"Convenience"
This hotel could use some updating, but is definitely reasonable when considering the nightly rate. It was convenient and within walking distance to local attractions such as Tyson Event Center and Argosy Casino, with some nice restaurants in walking distance (Chili's and Famous Dave's). Rooms are nothing special, but are clean and comfortable.

The hotels was good but our gps got stolen out of our car during the night.
"Find somewhere else to stay"
The price was right but everything else was wrong. The hotel was old and run down and smelled like old shoes. On top of that, there was a tornado warning during our stay and from all accounts, nobody was notified. The front desk clerk didn't even know about it until we called her. Don't stay here!!!!

"Hotel stay for concert at Tyson Event Center"
We stayed at the Ramada for one night while attending a concert at Tyson. We were pleased with the hospitality and location VERY MUCH. The rate through Hotels.com was the best and we're glad we stayed there. It's not a 5-star hotel, by any means, but it's convenient and clean.

I have stayed at this Ramada several times previously and have always been happy with my room. But this time the cleanliness of the bed was a concern. The bedspread had stuff that had been spilled on it and not changed. Makes a person wonder about the rest of the bedding. The desk clerk was unable to fix the situation. "Hotel Comment"
When i saw that the hotel was located right next to a railroad track, I was concerned that it was going to be extremely noisy but it wasn't. I only noticed one train going by and it wasn't bad at all.

"Worth it for the breakfast alone!"
My family stayed one night on the way home from vacation, mostly because it was close to the highway and the price was right. While the hotel is a bit outdated and probably in need of some updating, it was perfectly fine for our stay. "Poor quality"
The first room I was given was not even cleaned yet. The room they gave me in exchange was fairly clean, but the king-bed sized room had no chair to relax in - just a few desk chairs. There also was no microwave in the room as advertised. The hot breakfast was satisfactory, thought, and the wireless access was excellent. "Needs Improvement"
Hotel room was not clean, AC filter was very dirty. beds were very sloppily made, picture on wall was hung upside down. Only two bath towels in room, (two queen beds) 3 occupants. Had to call for more towels, was brought a ragged bath mat for a hand towel. stairs to second level were so dirty, appeared to have food or something on them. "Good For What We Paid"
We stayed in a nicely sized room with a comfortable bed and had no major complaints. The continental breakfast was beyond what I expected for the price we paid. There were eggs, sausage, and many other things. The one small complaint we had was that we couldn't pick up any internet access on our laptop. "Great room for the money"
Very reasonable rates, clean rooms, and nice pool for children. Though pool was outdoor, it was a fun experience for the children because it had a 3 foot section for the smaller children to play safely. Staff were very helpful.

"Booking needs improvement"
One person at the desk. We booked 2 queen beds and confirmed. When we arrived at this hotel they only had 1king bedroom and said this is the problem with E booking.I asked for a portable bed, in which he had to leave the desk to find one. He found one and left it in front of our door for us to set-up.

The morning of checkout, there was no hot water for a shower & the tub wouldn't drain. Check in was at two and we planned on checking in a 2:30 so we had time to get ready for a party at 4:00, when we showed up they said they didn't have a room ready & we didn't get in until after 3:00.
