But for the absence of available rooms at nearby hotels, the lateness of the hour, and the weariness of the two drivers (me and my wife), I would have cancelled my reservations at this dump and kept on to the next major city. Although we had a non-smoking room, our room reeked of smoke. There were cigarette burns on bedspreads and the sheets were dingy. […] There was a gaping crack between the old raggedy exterior door and the door frame, forcing unwanted light into the room all night. Fortunately the deadbolt door locked or I would have gotten even less sleep than I was able to pull off. We had to spray disinfective on everything including the beds and sink area before we felt "comfortable" enough to let our children lie down or use the sink. I would not recommend this to even my cheapest friends. My advice is to keep driving or sleep in your car until you get enough energy to finish your journey. Читати далі

Should have done more research on this property, but had to book from my iphone and just didn't have the time. First, they tell you "pillowtop mattresses" both on the website and a billboard that I passed on the I-75, but my room didn't have this type mattress, even my email confirmation from hotels.com stated the same. Bed was hard as a rock and I […] woke up with a backache. Pillows smelled sweaty and carpet needs to be steam cleaned. This is a great hotel for parents visiting students at Lee. We were about 5 minutes from the dorms. There are lots of restaurants closeby. Staff there were very friendly. This hotel was great to stay in for the price. The room was clean, the breakfest was great, and the ammenities all were up and running well. The only suggestion would be to call ahead to make sure they recieved yor reservation, because they had loss mine and it took alittle while for them to check me in. But other than that, I will be coming back

The people were very nice, but...... (1) plenty of handicapped parking but no elevator?? (2) advertised wi fi was not available anywhere by the lobby. Hotel desk clerk said no one in the rooms had been able to access the internet for quite some time but if 'we would wait till 10 am the following morning maybe that desk clerk could do 'something' to […] the modem' (?) Check out was at 11 and we were leaving at 7:30 (This was not for convenience .....we had inquired ahead of time for business purposes. This is a pretty setting up on a hill and generally acceptable for the price. The arm chair in our room was dirty and the breakfast things were not replenished without seeking the help who were chatting in the office.

The hotel in Cleveland, TN was close to shoppin and eating area. Easy to find. Did not stay for the breakfast, but the bed was very comfortable. Will stay again.

Very, very comfortable bed. Located next to the shopping and restaurant district but it sits back off the road so noise wasn't a problem. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel had mold /mildew in shower. Very cold nite and no blankets on beds. We asked for blankets and were told they didn't have any! Would not stay there again. To many other choices!

Nice place but hidden at the top of a small hill. GPS (very reliable) took me to a bank down the street. Call and get specific directions when you are close. Breakfast was waffles or biscuits and gravy or cold cereal.

No complaints ,clean and exactly what we needed. I reserved 3 rooms a the a jamerson Inn for 7 friends including myself which made it 8 people . After a full day of white water rafting we needed a nice place to rest and head out in the morning for zipline Everything went well rooms were clean and very cozy . I reccomend the Jamerson Inn

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy were better than most restaurants! The waffles were good also.

We've never had a good Jameson stay, and only chose here because our prefered hotels were booked. The sink in the room hadn't been cleaned, there were tried toothpaste and fluid (I pray it was just water) all over the top, things were very dusty, and the room was starting to get shabby. We reserved a kingsize smoking room. At check-in we were informed all the rooms were no smoking rooms. We were required to post a $150 bond on our credit card because we smoked. Nice place to stay and good breakfast,but need more tables at breakfast, no place to sit 3 days in a row, carpeting in room very damp and a piece was torn, hit my foot on the carpet nails

Convient location, plenty of nice resturants close by, not far off interstate. My daughter and I actually became ill while visiting this area and the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. This made our extended stay much nicer for us to be able to recover. It was very clean and updated.

Blake , a front desk staff person gave great directions when we called him a little lost and he was just as friendly and helpful when we got there. Yes we like this place and would stay again.There were plenty of nearby places to eat.

Okay, but not outstanding and not up to the comfort of other similarly priced motels.

Having driven over 10 hours to arrive at the hotel, I had aggravated a very painful condition and stairs were going to present a serious problem for me. The staff not only worked with me to get me settled in my accommodations, but went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of.

