Baymont Inn & Suites Hattiesburg - Гаттісбург

Front desk was very friendly and greeted me immediately. Room was very clean and the A/C was pumping away. Free hot breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from. Hotel is right off the interstate but there were no noise issues. Would stay here again, especially at almost half the price of the HGI next door.

Very satisfied. Will stay again. Room was very very clean. Bed sooo comfortable. Beautiful picture on the tv. Breakfast was good too.

It was right off the interstate, with nice restaraunts right across the road. The staff was nice and rooms were comfortable and priced reasonable. Mini frig and microwave in the room was nice. Card keys gave me problems, but otherwise great room for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay. A restaurant was right across the street where we could enjoy a late-night meal and a drink and not worry about having to drive. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They had breakfast. I really enjoyed it.

We always stay at the Baymont, when we go to Hattiesburg, the hotel is clean and the people are very friendly.

Very nice young lady at check-in, no problems at all, wish they were all as easy as this.

The toilet was running slow the 2 days I was there and eventually it overflowed right before I checked out. It was an inconvenience but the staff was very apologetic and took care of the issue immediately. I would stay here again and recommend it to others though.

Hotel was in an excellent location and the staff was wonderful, but the hotel itself seemed to be not as 'clean' as I thought it would be. It was very humid in some of the areas of the hotel too. I will not return to this hotel again.

It was much better than Ithought it would be. I was pleasently surprised and I would stay here again! The price was right also!!

I have stayed at this location several times in the last couple of years. Rooms are clean and comfortable and a little less than the surrounding hotels.

Room was very small. Vanity was right at the door very unsual place to have vanity and mirror. Bathroom was dirty. The extras such as shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked. I checked into this hotel for a two night stay. After waking up after the first night, I saw a bug crawling in the bed. I killed the bug. It was full of blood. Then I saw bed bugs everywhere. Needless to say, I had bug bites over most of my body. They had a field day at my expense. I checked out. There were many bugs in this room. The management had […] to have known they had bed bugs. The room was satisfactory. The only issue I had was the lack of a work friendly desk. There was only one outlet and it was under the desk. I had to get on my hands and knees to get to it.

IT TOOK US 6 HOURS TO GET TOWELS FOR OUR ROOM AND THEN THEY TOLD US THAT WE COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF WE WERE UPSET! WHO WOULDN'T BE?! THE POOL WAS MESSY, THE TOILET RAN THE WHOLE TIME AND THE ROOM KEYS WOULD NOT WORK. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL!!!

Very comfortable bed, plenty of space in room, good value - breakfast was adequate, average but well maintained.

The room itself was very neat, clean and quiet. We checked in on a Sunday evening. We asked for extra towels because we didn't have enough for 4 people, plus the fact we all went swimming. The front desk staff was very rude and did NOT want to let us have more towels. In the end we got the towels but we had to go to the front desk to pick them up.

The hotel location and check-in process was fine. Upon entering the room I immediately saw a bug crawling around on the TV stand. It turned out to be a baby roach. There were dead ants in the bathtub, and then when I pulled back the covers to go to bed, there was an ant crawling in the bed. Since we were already in the room and it was 11:30 at night […] (and my husband works in pest control and doesn't get overly excited about bugs), we stayed in the room. At breakfast, a gentleman openly walked through the eating area with a container of pesticide and a hose. Upon telling them at check-out the person at the front desk said she'd have the manager call me when she got in. She never did. I would think an experience like that warrants a phone call at minimum. We had a pleasant stay with no noise interrupting our sleep. Rates are competitive and easy to find the motel. Hot breakfast was a welcome in the morning. Easy check-in and check-out..

Carpet needed shampooing. When walked across feet were black on bottom.

Great staff and great location. However, there was a dead bug on the floor in our room, no trash bags in the garbage can, and a huge brown stain on the comforter which was trying to be concealed by a single white sheet on top of the comforter. I was very surprised this hotel does not have 4 stars. It was very clean and new. Rooms were spacious and quiet, breakfast bar had a great selection and Outback Steakhouse is just across the street. The hotel allowed me to even check in early the day of my arrival making my trip very comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice room and location is perfect with resturaunts and local hangouts within walking distance. Staff was very polite and continental breakfast was above average.

Have stayed at this hotel before. Our stay is always pleasant..Would stay here anytime we're in the area.

Location was great. Right off the 59 highway, but a few blocks from highway so it is not "on" the highway. All rooms are inside, which is a great safety feature. our 1st floor room sliding window was found to not be lockable (at 11;00 pm). i went to the desk but did not see anyone,so i happened to have a rod in my car that i used to wedge the window closed, I told the clerk on the way out next morning but she didn't seem too concerned..

Overall, nice hotel in good location. Easy to get to from interstate. The breakfast was really good. Room was nice but a bit small. The bathroom was not clean enough for me.

Nice stop, good breakfast, clean rooms. Very hot water for first shower, then warm/hot for second shower - strange! The rest was perfect. One of the kids left a cell phone charger there and we called, they held it back and we were able to pick it up on our way back through town a few days later. Excellent customer service!

Only two complaints...the bathroom door would not close completely, which is very inconvenient with 4 guests in the room. Also the air conditioning unit/vents were very dirty and smelled horrible when we turned the fan on...it was so bad, we had to forego the fan and deal with the warm stuffy room. Hotel room was small and clean. We were there only a few hours each day. Left before breakfast was ready. Didn't like the coffee maker in the room but that was minor. It was located in an area with other hotels, close to places to eat, shop and pick up little necessities if needed. It was basically quiet in the hotel.

After seeing the rating on hotels.com and reading some of the reviews, I was a little afraid to book a room here. But we really wanted to stay in that area (right off the interstate at a major highway) and it was the only reasonably-priced place around there, I decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. The only complaint I have is that the sheets either didn't fit the bed well or were put on sloppily. They came loose during the night and made the bed uncomfortable.
