"A good quality hotel at the center of Gatineau"
The hotel is ideally located if you are attending meetings near the center of Gatineau. The service is good, although nothing to write home about, they are very polite, although you may find yourself waiting for 15 minutes at a time if there is a queue at the help desk. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, my only complaint is the shower faucet […] which is overly sensitive, quickly going from freezing cold to scalding hot. Читати далі
It was fantastic, great location for skiing, winterlude and easy walk to downtown ottawa crossing the bridge; Loved everything except did not like that the pool was closed in the middle of the day; Limited swimming pool hours for the kids. But I would still go back next year for winterlude weekend.

Loved my stay only disappointment was NO fridge in any room so I had to pay 23$ for one to store my meds & baby milk.& had to pay 14$ for parking which was also a surprise.Id understand that in NY but Ottawa. Other them these 2 room was very comfy,staff was nice

The experience was really great. The only thing is the underground parking which is too narrow to maneavur the car.

Niice staff, overall very satisfied. Only complaint would be the lifeguard at the pool should have tried to control the young boys acting wild in the pool. Probably hard for him given the fact the parents were there watching.

Did not provide the room class i booked, instead downgraded to smaller room because of unavailability. Did not provide any benefit/compensation...
"Sheraton four points in Gatineau"
When we stayed at this hotel they were renovating so the pool was not available. However, the rooms have been renovated and they are very nice and modern. I liked the decor. Once the pool and restaurant are done it will be great. It is very close to the Museum of civilization which is where we were going so that was great.
Front Office person was very helpful in arranging our transportation to go to another hotel's pool since theirs was under renovation. The hotel was very clean and spacious.

The hotel was lovely; the room was clean and spacious. I would be happy to stay here again. Only negatives were no wifi in the rooms, only available in the lobby or by plugging in a computer which we did not bring. Other was the lack of restaurants in close proximity; we ate in the hotel restaurant one night but didn't want to eat the same every day. […] We were close enough to walk across the river to the Ontario side to explore and was only a short, inexpensive cab ride back. I suggest to anyone looking to get out of the hotel for food to head down to the Market which offers a little bit of everything and is only a short cab ride/walk away. We did not get into the pool but did walk across the road beyond the museum where there are lovely trails along the river with fantastic views of the backside of the Parliament Buildings. Parking on site, had option of above or underground parking, we chose underground which was well lit and had plenty of spots available with direct access into the hotel. Читати далі

"Deceiving..."
From outside and into the lobby, it was looking great but everything stop there... The room was really dirty and the bed`s full of hair same stuff in the bath that was also very dirty with o;d soap stuck in it. You have to paid for parking... For the price, it was very but very disapointing.

"Value for the price"
Staff very friendly and fluent in both French and English. Were surprised we were charged $12.00/day for parking. Nice size room (2 beds) but mattress way too soft.
"Great Location for Government meeting"
If you have business with the Canadian Dept of Public Works this is a great hotel to stayat. They are walking distance to the building and the staff are English speaking and very helpful.

Nice place. Great bilingual staff. Accepted our dog with no problem ad no charge. Excellent.

Séjour parfait. Service charmant. Confort et tranquillité. La nourriture n'est pas excellente, mais c'est bien meilleur que bien des hôtels plus prétentieux.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, la chambre était propre si l'on exclut une bonne quantité de poussière sur les abats jours. Le lit était très confortable et les draps étaient propres. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L'hôtel est en face du musée des civilisations, il est donc possible de faire de belles randonnées sans sortir la voiture. Les chambres sont propres, récemment rénovées et bien insonorisées. Les ascenseurs sont très rapides. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné au restaurant, mais nous y avons soupé. Même si c'est un style […] bistro, nous avons bien mangé et un effort particulier est réalisé pour la présentation des plats et le choix des viandes et des saveurs: hamburger au bison, crème brûlée au melon... Service rapide et courtois. Le seul petit bémol à notre séjour est la qualité du téléviseur à la chambre: écran plat de bas de gamme avec image flou et un son très faible. C'est un détail! "Très bel hôtel et très satisfait de notre séjour"
Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel était très courtois et le service était excellent. La localisation de l’hôtel, face au musée de la civilisation et à 5 minutes du centre-ville d’Ottawa est parfaite. Nous retournerons à cet hôtel avec plaisir.

point négatif : la piscine n'est pas propre et sombre, peu entretenue il faut impérativement la voiture pour se déplacer dans la ville car l'hotel est situé plutôt dans un quatier d'affaires.
