"Hidden view"
This hotel is located just before deer creek canyon right at the foot of the mountains. The view is breath taking with plenty of nearby accommodations. I believe its seclusion is what makes it unique. Very clean, with friendly staff. Rooms were available in a pinch (my situation) This place gets my thumbs up.

"Easy experience"
This hotel fitted my needs perfectly it was close to what I needed to do and access to freeways is simple. The map does not show the location correctly and is not as close in proximity to the freeway as implied. My room was next to the road on the ground floor but was quiet, did hear the occasional car but not enough to disturb me. My room was almost […] identical to the way it is portrayed in the picture, just some rearrangement of the furniture, this was a surprise to me as I have found this very different with other hotels in the past. "Marriott Townsuites Littleton - off the beaten pat"
Well kept, very nice hotel. A studio suite with a small, but complete kitchen. Near Littleton, CO, off of C470, but away from all the hustle--off the beaten path--which we really enjoyed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included continental breakfast, which is unusual for a Townsuite. We enjoyed the ability to easily get on C470 and head to the mountains […] to do some hiking and enjoy the outdoors. "Towneplace Suites By Marriott Denver Southwest"
The room layout was perfect. It seemed to have everything we needed and more. It was a little bit inconvenient for us because so much of the time, we had to drive north (but was perfect for the drives to Parker and to Castle Rock).
"Weekend in Denver area"
This hotel was really nice. The kitchenette was handy and the room was comfortable. The pool is outdoors and fairly small, and there is no hot tub. There are some fun things to do in the area and it is fairly close to groceries, convenience stores and other shopping.
The Townplace Marriott in SW Denver was wonderful. Four of us were in the area for a family reunion. We especially enjoyed the nearby park within walking distance which had great hiking trails. Also the proximity to restaurants was nice, a lot of variety, some place for every appetite. It was easy to get to from the airport, staff was friendly and helpful […] and the breakfast was tasty. "A little ways away from everything but that was OK"
The hotel was a little ways away from everything but that worked out just fine for us. We didn't mind driving a little bit to places that we needed to get to. Being away from the busy places, didn't bother us at all. The facilities were great. Our only complaint, is that the parking lot was not big enough to hold all the vehicles that were there.
This place had a great rate and FAR exceeded our expectations. It was one of the best Hotel experiences we've had by far. Kudos to this location.

"Reasonable Rates and quiet area."
My wife and I picked this hotel because of the low rate and proximity to the cycling event I was participating in. Despite being adjacent to C-470, I never heard any traffic noise and the rooms are pretty well insulated against noisy children as well. Front desk accidentally assigned our keys to the wrong room at first but that was quickly rectified. […] Some would consider the lack of really anything commercial within a reasonable walking distance to be a negative, but the location suited us just fine. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Outstanding value - decent food, fruit/drinks available outside dining hours. Large, comfortable room - wasn't expecting full kitchen. This was a suite, not a room. Good TV.
Staff very friendly and helpful, accomodations nice and clean.

"The best deal for price. . ."
Everything was good, the only thing was that the bed and pillows are a little stiff. but other than that i would go again on my next visit to Colorado.

Pool was a little small for my Baseball team, But overall very nice place to stay.
