A Victory Inn & Suites - Ann Arbor - Енн-Арбор

It's very nice hotel. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The manage is very friendly and helpful. In a word ,I feel very well. If I visit Ann Anbor in the future, I should chose this hotel.

I've read lots of reviews here that said the rooms were dirty, My room was actually pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good too. However, you do get what you pay for. The hotel is very dated. The hallways, wallpaper, furniture are all old, but its just cosmetic. I do feel that this hotel does have potential. I think they're slowly […] remodeling this place, I saw someone painting one of the rooms. The hotel was quiet and everything in my room was clean and worked. As many people have already pointed out, there is no alarm clocks, ironing boards, or coffee maker in the rooms. Also, It would be nice if they fixed the locks on the outside doors. It looks like they were disabled intentionally, why? i have no idea. But I was able to get back into the building at 1am with out the card. In all my stays in motels inn and hotels... this was terrible. No soup hand towels, tv broken heat not working, burnt holes in comforters no clocks oh so terrible.

I should have read the comments before I booked. The good: Location The bad: Not Clean, Bathroom was gross carpet was 30 years old and stained/dirty/faded in the room Sheets made me break out in hives. Much of the furenture, lights and chairs were old and broken.

After reading so many bad reviews I was a little concerned that it would be a rough stay, but this was all the budget would allow so we took a chance. It was absolutely fine. Not updated with new colors, but clean and quiet. Great shopping nearby.

Don't waste a penny staying here. Friends in the room next to mine had bed bugs.

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. The hotel provided 2 small hand towels and 2 wash clothes, but no towel to shower with. The room had no clock or no radio. The bathroom sink had no drain. It took at least 5 minutes before you could get hot water.The continental breakfast consisted of raisin bran, white bread and a small muffin. This place was gross! It had a disgusting smell to it, the room was not very clean, not up-to-date. Just overall in bad condition. Will never stay there again!

Arrived before 5pm, presented the clerk with my Hotels.com receipt, got my key & went up to my room. There was no "hot Tub". Went back to see the clerk who informed there were none available. He offered me another suite but I told him I'd come to his hotel because of the hot tub. After a few minutes, he said he had one in a room that was not being used […] acc't the heating system was out of order. He said a portable electric heater had been put to help heat up the suite. I took the room, once in the hot tub neither my partner nor I could get it to work but didn't get out to call the front desk acc't already in the tub. The tv in that room worked fine but the tv in the main room by the bed had a defective remote.. Surprised the suite didn't have anywhere to hang up coats or clothes for the next day. nor was there a clock in the room. Went down sunday morning at 10am for the breakfast buffet only to be informed it had ended at 930am - I think 930am on a sunday is a little early! I informed the day clerk upon checkout that we couldn't get the hot tub to come on, he said we must not have pushed the right button. Place is trashed. They should take the suites out of their name is a joke.

This hotel was so ill represented by its website. The front desk, all of 6 feet of space is granite and beautiful. The remainder of the hotel is a complete eyesore. Not one ice machine worked in the entire hotel. All the exterior doors had the locks cut out and key card boxes drilled out, so there was no sense of security whatsoever. The king size bed […] had only 2 pillows on it. I had to get my own towels from the front desk. I went to set the alarm on the clock, only to find the rooms have no clocks. If you go to the front desk, you can get one if you pay a deposit.....unreal! In the morning I realized there was no iron above the ironing board. I was back to the front desk again to get the iron, but I was required to pay a deposit so I wouldn't steal it! There was half finished projects in every hallway and corner. A room was available to book at the last minute. Very reasonable rate. Quiet on a Saturday Night. The front desk upgraded us to a better room at the last minute. Yes, I will stay here again and I plan on it. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a room in the area.

If you plan on spending any time in your room, don't stay here. If you just need a place to crash after playing in AA, this will suffice. All it has going is that it's in AA and was available. The reviews don't lie!! This place is run down, worn out, broken, ugly, and uncomfortable. The staff was nice and brought my very pregnant self lots of extra […] (lumpy or flat) pillows. The couch in our room was unusable, we ended up putting the cushions on the floor to sit. The breakfast was non-existant. The security doors were broken. The bed made a noise on EVERY movement. The rooms were very dated. The room was overpriced for such accomodations.

