Like most people, we were visiting Disneyland while staying at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to the park with reasonably priced shuttle service available throughout the day and evening. The servie was great. It's worth it to pay the extra price and add breakfast to your room. My only complaint is the parking. There is not nearly enough […] parking when the hotel is full, and the parking spaces are much too narrow for today's larger cars which made parking and entering and exiting our vehicle difficult. Had great rates but was a little bit far from the convention center and did not provide a continental breakfast like so many other hotels do for the same price.... Also the 2nd day we were there we needed our towels replaced and they only replaced one and forgot to refill the coffee bag that I had used the first day of my stay...

This hotel is in a good location. Close to Disneyland and the convention center. The guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great and the service was really good. Nice, clean room with very comfortable beds. They have a shuttle that takes you to Disneyland, very convenient.

Thi is the 2nd time that I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Garden Grove. I fell in love with this hotel since our first stay. It's located only 2 blocks from Disneyland. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, informative and professional. The room, bed and bathroom are clean that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and would come back again in the near future.

Beautiful small hotel. Quite, clean and only 7 minutes from Disneyland. Stayed at a location in St. Charles, Illinois and was very satisfied. For that reason we chose the location in Garden Grove, California. Would definetly go back.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was reasonably close to Disneyland, it had very nice rooms, and a nice pool. Our family needed two rooms, and the hotel conveniently gave us adjoining rooms -- very nice. The surrounding area seemed pleasant as well. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

This hotel was very clean and quite. The staff was nice and always willing to help out. The hotel was far enough from the park to make it comfortable but close enough to walk to the park.

Very convenient hotel to Disney, just a short cheap shuttle ride away. All the drivers were happy & willing to talk to the kids.

This hotel is only 4 minutes away from Disneyland and California Adventure. There are many restaurants & fast food places in walking distance around the hotel. I enjoyed staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel is perfectly located 5-minutes from Disneyland & Disney's California Adventure. No congestion of getting to the hotel. The rooms were clean and smelled very fresh. The short time I was there, I do know that I'll be returning soon for a more longer stay.

Excellent hotel - great service - close to D'Land and also a shuttle service and USA Today in your room. . . And a $10 breakfast!

I've been to Disneyland multiple times and I was a little hesitant to stay at a hotel that was nearly a mile away from Disneyland. This is a very nice hotel. The room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It was comparable with our stay in Hilton before but with a much lower price tag. The only complaint is that one needs to watch out for the charges. I booked the room through hotels.com and was told free breakfast was included. But that info did not get transmitted […] to the hotel. Also I got charged with parking although I did not have a car. Both of these issues were resolved quickly by the helpful staff. I'm almost speechless about this hotel. I was in town for a convention. Most everyone was staying at the main Hilton next to the Convention Center. That was double the rate + gym + internet + breakfast. This hotel is 1 mile away ($6 cab ride) at half the rate with free gym, internet, & breakfast. If that wasn't enough... the staff is AMAZING!! I would […] have paid triple after being treated this well. From the housekeepers to the manager to Maria serving breakfast. They get to know you, treat you like royalty, talk to you like a real person, and do anything for you. We got caught up one day from a morning meeting that ran late. We rushed back to the hotel for breakfast but got there at 11:40. Breakfast was over at 11:00. The cook had already cleaned up and left. The kitchen manager jumped back there and started cooking eggs & sausage for us himself! This was even though we had free breakfast vouchers for reserving on hotels.com. Checkout at 12, need a late one, no problem check out at 2pm without even a second question. I can't say enough. I stay in hotels all over the U.S. 2-3 times a month and this ranks as one of my top 3 experiences (service-wise) in my life. I refuse to stay anywhere else when I go to Anaheim from now on. The Hotel was were well kept. All was clean and organized. The hotel staff was friendly and offered any information about the area. I did have one minor issue, I had to have a parking permit for my car, even though it was in a handicap parking space. I should have looked at the fine print when making the reservations too. I found out when I checked […] out that 12 dollars a day was added for parking. The hotel was still really decently priced, but that was a bit of a shock and I had to go back and find the notice that said how much the parking rate was. Check in was great/very nice and infomative. We came in late and everything was still ready for us. The staff was great and the food. I just wish the breakfast was free. Not much to eat in the area

I would stay here again. Rooms are very quiet,breakfast was great and no parking fees. My only complaint were the pillows, either to soft or to hard

Would probably just pay for parking pass at Disney and take the tram - so much more enjoyable, and you don't have to wait as long. Stayed at this hotel several times. Bathroom tub area needed repair. Cracked and sealed with caulking. Looked really bad.... Parking was not the best. Hotel guest took two spaces and I had to park at hotel next door. To make things worse we were charged 12.00 each night for parking which was not told to us at check in. The hotel is ok but they now charge $12 a day for parking which they didn't used to do. Breakfast is also expensive. Much better to stay right around the corner at the Homewood Suites where breakfast is included.

Upon arriving at hotel, there was no near parking and we had to carry luggage a very long way. There was sludge in the bathroom sink because "the pipes have been a little sluggish". There were water stains on the wall and the wallpaper was coming loose from the wall. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. In the morning while brushing […] teeth the bathroom sink stayed plugged with toothpaste and spit for 30 minutes before slowly draining. Our room number was #600, and it was the room closest to the Exit. Because of this, there was a lot of noise, and it was a little hard to fall asleep at night. Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, muy comodo y bonito, con empleados muy amables y ubicado en una zona preciosa, cerca de Disney y de un centro comercial, donde puedes hacer tu mini super y desayunar en tu habitación ya que los cuartos tienen micro hondas, frigobar y un mueble para poner la despensa.
