Address on the hotel, when entered into gps, brings you to a water tower. I called the hotel, and got an address to a different hotel, and told you will see us from there. This address lead me to a mall on the west side of town. Spent 2 hours driving to find the place. Finally got there, sent the wife in to check us in, was in no mood to deal with the […] staff. It was a hassle to get an ironing board. The pillow need to be replaced. I had the air condition unit on the off position, and it would come on for a few seconds every 45 minute, disturbing my sleep. the next day I unplugged it.

Just stayed here overnight as we traveled through. The hotel was in a safe location right off the freeway. The bed was decently comfortable and the room was clean. You get what you pay for.

Clean, safe, great staff, best extended stay hotel I've ever stayed in, super cheap... absolutely 5 stars! Only catch is that the doors face the outside, but it still felt very secure. That being said, I don't recommend a solo female traveler stay here.

We were pleased and would definitely stay again. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer, Kleenex, disposable cups, coffee and filters - if your room has a coffee pot. (If not providing these things helps to keep the cost down, it's fine with me!)

Adequate amenities, no Kleenex, walls are thin so can easily hear people in adjacent room, some utensils were missing. Bed was fine, good support.

You can tell that the hotel is getting a bit old, but the service was good and the rooms were clean. The location is very near I-40 and also I-25.

This hotel is definitely one to stay at if you're a weary traveler, have pets, or have children and want to save on some cash from eating out (or driving another mile). The single queen non-smoking room was very spacious, clean, and the built in kitchenette was a pleasant necessity. Spent only one night here and found the location to be excellent, room was small but did have a kitchen area with counter area to set up my computer and have coffee. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, carpet needed replacing, but it was clean, and for price I have no complaints. I've stayed in worse hotels for a lot more money.

Nice clean room, initial cleaning chemical oder was a bit strong but very common in most hotels. Something users learn to contend with. Well appointed. Room was beginning to show wear and tear but not yet ready for a major facelift. For the price and condition I shall use it quite often.

I'm glad i stayed at this hotel than the others in the area. Too bad I just needed a place too sleep. Left very early the next morning.

good bang for the buck. with low expectations, i was pleased. For $41 and only awake in the room for less than 2 hours, it worked. I would not want to be conscious longer than a few hours here.

the address you provided was incorrect and we were a little upset when we arrved at the hotel after driving around for an hour trying to find the proper location when our gps failed. The hotel was fine.

Not bad. worth the few extra bucks over the other "extended stay" hotels. Just glad I didn't have to stay longer than a few days!

I have heard miscellaneous complaints about this establishment. I had a pleasant time. their business center comes in handy for printing, surfing etc.. however, you need to bring your own printer paper. I guess the only con was the absence of breakfast in the morning. The location is right off of I40 but far enough away to not be noisy. it is in a somewhat […] of a culdesac of hotels with very little traffic. and within an extremely close walking distance is a BBQ joint that was a little pricey but well worth it. the linens were clean and without any noticeable burns or stains. The heater was toasty at night and the Televisions have RCA jacks in which to plug in your miscellaneous video equipment (XBOX, DVD player, Roku). Walmart is about a mile away or Kmart or Whole Foods Supermarket is about the same distance in the opposite direction. It is close to UNM or CNM (about 5-10 min). overall i would rate this experience as excellent and i will be rebooking in the future for my family and friends. Читати далі

I was looking for an inexpensive, pet friendly place to stay while passing through New Mexico. It was inexpensive and pet friendly, but thats where it ends. The carpet was filthy, the bedspread had burn holes in it and was dirty, the blanket on the bed was very worn and I cant say the cleanest. The room was really worn out, stains on the countertop, […] the kitchen had some supplies but if there had been more than me, they would have been out of luck, there was only one fork, one knife and two spoons in the drawer along with a couple spatulas.The floor was dirty, and hadnt been vacuumed thoroughly, not to mention I didnt like walking on it without my socks on.I am a female traveling alone and they put me in a dark corner on the ground floor, I did not feel very secure there. The clerk was nice enough to redo my room to the bottom floor because of my bad knees. That was a plus, and the room was very nice and accomodating for myself and my son. I would have liked to had coffee in the room with the coffee maker, similar to other extended stay hotels we had been at, but that was my only complaint.

