Holiday Inn Express Branson-Green Mountain Drive - Бренсон

The Hotel itself was very clean and quiet. The decor needed some upgrading but it was nice. The Breakfast was very good and we actually ate there every morning. The hotel staff was very friendly, we would stay again.

The hotel and staff were great. There were tons of kids in the hotel, so breakfast selections were limited and lines were long, but that was no reflection of the hotel, the food, the staff. Just timing on our part! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Our stay was nice. One thing I did not like was the air conditioner was controlled by motion detector. Every time we returned to the room it was very warm. I also got warm during the night.

We reserved a king size bed room and got two queen beds ... The bathroom had sour smell ... The air conditioner made a tapping noise ... The staff was friendly ... Enjoyed breakfast daily ..the hotel was great!

We stay here often because of the convience of location, the hotel comfort, cleanliness, service, great breakfast, indoor pool, and exercise room. Will stay here again. Large indoor pool for kids to swim in and hot tub to relax in.

They put us in the wrong room to start off with, paid for king size bed w/jacuzzi got a room with out jacuzzi. The sink in our room was busted. The hotel hostess was nice and friendly, but I just didn't feel like that for the money spent this hotel was worth it.

Our room was very comfortable and we were able to get a very good sleep. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff were always polite and very helpful at all times. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Branson.

Asked for non smoking, First room assigned was not acceptable, musty or smokey odor. Was given another room and it was ok. The breakfast was ok, the cinnamon rolls were cold, not like usually warm

The electricity went out for several hours one night and the one woman staff was apparently new and didn't have a clue as to what to do. Also I felt like I should have received some kind of furture coupon or somehting for our inconvience.

When we arrived at the hotel it seemed fairly well kept. The second day that we were there after the room was made up it was dirtier than before. There were pork rinds on the floor (we did not have pork rinds) and there were long hairs on our supposedly clean pillowcases.(we do not have long hair). The coffee pot was still dirty and where powdered creamer […] had spilled it had not been cleaned up. The bathroom was ok, but I do not believe it had been cleaned. Читати далі

It wasnt too far from SDC or WW and close to the strip. No noise and we really enjoyed it. Our kids are 9, 5 and 2 and they had a great time. The room was just amazing for the price I got it at.

Overall, the hotel was great for the price. The only 2 complaints: mattresses were in need of replacement and the room could use some touchups (paint) to match the rest of the hotel. Staff was excellent!

Room needs a thermostat ... couldn't sleep the entire night without having to adjust or turn off/on the air. The pillow cases had hair all over them the first night and kind of grossed us out a little bit. I just hope the sheets were changed before we used them. Front desk promptly brought up new ones and was very apologetic.

Excellent! Nice facility, really convenient, enjoyed the indoor pool, workout room and the hot continental breakfast was a plus!

Hot breakfast room was great, had a place to sit and relax with kids before going out. Indoor pool was great..could have been hotter but was okay and kids enjoyed..stayed open late too! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly on all levels. Would stay again... exceeded expectations especially for the price.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean. We were able to buy our show tickets right there in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was great with hot eggs, ham, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all of the regular continental items too. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Beds were hard, could hear the people next door talking, no bath soap the first night. Great location to several places, and shows. But won't stay there next time.

We selected this hotel based on previous experiences with Holiday Inn Express and knew what to expect from this hotel chain. When we arrived, front desk was freindly. Our key did not work so back down toget another key, still did'nt wor so hostess put us in another room. That process took about 30 minutes. Room was clean. Bathroom was very small, but it is an Express Hotel. This is ok for a one nighter, but I would not stay any longer. Overall it was still a good value.

My husband and I stayed in the "penthouse" it was actually kinda nice. The only thing we had to complain about was the jacuzzi needed a little extra attention in the cleaning department. The staff is very nice and the location was close to the strip. We were only passing through so if we ever come back to Branson we would stay in the downtown part it's […] got lots of character, we are more of the old buildings and boutique shopping kinda couple. The hotel room was clean and satisfactory. The pool was a bit cloudy and there weren't any pool towels as there should have been. The free breakfast was ok...it was crowded and biscuits were cold. Generally satisfactory for the price.

We took our moms for a Friday and Saturday mini trip. The hotel was in a great location. Very close to the strip, but not right on it, which was really nice. Good restaurants close by made it easy to eat on our way to the show. The hotel was very clean and updated. The owner just enclosed the pool and put flat screen tv's in all the rooms. Our room […] looked as if it had been redecorated recently. The best thing was the complmentary hot breakfast. There was a nice room to eat in staffed by a lovely lady who kept everything clean and running smoothly. She even heated up my cinnamon roll for me. Pleased with the room, but NOT with Hotels.com. They promised a jacuzzi room even though one was not available. Hotel upgraded to suite when they didn't have to. Breakfast was great.

We were very pleased with our room. The hotel is just off HWY 76 and is convenient to just about any place you want to go. The staff was very pleasant and recommended several nice places to eat that were on the same street. Will stay there again.
