Breakfast was minimal...not a deal breaker, but the jelly was so old, it was unspreadable! I developed bed bug bites following my 2 nights here....

This was a nice place to be after a long day of hiking in the whites. Nothing fancy, but clean and friendly.

We stayed for one night on our way to Canada. The hotel room was clean and tidy and the hotel itself was easy to find. While I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended amount of time to go skiing or hiking, this hotel is perfect if you're just passing through and don't need more than the basics. If there is no one in the next room this motel is a great value. It is clean and maintained but wow the walls are thin! Some drunk in the next room was yakking loudly on his cell phone in the next room til 11 pm --- could hear his actual words!

love this place,the staff was always friendly and the hotel is easily acceptable off the highway

As other reviews said it is a 50/60 very basic hotel. It served my purpose. I am a wedding DJ and had a reception to play at in a nearby resort location. All I needed was a place to sleep after the wedding prior to driving the 34 hour ride back to Massachusetts.

for the price, this motel was just fine. was close to alot of fun activities. all we needed was a clean, warm place to sleep. and that's what we got.

The room was spacious but dated. When I arrived in the room and the heat was off. Since the surrounding rooms appeared empty it was pretty chilly in the room until the heat kicked in. Room was comfortable, clean. No heat in bathroom. Heat system sounded like toilet running. Turned it down at night to get sleep. I would stay there again. The little inconviences were livable for a couple of nights.

We were very pleased with our room and the friendliness of the staff. Everything we asked for we got. We stayed there because we were visiting our daughter and it was close to her house. We have stayed there before. We will stay there again if we visit our daughter.

After seeing our first room we requested a change. The bathroom was so tiny you had to shut the door to reach the comode. The carpet was old and dirty and the 1 queen bed looked like a double. They finally agreed to give use a room with 2 queen beds but at a substantial cost. I refused to pay what was asked and we finally reached a middle ground. My only complaint was that the room was stuffy and we had to open the door and window to air it out. Also the bathroom was really small. But it served our needs.

This is a low-cost hotel. As such, it performs well. There are no frills, but for my stay, it was simple, clean, and quiet.

We stayed here one night and were very pleased, The room was clean and spacious, parking right outside the room, room had refrigerator, ,microwave, TV, etc. My only complaint is that when I asked for a crib for my baby, they wanted an additional ten dollars for it. Breakfast was included and was coffee,cereal, muffins, etc. and they even had waffles. […] It's also right off the highway so is in convenient location. Pros: nice staff, affordable, continental breakfast. Good place to stay for one night. Cons: bed not so comfortable, stains on mattress, police activity in another room.

It was very easy to get too right off the highway. Rooms were very nice and u could get some pretty good tv channels. Breaksfast was very good and very thing was fresh and clean.

What a little gem (excuse the pun). Our stay here was excellent; the room had a front and rear door, the latter opened onto a grassed area with chairs provided to sit in the sun. Although just outside Littleton it was easily within walking distance of all the amenities the quaint town has to offer, but also had an excellent supermarket across the road. […] Breakfast had a good choice of items, and there was a personal waffle maker on hand (the times we have chuckled at peoples’ attempts to use a waffle maker in the past are numerous). Best of all, being an avid F1 fan, there was a station amongst the many channels on offer, showing live coverage of a grand prix. Well worth the price we paid for the night. if you are visiting white mountains area this is a perfect place to stay. its so close to exit 41 on I93 and then just 5 miles from white mountains attractions. the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also good with freshly made waffles to order. there was ample parking. All in all a good experience.

There are three things I look for in a motel, and it had all three. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. We realized at about 11 pm that we wanted more pillows, and the desk did not answer the phone, but that is our only complaint. The Littleton Co-Op across the street is a wonderful grocery store, and the room had a small refrigerator.

Basic but comfortable and clean room, on par with Econo Lodge and similar. We thoroughly searched the bed and did not find any bedbugs. Great location, 20 mins to Franconia Notch. Standard continental breakfast. Littleton is a great town to base a White Mts vacation from. Overall, great value for the location.

As a photographer, who does not spend his vacation in the hotel -- out on the road before dawn, back to the hotel usually after sunset, maybe back in the room for a nap in the afternoon, this hotel suited my needs perfectly. It was what I expected, and I am happy with that. A clean, well-located motel with no frills and a decent price. I did not experience any problems while I was there. I had hoped to check in early when I got there, but had to wait until the normal check-in time.

Obvious 50s style motel with few updates. While trying to compete aginst newer area motels, the rate is all you get. I would bypass next time in the area.

I booked this hotel hoping for a clean, comfortable place to sleep only... and it filled my need. I got a good price online. The continental breakfast was pretty lame (but I had low expectations anyway). I'd use again for similar "sleep-only" purposes in the future.

The Motel was very good. We enjoyed the ability to sit out back with the apple trees (with ripe fruit) and the cool shade. Room was very clean, confortable and offered all that we needed. Breakfast was good and the service was very good.

I travel by motorcycle and stay at the cheapest places I can find. It was a one story building where I can park the bike right by the front door, exactly what I look for. It was clean with a couple of full beds, "I think," a really small TV, and an adequate bathroom with a leaky faucet. Clean comfortable, quiet room, worth the price

I did a lot of sighseeing and spend little time in my room except to sleep. Everything was clean and nice. It is not a 4 star but for the price it is excellent. The hotel staff were helpful. It had clean towels, sheets, bathroom. It is an older facility but well kept.

This motor inn was convenient to the White Mountain attractions as well as the Interstate. It's also good value and the hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. I recommend it.

Chambre ordinaire mais qui correspondait à ce que l'on voulait. Suffisamment de serviettes dans la chambre pour la famille. Aliments variés au déjeuner: fruits frais, céréales, rôties, gaufres faites sur place à la demande, muffins, pâtisseries, café. Bien contents d'avoir déniché cet hôtel à ce prix.

Première impression désagréable : un poids lourd ronronnait sur le parking (éloigné!) et la chambre empestait la cigarette. Heureusement, nous avons pu changer sans difficultés pour une suite junior, sans supplément de prix. Grande salle de bains avec lumière du jour. Personnel très aimable.
