This was a last minute booking and the value for money was good. Great location as its close to everything we needed to be close to during our stay. The hotel however needs a major upgrade.... it felt like it was still in the late 80s... was not as clean as it should have been. Great location near darling harbour and central sydney. However the rooms were a little rundown. Only had one mug, one fork and the shower was a bit dirty. Parking was an issue. We phoned an hour before our arrival and was told that there was heaps of parking. When we did arrive, all the spots were taken and we were told to use a parking station. Per signage, hotel is under new management and they are refurbishing. I'd wait until that's done, because right now it's a dump. The outside windows were so dirty it literally darkened the room. Was able to check in earlier than stated. Room was showing wear and tear, blinds stained, windows needed a good clean. The hotel room is a reasonable size but in need of updating. On reviewing our bank statement when we got home we realised we had additional charges. We were informed that these were for mini bar purchases, which we had not made, & took 3 calls for the money to be refunded. This hotel is just a very short walk to Darling Harbour and to the Queen Elizabeth building and it is great that it is a mini apartment. Maybe better for youngsters but for us (an older couple) it wasn't really satisfactory. Convenient spot right near the party we were attending. Short stroll for party weary heads and feet! Comfortable large room with late check out. Got to watch the rugby! "Misleading and Disapointing"
Have stayed in many apartments in the same area as the Seasons Harbour Plaza. Their web site looked good so decided to give them a try. I booked a 1 bedroom premier apartment for 3 adults. Turns out the web site was very misleading to what we got. There was only enough linen, utensils, glasses etc for two people which became very annoying. Raised it […] with the hotel but they forgot to address. Twice had to chase up getting additional linen. Lounge area was long and narrow and very dark. The net curtain was on the same track as the drapes so at night could not close them properly and directly opposite was an office block that could see right in. Light bulbs were out, dishwasher rack was stuck with water in the bottom of it. Bedroom was very basic with double size bed. Would not stay there again as don’t believe it was good value. A great location especially if you want to be close to both the centre of the city and Darling Harbour. The staff are helpful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. "Spacious, charming, and great location!"
The Seasons Hotel was a surprisingly pleasant experience for the end of our two week holiday in Australia. The room was a wonderful suite with separate bedroom, bath, and living area - a great place to spread out and relax. "Great location"
Reasonable room with a great location. I had a conference nearby and the hotel was easy walking distance to the harbor. Lots of things to do in the area. Room had washer and dryer which was nice. Would stay here again.Дійсний відгук від користувача Hotels.com

"Very convenient and central, easy walking distance"
