The transportation to this motel is very convenient by just using the courtesy phone in the LAX airport when we arrived. The motel itself is nice and decent and worth its price. I was afraid that the noise of airplanes would be disturbing. Happily it was not. The continental breakfast and the restaurant are not bad either.

Visited Shelter in May 2010, the rooms are big and clean, in a reasonable price. The room is simple in a stylish way, quite comfortable. King size bed is good, you can get a good sleep there. It is in the Korean Town, located in the city. Location is quite convenient. Hotel provides free parking space at ground floor. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to stay in LA.

Located in high class beautiful Beverly Hill area. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hill residential area. Very convenient and quiet. A small hotel with no lift or elevator to go upstairs, so have to carry luggage to the second floor. The staff are very helpful and nice. Facilities are basic but neat. Breakfast is basic. A little bit expensive but the location worths it. It is quite good as a last stop to relax and walk around, or to drive to anywhere. Bus stops are available outside the hotel going to Santa Monica or Hollywood area too.

Don't be fooled by the brand "Sheraton"--it's not. But if you can somehow sign up on the Internet to get a deal 60% of the real Sheraton, I wouldn't complain. it's close to the airport, with a nice shuttle service to LAX, but you have to be content with the Burger King nearby, because that is not only eating place within walking distance. I had dinner, and breakfast, and mostly the time i had the place to myself. Otherwise you need to shell pout 16 bucks for breakfast.

Aside from its original Gutenberg Bible and Canterbury Tales, the institution is regarded for its 120 acres of gardens.

After some prior bad experiences with Best Western, we were pleasantly surprised to find this dated, but clean and comfortable hotel with great public transportation access to the floats in Victory Park. Great mixed asian food nearby at Oishi. Good hotel breakfast but very few tables.

"just ok"
Overall it was ok; just ok. Nothing was horrible, but it was nowhere near as nice as other comprably priced hotels we stayed in other parts of So CA this trip. They recently wallpapered our room, so it looked nice, but it had a strong musty smell. I'm glad they didn't try to drown it out with air fresheners which would have only added to the problem. […] It was unclear whether they had water damamge and the mustiness ( & new wallpaper) was a result, or if some mold had built up in the AC. The rest of the motel facilities are a bit rundown. (office/eating area, laundry, exterior) We had breakfast just one day because it ends at 9, and it's just as well as breakfast was pretty bad. Free internet was nice. It isn't a place to run screaming from, but I wouldn't revisit it or recommend it to others. Читати далі
"Hotel room was comfortable"
Hotel room was really nice clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel location was very convenience to our workshop destination in Pasadena Old Downtown. The only thing I find kind of inconvenience was the breakfast room was too small and to crowded with no room to serve breakfast without having to bump into another person while serving breakfast or […] have to wait until people moved out of the way. "More than fair!"
Nice value for the dollar! Best part was the staff. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Rooms are small but clean. Decent pool/hot tub area. I'll stay there again.
"Nice Facility"
Hotel is nice & clean. Better than expected room conditions. Continental breakfast has different variaties. You can make fresh pancake on your own, it's great. I would love to visit next time when I am in town.
