Huge room with minibar, but my room is near elevator, a bit noisy at night. Located in a small alley, so quiet at night and in walk distance to take bus and train.

The price is not high, but you can get the more you pay. The room is tiny. The balcony is good too. You can enjoy a nice breakfast in the balcony. You can also boil water in your room. The location is also good. Not far away from Railway Station and it just locate at the main shopping road. It's also close to the beach.

We found the staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room that we occupied looked over the rear courtyard and provide a nice view everyday We expended our stay due to the convenience of the villa Victoria and Nice itself. We enjoyed our stay in Nice.
