Located in the city of SeaTac, the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 30 minutes from both downtown Seattle and downtown Tacoma. This neighborhood is near several office parks and Seattle’s booming southern suburbs, including Kent, Federal Way, and Renton. Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight are directly north of the airport.

The hotel was great. I don't know if all Holiday Inn Express are as nice as this one, but this is definitely the hotel that I will stay at when I return to Seattle. & the only reason that I gave the surrounding neighborhood a 3 was because I had to drive up to about 320th to find a decent restaurant

Always great service and convinient for in and out with a great breakfast menu.
"Noise"
The only complaint for this property would be the noise we were on the 2nd floor and the noise above us was terrible we were very surprised . The breakfast was really good . I would stay here again but ask for the top floor . Clean hotel nice staff .

We stayed here after a late flight into Seattle. The location is close to the airport. The staff was nice. The room was ok.

I have yet to see a very nice hotel near SeaTac Airport. This holiday inn express is more of the same. Cramped, chintzy, over priced, thread bare, and bleak. How the hotels near the airport can offer lower quality construction at higher prices than the most expensive parts of downtown Seattle is a mystery. Our stay was great. The staff was very helpful. I was worried that the airplanes would keep me awake but they did not. The room was clean and the bedding smelled clean, like bleach but I love bleach so it worked out well for me. My kiddos didn't seem to mind it. Having free internet was a selling point for me. I didn't go to the gym so I cannot comment […] on that. It took us just over 5 minutes to get to the airport, only because the street divider makes you do a U-turn at the light to go back toward the airport. Check-In took less than a minute. The junior suite we had came with two queen beds in the room and a fold-out bed in the living room. Mattresses were even and firm. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, orange juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, a few different types of cereal, muffins, pancake from an on-demand pancake machine, and more. great access to the airport and freindly helpful staff. Late night arrivals still offer lots to do in the area within walking distant and the staff was VERY knowledgeable about where to go and what to do. Would stay there for a weekend, overnight when flying out of SEATAC or whenever I am in town!!! :)

Check-in and out was a breeze. Actually had a room at the end of the building so the only noise was the "heavy footed" person above us. We only use this hotel for a one night stay the night before our flight and it is perfect. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient. The breakfast is wonderful. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Seatac and it was great! We are from Washington but staying in town for a wedding and the hotel offered everything we needed: plenty of space, comfy amenities... We stayed in a king suite and had a great time! The room was plenty big for the two of us but could have held 4 people using the hide-a-bed […] in the other room. The suite also had a kitchen with pots and pans if you are looking to cook while you are there. Also, unlike other hotels in the area parking was free! Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel folks were nice. Best thing about the hotel, they provide free shuttle service to local restaurants, car rentals, and light rail station that goes to downtown.

I was Surprised by the room, almost a suite with a small kitchen. Very Clean, fast check in and lots of baggage carts. Shuttle was free and quick to the airport, staff was funny and efficient. Still have 2 charges on my credit card pending from the hotel which was booked and paid for with Hotels.com. Don't know if that's usual or what you get for booking […] through a 3rd party. Terrific staff-very accommodating. They provided a free shuttle to the light rail station (3 minute drive) and we caught the rail to Safeco for a Mariners game. When we returned to the station at near 11pm the shuttle came and picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. In the morning their shuttle was there for the airport . Wow! Comfortable bed. "Quick overnighter, near airport+shuttle, minisuite"
Pleasantly surprised by the ammenities, mini-suite w/ couch, fridge, microwave, second sink. comfortable bed, maybe a bit too soft for my liking, but nice. Standard bath. Airplanes noticable but not overwhelming, to be expected near airport. Front desk has many freebies if asked, we needed razor w/ shaving gel, lotion, and ear plugs (normally in stock […] but for us they were out). There is also a mini-convience store next to front desk with snacks, drinks, and some meds and ammenities. Quite conveient. Waited for 30 mins for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, probably just missed it. Its white colored, shared with Fairfield inn i believe. Its not the bright green holiday inn shuttle. "HI Express - SEA"
Our 1st time at this property and were pleasantly surprised by the looks and cleanliness. Great lobby and the hot breakfast was much nicer than most. Hotels.com booked us a single but the desk person courteously offered a suite upgrade with 2 beds. I travel a lot and don't usually write reviews, but this property deserves attention.