I thought I had won when the search engine confirmed my reservations for this place. However, upon arrival the best thing was check-in. The clerk was friendly and efficient, but the hallways were worn and smelled bad. The room was worn down and made me question how clean the linens were. The place is nasty! Carpet was wet near the refrigerator in the room because it leaked. Tub/shower was dirty, had somebody else's hair left in it, and the water wouldn't drain. Bugs were all over the countertop in the lobby restroom which was under construction, and the celing panels were missing so when you looked up you saw all of the ductwork above. […] I ended up going out to my SUV to sleep for fear of bedbugs, and only went back to room to use bathroom!! Overall, ii wasn't that bad.

I was dropping my daughter off for school and wanted to get some sleep before I hit the road... This hotel was fine for that even though it's not very well maintained.

This hotel has seen better days and it's nasty right now. It looks like it's being operated on a shoestring. No clock in the room, ironing board, no iron. No WiFi, peeling wall papaer boarder, the elevator and hallway areas are gross.The rating system failed me on this one. I would not stay here again.

Good stay overnight and prices very low. Good location right off the freeway.

No good, old furniture, old carpet, TV, cheap : soap and shampoo 5cents value, very small dose....CHEAP , OLD, CLEANLINESS= 1 over 10.

Only stayed here for one night, got exactly what we paid for. Didn't take advantage of the pool or the attached Chinese restaurant on our romantic getaway though

The bath towels were rough and very small. The continental breakfast was very skimpy. And the hotel as a whole was a bit run down. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We found the room to be clean, smelled no smoke in the area of the building we were in, was not too noisy, and felt that the owners were trying to bring k the hotel back to what it once must have been. The location is convenient, close to UM, EMU and WCC. Not the best, but it does it's job. 2 star definitely.

There was no phone books in the hotel. A door to get in from the outside was not lock. The tolet broke on us. The hallways need to be repainted. They need a whole new ventalion system. The stairs smelt and so did the hallways. The free breakfast was not worth going to at all. It was by far a very bad hotel.

Given other rates for other motels I have booked through Hotel.com - including the day before in Columbus, Ohio - this motel seemed a bit pricey. It was a good room, but not a great value.

We were looking for a clean hotel room for a couple nights in that location with working AC, and that is exactly what we got and nothing else. The room was clean and the AC worked well, especially during the heat wave that week. Considering the very low rate we paid, we are satisfied with what we got. It was hotter in the hotel than outside. We had to call to get the room clean. Previous guests' trash including used beverage glasses, condensation on the room's carpet and the odor was overbearing. Housekeepping came in angry that we called. sprayed an air freshener and left. We should have taken the hint and left.

The Hotel was in disrepair. It looked like a slum. There was trash around the parking area. Grass was growing through cracks in the asphalt.The electronic security entry lock was ripped off the door jamb. The outside light was broken. Finally, the continental breakfast was very skimpy, with no one around to clean up or help customers.

We moved 2 times before we relented and stayed in the room. Everything was old and the towels small and see through. No blankets on the bed just the sheet and comforter. Extra items (iron/pad) had to have a $10 deposit. Breakfast was a box of cherrios, coffee and a plastic shoe box with white bread and a toaster. 1. Desk clerk had to search for the reservation. 2. 1st room (night 1) king bed, queen sheets that kept coming off. Sink woiuldn't drain. 3. 2nd night (room 2) window seal broken, milky resedue between pains. Small refridgerator in room, unplugged, carpeting wet. 4. this hotel should be torn done as un-inhabitable. roof leaking throughout the hotel wallpaper pealing off stinks like sewage and cigarettes the homeless have it better outside

It pretty much sucks plain and simple. Nasty rooms, continental breakfast consists of old coffee and a box of cheerios. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!! Location and price is about only thing it has going for it. If I could go back I would pay an extra 40-50 dollars for a way better hotel.
