"Very nice and clean"
Close in proximity without being downtown! A really nice hotel.
"Horrible, Don't stay here"
King Size Bed 2 sheets, Seedy. The Grounds need to be pressure washed. Beding smelled unclean, like smoke. I was afraid to put my stuff down. Checked out after 1 night. Checked into a new hotel!

wasable to move things and check me in super early. I was exhausted and they were accommodating. Meant a lot to me, very appreciated.

The room was filthy. Even though they only do room clean up every 7 days, they should have cleaned up a pile of trash left by former guests. We stayed 2 nights. I asked them twice to remove the trash, but they ignored my request.

Great location, nice park and place to walk behind the hotel. Shopping nearby. However, the fragrance used during cleaning was overwhelming when we arrived. Many people are sensitive to fragrance as are my father and I - I had to open the window and turn on the bathroom fan while we left to get rid of the overpowering scent!
"Extremely Disappointing"
Probably the most disappointing hotel stay we have ever had. Way past due for renovation. Hotel lobby very dirty, clerk was inattentive. Could not connect to internet even after contacting their phone # for tech support. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and smelled. Moldy shower and many chips in furniture and countertops. The staff was very friendly and accomodating! I would recommend requesting a room in the back as it overlooks a rbeautiful river and trees with mountains in the far back!
"Great location"
Within walking distance to theater, grocery, tons of restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and a nice size. I do wish they would provide shampoo, but that is my only complaint.
"Dog Crap and Cigarette butts..."
This place is gross! My kids didn't even like the place. The lawn was covered in dog crap, and when I say covered... The dog tirds outnumbered the cigarette butts...and believe me there were plenty of cigarette butts... Nasty! The beds are the worst I've slept in. My 6 year old slept on the floor because he hated the bed so bad! I'm not exagerating! The […] kitchenette was equipted with very little. We had one bowl for my whole family. So much for eating breakfast in the room. The coffee mugs doubled as a cereal bowl for our stay. Save your money. "OK hotel, great location"
This was a good place to stay because of the great Sugarhouse location. The room was comparable with the better Motel 6es, but with a kitchenette that comes with some very basic equipment. It's perhaps not the best if you want to spend a lot of time in the room, but I had business on the south east side of Salt Lake City and just needed a place to sleep. […] The fridge was very noisy so I unplugged it. The room was clean except for black mold around the bath seal - strange, as the tile grout was fresh. The rooms are set up like small apartments and housekeeping is provided on request for a small charge. There is also a charge for Internet access. Breakfast is easy to find within walking distance. "Great Location"
The location is great. My two complaints are the uncomfortable bed and the carpet was quite dirty. Staff was very nice.

"The hotel in sugar house was really convinient"
however i was dissapointed that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The location is the only reason we stayed there. The overall condition was poor and the coffee was cold in the lobby and they were out of coffee packets for the room!!!!!
Enjoyed our stay, the kitchen did not have enough dishes and silverware(only had one set of silver and 2 cups and plates) but staff gave us extra things when we asked and thought the location was great!

Excellent space! Back units overlook Hidden Hollow Nature Area, complete with stream and walkway to nearby stores like Wild Oats and Barnes & Noble. Wireless could be extended until checkout time, instead of first thing in the morning of your checkout.

Location of hotel was perfect as my Corporate office was right around the corner. Hotel was a good value for the amenities but is more geared towards longer term guests and not business travelers. "Serviceable hotel"
Room was small and dark, but bed was comfortable. Shower was a little strange -- no tub, just a curtain and floor drain, but it worked. The extra charge for a second person in the room was annoying, as was the $4.99 charge for wireless internet, which worked well. Overall, an adequate hotel but nothing to write home about.

The first room we were given the toilet was leaking. In the second room the sink in the bathroom "belch" up some black water that had an odor.

It was conveniently located. Didn't have to deal with downtown traffic and still had access to shopping. Very centrally located to the hospitals. Nice if you want to save money on food because it has a kitchenette and had the necessary utensils to prepare small meals. This would be nice for a business trip or emergency trip which was our case. Not recommended […] for leisure stay as there isn't a pool or anything recreational like that there.