It's a place to sleep convenient to I-40. No extras. If you need coffee for the coffee pot, the office will sell some for fifty cents. There are empty ice trays in the refrig but if you ask there is ice at the office. The room is clean and not unfomfortable. You'll get a decent nights sleep for the price. Don't miss Rudy's BBQ down the block.

I've stayed there many times through the years and always return. Rooms are consistantly clean and comfortable. Staff is very courteous and I like having a kitchenette handy. Excellent value!

This was not bad for the money.It was smoker friendly, unlike some places that make you feel like a criminal if you smoke. The room was reasonably clean, and nicely appointed for the price. I stayed 2 nights on way to destination and 1 night on way back. Decent hotel with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, & stove with dining table. OK for the price. But when you check in to find empty ice trays in the freezer (understandable), but no ice machine on the premises, and all you want is a refreshing drink with some ice in it, it is a little disappointing. How much could it be to invest in an ice machine?!?

Started as just an overnight on way to destination. Enjoyed city and hotel enough to stretch to a second day. Not too fancy and had to walk stairs to second floor as booked late on a busy holiday weekend. Good clean accommodations. TV older style, but worked. Same with shower. I was happy with this hotel in April. It's an excellent value, and having a kitchen is fabulous. This time, though, I arrived at 3pm (check-in time) and the room wasn't clean. After a couple more calls and an hour wait, it was "ready" at four! But the floor by the door had white stuff -- my guess is lint from the pile of dirty rags I'd seen holding […] the door open at 3pm. Finally got a different room and it was ok, if you don't mind a carpet that was either dirty or in severe need of being replaced, a candy wrapper between the wall and the wire hanging unit (closet), and onion skins under the bed. There were other little things under there too, but I didn't look too closely. The guy at the front desk was not at all friendly or apologetic about the inconveniences. And my key didn't work *twice* when I arrived in the evenings. He said it was probably my cell phone, but they were in completely different pockets of my jeans. I may stay there again, as it's a good value, but I'll check lots of other places first. I hope this was just fluke, and that things improve. Читати далі

I've stayed here several times, and this time the quality and condition of the room were just sub par. The staff is great, and the location, services and pricing are super. I will probably consider staying here again -- but the facility needs some work, and the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

I stayed here for a week during a recent business trip. Especially if you are a woman staying here along, I would recommend reconsidering. There are a lot of sketchy people and especially sketchy men, staying at this place. One night I got back later in the night, and some guy who was outside smoking made kissing noises at me. I did my best to avoid […] him and walk to my room. I took the first flight of steps up (my room was on the second floor), and to my shock and horror when I looked below the guy was following me. He had crossed over across the parking lot and was on the same side, following from below. I booked it to my room, and called the front desk. The man who answered seemed to take it seriously, though no one ever called back to assure me it was taken care of, or ask whether I was ok, or anything. Beyond the creep factor, the hotel seemed clean enough. But it is old. I could feel tiles shift under my feet sometimes when I walked on them. And even though I brought my own sheets, pillow case and towels, I got a rash during my stay, that lasted for a week! I can't be 100% sure it was due to the hotel, since I took precautions, but I also do not know what else could have caused it. Anyway, I guess if you are a creepy old man, with skin issues, this is the place for you. But if you are a young woman, and don't want to be afraid to leave your room after dark, I would strongly recommend shelling out some more bucks and going somewhere nicer. Читати далі

Many things did not work in the room. The faucet in the bathroom was hard to turn, squeaked, and leaded water down tghe cabinet side and onto the floor. The dishes were limited to 2 of everything, but several of them were missing. The iron didn't work at all. It was a non-smoking room but smelled badly of smoke. Carpeting was in bad shape with burns. […] Fry pan was teflon, but so badly worn that it was rusted. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work. Location is great. Neighborhood is good. Hotel/Front desk service is acceptable. However, the only thing and most important thing, cleanliness, is very bad. Bed/bedding is old.
