GREAT location. Super comfy king sized bed. Nice amenities. Front desk lady was super helpful with fun stuff to do. Only 2 complaints: Our toilet wasn't completed bolted down so everytime you sat/stood up, the toilet would hit the ground and make a big noise. We laughed about it. Staff was friendly and helped with locating a place to eat in the Light & Power District. Room was clean & well kept. Very convenient to downtown.

I think the price was still high for what you recieve, but everything in the area was even more expensive.

The Comfort Inn was well located for us as we were attending an event at the KC Convention Center. Free parking was nice as we took a cab to the Convention Center and it was less than a 10 minute drive. I'd stay there again, not a four star, but just fine for a short stay. Great location if you are going anywhere downtown,including the sprint center! We were rather disapointed in the pool,its only 4 foot in the "deep" end! And it closed at 10pm,which was right when we got back from our event,so did not get to use it at all that night.There were a few cracks etc in the walls in the bathroom that needed fixing(we are remodeling […] our home so I always notice those kinds of issues) Staff was friendly,but there were several cab drivers just hanging out in the lobby when we checked in ,maybe thats normal for this location,just was a little disconcerting to have 4 extra people watching you check in and maybe overhearing your personal info. I was disappointed, when we checked in they almost put us in a smoking room, even though our reservation was for a non-smoking room. A light was burnt out in our bathroom making it a little dark and our hair dryer didn't work. Unfortunately there was also a group of young children cheer leaders who were boucing around and quite noisy.

Clean, quiet hotel. I would recommend it for the traveler on a budget. Staff was excellent.

This Comfort Inn is just what all Comfort Inns are. A clean, reliable hotel without any pretense. The service was excellent, room was comfortable and the breakfast was a little better than most. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast staff very nice and out of the way helpful. Front desk very responsive to requests and very helpful. Seems like a newer hotel that was pretty clean. A/C didn't work the first night but we notified the front desk the next morning and it was fixed by the time we came back to the room in the evening. Location is […] pretty close to the sites downtown...a couple miles away so short drive but tad too far for a walk. The immediate neighborhood is pretty shady but didn't have any issues. Читати далі

We enjoyed our affordable and convenient stay. Room was comfortable and clean, except for an eyeliner found by our coffeepot. You get what you pay for, but it's a cheap $5-$10 cab ride to power and lights and sprint center.

second night we stayed in this hotel in 3 days....this time the experience was much better. The room was clean and closer to the lobby which really helped as my wife had recent knee surgery. Front desk very helpful

This hotel offers the best location to the City Market and Power District area. Also the best rates in the area. Hotel is well maintained and looks recently remodeled. If you need a place to stay, for the purpose of sleeping, then this is a great value. $5 cab to the Power & Light District. I wouldn't waste my money other places...

My only complaint was the pillows were terrible, really flat. I will bring my own next time. But the continental breakfast was awesome.

Had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights. Room had everything we needed and when the hair dryer broke, we had another one delivered right away. Desk clerk very helpfull, looked up an address for me without me asking him to. Room clean, king bed very comfortable. Breakfast standard but nice, fresh and plenty of it. Italian restuarant up road couple blocks, Anthony's was great!!!

Wonderful group of people working at the hotel. All were very friendly and helpful.

Kansas was a wonderful city we had a great time. The staff was very nice great recomondation on the places to eat.

Advertised queen beds but in actuality are only Full sized. Hotel is very hard to get to if you are on the Interstate. When desk clerk was asked about the bed sized he said "Sorry, but that is what you get." Floors are very uneven from years of foudation setteling and hard to walk on with bad knees. We went out for the evening and upon return we had to park 3 blocks away and walk to hotel!!! Take a taxi so you have door to door convenience! They have more rooms than parking spaces here!

we were told that this location was walking distance from downtown restraunts. maybe driving and did not feel as if area was secure or safe to return next trip. room was not clean and we had to spray room for odor. not satisfied.

I will stay here again, but it looks a little scary at night and I wasn't going to leave the premises. It was near where I needed to go and the staff and hotel was great. (And a nice Chinese Food place delivered food to my room, so I didn't have to leave.) I do wish it weren't quite as expensive. I would stay again at this hotel. Located just off of Kansas City's main downtown area, the rate was good, the room was clean, and service at the front desk was quick and friendly.

We just needed this room for 2 nights while we were in town for business at the Sprint Center. The hotel itself was nothing spectacular, but great for the price and a very friendly and helpful staff.

While the motel was clean and friendly the location is a "b__ch". Downtown Kansas City is a "one way" nightmare. It took a few trips around to figure out that although the address shows Admiral Blvd. the entrance is on a side street. The clerk sent us to a restaurant that was closed so tried to find another but to no avail. Ended up ordering pizza. […] If your just traveling through as we were, I'd stay somewhere else, but if you need to be close to downtown this is the one. Читати далі
