Hotel locates at the end of Metro Line 3 and needs about 30 minutes travelling to centre of Paris (but still convenient). Nearby is a big supermarket where you can found most of the necessities at affordable prices. Rooms are tidy and provide private safe, water boiler and fringe. Free wifi for 24 hours and 2 computers are located at reception area for internet users. Front desk staff are always very busy in dealing with questions from travellers. On the whole the hotel provides convenience to travellers and is recommended.

Website very misleading!! Rooms a lot smaller than they appear online - swimming pool tiny (if somebody else was in it, I felt like I was imposing by getting in!!) Breakfast buffet was shockingly bad - extortionate price of €20pp!! Free wi-fi was good!! One receptionist was lovely, another one wasn't very pleasant! We stayed at the hotel this week. We booked it especially for the spa and pool. We were very dissapointed with them- the pool was extremely small and the spa consisetd of a sauna that was barely warm and had one very high bench- not enough room for more than 2 people! Clean room with comfy bed giving a great nights sleep Spa facilities intimate worth a few hours to use the pool if only a couple in there Staff very welcoming and friendly especially with our attempts at French Breakfast adequate with staff promptly clearing and replenishing. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

I think we were given a standard double room with no balcony even though we booked and paid for a superior double room with "Rooms open to balconies" as stipulated in web site. All bad reviews about this hotel (re: staff attitude in Tripadvisor etc) do not give credit to this cozy, clean and friendly hotel. Location is excellent, area has less tourists and feels more ordinary Paris than many other hotels. Short walk to Champs Elysee and the nearest metro/RER station. SPA is what you can expect from a hotel spa: tiny and basic, […] we tried couple massage after a long walk tour in the city and it was relaxing. Bfast pricy but worth it. All rooms are small in Europe and this was actually larger than where we stayed last time. There was some bad smell at times in the room as if there was mold somewhere. "Hotel Spa con piscina en reparación"
Elegí este hotel exclusivamente por el hecho que ofrecía un "spa" ... pero resulta que la piscina estaba cerrada por refacción, siendo que no lo habían anunciado en la página web. Otra fecha de clausura de la piscina estaba indicada. Además, el desayuno es bastante mediocre, con productos muy simples. En la habitación escuchamos muchos ruidos, no estaba […] bien insonorizada. "Do not go here"
Small (even tiny) room. I couldn't go to the toilet without twisting myself around a concrete column.. I wasn't able to go into the bathroom without opening and closing doors in a specific order. Reception tried to incoive me telephone calls that I didn't made. They even didn't apologise. Even if it is called arc de triomphe, it was a 20 minute walk […] to the arc de triompe.
