Microtel Inn And Suites Burlington - Берлінгтон

Room was clean. Cold nights and heater wasn't too effective Overall odor in common areas of the hotel. Breakfast was OK but not enough places to sit and they don't want you to take food to the rooms. Plenty of parking and easy on/off highway.

My room was very clean and bathroom is avtually larger than I saw in the picture.

The hotel was clean but the staff was not the most friendly. It has a convenient location right off the highway and close to resturants and stores. I would stay there again beacause cleanliness is more important than making a new friend.

My daughter and I were in the area for a visit to the campus of Elon University. Although the hotel was not quite as close to the university as I had hoped, it was still a very nice hotel stay. I imagine that this will be our go-to hotel when we are back for our next visit.

I crisscross NC quite often, and Burlington is a nice midway stopover on Interstate 40. This location is convenient and clean. I had a mini-suite that was roomy, quiet and comfortable. Pretty good value for the money. My room smelled a little of body odor when I arrived, but that's why I travel with a bottle of Febreeze. Nothing major. I'll stay here […] again. Читати далі

Very comfortable with everything you need when on business.

Clean room. Extremely cooperative and helpful staff; gave us more pillows and towels without any problems. Nice set up in lobby and kitchen. Broken shower head; squirted water against shower wall. No hot water on Sunday morning.

Very comfortable. Front desk service was excellent. We enjoyed our room. The one improvement would be the TV. Our was the old big body. Flat screen would have been better. Since it really all bout the sleeping quarters, this was great and definite would stay here again. No pest or uncleanliness was abound. Our stay was very excellent. Very clean and quiet. The harley davidson store next door was cool too, didnt know it was there, checked it out, rad! Ill be sure to stay again.

We found the Microtel to be a very pleasant place to stay. The front desk people were very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and adequate.

Clean, cheap, convenient but loud. Air conditioner system was extremely loud all night.

This hotel is showing its age. The carpet is worn, and some of the bathroom fixtures were chipped and/or discolored. On the up side, the hotel was conveniently located and inexpensive. When I checked in, the person behind the desk asked for my driver's license, which I shouldn't have given him, and then took forever to enter information into a computer. […] No one needs to see your driver's license. The matress was old and dirty. they had stains on them. The maids didnt want to clean the rooms, they quote you one price and change it when you get there.i will never stay their again!!!

this hotel was just ok for the money. we just stopped over for the night so I didn't need an extended stay. the lobby smelled like body odor when we first walked in but the room turned out to be ok with the exception of some small stains on the bedspread - which we never use anyway. breakfast was surprisingly good

The over all stay at the hotel was nice. But on our departer day. The male house cleaner never came to our families room the whole weekend we're their and asked if they need trash taken out. He walked up to me and said do they know how to keep a room clean. I told him i didn't sleep in that room. House keeping never asked my other family if they needed […] their room cleaned. No in room coffee even though website says it has it. No coffee in lobby to make up for it. Toilet was not secure and would rock whenever you sat on it. When flushed it gurgled for a VERY long time. Internet went down and when reported to front desk he wanted ME to call to get it fixed. I told him to do it and get back to me. Took at least a half hour […] to come back up. I needed to go help my son vacate his dorm and put his belongings in storage for the summer so I needed a one night stay close to school. Although there are many hotels/motels closer (read:pricier) to campus,my stay at the Microtel was perfectly sufficient, and a bargain to boot. I was a little leary,after reading some not-so-favorable reviews and so […] didn't have my hopes up. However, I found this little motel more than accommodating. My room was clean, big enough,the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and everything worked. When I checked in, the front desk man was efficient,likewise when I checked out. Room totally different from what's posted on line. Bed linen was soiled & blanket just as bad. Hotel personnel was quick to correct that. Walls stained. When I questioned on-line photos, was advised it was for 1st floor suites only. Truly disappointed!!

We just needed a place to rest our travel-weary bones, and this was quite adequate.

The hotel was relatively clean. There are not any extra amenities, but it's fine for business or leisure when you are looking for a no frills room.

Breakfast good, smell in hallways, room nice, staff responded promptly to concerns in room, staff very friendly, room cleaned well each day.

Nothing special. Room was on the small side.

This Microtel Inn was selected for an inexpensive quick overnight stay to break up a long driving trip. It definitely lived up to being inexpensive.. Only good thing was that it is very easy to get to on I-85. No breakfast... everything was minimal. Will pay a little more next time. Will not stay here again.

We came into town for our post wedding reception. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My parents were staying in a seperate room and they were always aware that a second party was staying with us by asking about them. Upon my arrival I requested to check in. The hotel said that I was able to check in early. When I checked in and went to my room the hotel room was dirty. There was a wad of bath tissue on the bathroom floor. The sheets on the bed didn't seem clean and there wasn't even a fitted sheet on the mattress; it was just a regular sheet that they tried to fit […] over the mattress (which didn't!). Then there were also male enhancement supplement pills left on the desk. Clearly the room was not cleaned how it should have been if it was even cleaned at all. When I requested a new room they advised that none were available, so I insisted on a refund. When I did this, a room amazingly became available! The manager on duty that evening proceeded to say that it was my fault for getting the dirty room because I asked if I would be able to check in early! This hotel was an excellent price for how clean, friendly and comfortable I was when I stayed for the four days. The breakfest was great and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is right off the interstate, and close to shopping centers. I recommanded this hotel to my relatives who are also staying in the area soon. We were attending our daughter's wedding, so we were out late each night and wanted to sleep in. We placed the "do not disturb" sign on door. Despite the sign being there, they POUNDED on the door every day to ask if we wanted housekeeping service. They even rang the phone to ask. What is the point of using the sign if you are going to ignore it and […] disturb us anyway? Also, the housekeeping staff yelled up and down the hallway to each other every morning. This hotel was comfortable but very, very noisy. We were woken up regularly by noise from above us and from below. Location is convenient and the room was comfortable. Breakfast can easily be skipped.

I think hotel that is Comfortable, everything a road warrior needs.

I arrived earlier than the check in time and was exhausted from driving all night. The manager let me check in early so I could get a shower and a nap. I was in a queen room. It was pretty small, but good enough for one or two people. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly.

Would not go here for a family vacation. However, great bed, internet connection, breakfast, and hot shower -- everything the road warrior needs at a great price. Restaurants and convenience store up the road.

Great bang for your buck. Small room, but comfy bed. Pretty thin walls but luckily no one was too loud around us. Front-desk staff was friendly and the free breakfast did the job.

The hotel seemed to be ging through some renovations, but the room that I had was touch up painted and very noisy. The screen on the window was hanging loose and therefore the window coul not be left open for fresh air. Room was clean, but, had a damp smell to it.

All the comforts of home. Rooms were exceptionally clean. The rooms were well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. The continental breakfast was great. The prices were good. We would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

The Microtel was clean and the staff was efficient. The price was great. Our only complaint was the age of the A/C units in the rooms, which had a terribly musty smell. The A/C worked properly, so we weren't hot, but the odor of the old unit was bad and when we accidentally turned on the heat, the smell was even worse. The hallways were musty also.

All the staff throughout the visit was very friendly and helpful.
