on and off of I-10

My husband and I went for our 1year anniversary, booked the room at the last minute, we were able to get a super deal.To our surprise the room and hotel were amazing.Everything was very up to date in the rooms and the lobby. ""Our Place" Potential"
I don’t know that I have anything negative to say... The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The memory-foam-ish mattress made for one of the most comfortable, restful night’s sleep of my all my days. The renovations are smart and sexy. The hubbs and I LOVED it. This could be “our place”.

I've heard positive things from others who have stayed at Courtyard Marriott hotels. The staff was great. I had a situation to occur unexpectedly. An accommodation was made without hesitation. The location was convenient to shops, restuarants and a theater. I will be staying over and over again.

I was traveling for business and was very satisfied with this hotel. My room did not have a microwave, but they told me if I needed one they would get me one. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and a good price for full buffet hot breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable. Even with the renovations, I was on the second floor, just above where the work was going on, I was not disturbed by any construction. "Not a great place"
Everything was out of order in the lobby. The bar was never open. The cleaning lady left before she was done. She didnt even take out the trash.
