Easy to find. Welcoming desk. I stayed for 2 nights in an Executive Studio. Originally I was on the 2nd floor and immediately on going to room knew it... was going to be too noisy as it's basically on the street (Parkes St). Very noisy, echoes through the room. I asked to be up higher and was given the 6th floor which was better but still horribly noisy with traffic. So my criticisms are why no double glaze soundproof windows, the studios are practically on the street. Also no shower shelf in the shower for shampoos or gels and the tapware should be upgraded to be WELS ticked as the water usage would be very high from the shower and basin mixer. The gym is standard size and the sauna and steam room both worked really well. Breakfast was above average and staff attentive when items were depleted.