Both of the lamps in my room were broken on arrival.

nice setting, high on a hill, right off I75. Close to lots of restaurants, mall. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The people at the hotel were very friendly and polite.

I stayed 2 nights at the Jameson Inn. I booked 4 nights but left early. I arrived and got settled in my room. The refrigerator was broken. I was supposed to be there several days and knew I would really need to use a fridge. As a matter of fact, I had food that night to put in it. I called the front desk and they said maintenance was not available on […] the weekends. They said they could move me to another room. I packed up my things and moved a couple doors down. The room they moved me to did not even have a fridge or micro! How was that going to solve my dilemma? Not to mention it was a handicap equipped room. My shower head was 3 feet tall. I called back to the desk. The clerk told me there was nothing she could do since it was the weekend except move me to another room upstairs. But, she did not know which rooms had a fridge and micro. I decided not to pack up my things again. I was very dissatisfied with my stay to say the least. My coworker also stayed at this location with me and had a cockroach in his room. So, I checked out early and spoke to the manager the following Monday (the manager was not available from Thurs-Sun and no other clerks had authority to make any decisions). The manager apologized but refused to refund my stay for the night I cancelled despite all of my inconveniences. The manager offered me a free night's stay when I came to back to town as I travel there frequently for business. I declined. I recommend checking out other hotels in the area to anyone traveling to Cleveland, TN. Читати далі

I had never stayed at this chain before. After I booked the room, I called to see what amenities I would get with my booking. I asked for an upgrade and got one with no charge. Clean, well kept, convenient to interstate, restaurants, shopping. Staff were gracious and the breakfast included self serve coffee, juices, muffins, breads, waffles, cereal […] biscuits and gravy. We booked this room based on other reviews from this website. Oh, were we so dissappointed. The rugs were filthy, the room was filthy, the staff was, well, just no where to be found. We called the hotel directly and asked what they served for breakfast(before we booked). I was traveling with a diabetic, so the normal high carb continental breakfast […] would not work. I was told by the hotel clerk that they served eggs, bacon, "a real nice hot breakfast"...I even exlpained to her why I was asking and that I needed a place that had protein in the breakfast menu. She assured me that they did. When we got there, I asked the clerk again, what was for breakfast. I was told the same story. Then, the next morning...well, there was just a high carb continental breakfast. When I tried to find the hotel clerk to complain, there was no one at the desk. I had to use the lobby phone to call the front desk that I was standing right next to...and no one answered. Finally, the phone was transferred, to what appeared to be the back office, where someone answered and then came out to the counter. I was told that she had no idea who would have told us about "eggs and bacon" for breakfast, as they have never served that at this hotel. Well, if the hotel staff can't even get what they serve for breakfast correct....then you can guess that they can get little else correct. You may read this and think that this is nothing that will affect you...but what if your problem is different and YOU can't get resolution or find the hotel clerk. STOP WHERE YOU ARE AT!! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!! THE MONEY IS NOT WORTH IT HERE!! They lied to get us to book the room. Читати далі

This is the second time I have stayed at the Jameson in Cleveland, Tenn. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The hometown southern breakfast included is a big plus to set you going for the day. Staff has been very accomodating on both visits. As I continue to travel to this town, I will always stay at this hotel!

Although the plumbing in our room was a bit slow, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful.

WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A SPECIAL EVENT IN THE AREA. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND EXTREMLY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE VERY SURPRISED TO BE ABLE TO STAY AT SUCH A GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. WE WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEXT TIME WE ARE IN THE AREA.

The reservation staff went out of their way to accomodate my particular needs for my stay. I greatly appreciate their efforts to take care of my concerns. I truly felt like a welcomed guest, rather than just a patron.

This hotel was in a great location for me, a little hard to find, but the staff was great. The room was OK, the chair was dirty and so was the carpet. Had to get a sheet to cover the chair from the satff b/c of the dirt. Bathroom was OK and clean. Rooms need remodeling. OK place if you are only staying one night.

Hotel has a great location, with a wonderful breakfast! Clean rooms & very helpful staff! Would recommend to anyone.
