This hotel is not suitable for any one to even breathe the air in, let alone stay the night. The room was filthy, the a/c did not cool the room and the t.v. barely worked. I will not be back to this hotel and would not recomend it to anyone.

The hotel staff was very rude and argumentative. The cable channels are horrible. The only reason I stay here is it cheaper than a tank of gas in my car and I have to stay in OKC consecutive days for school. I would not stay here if I had a choice.

Worst hotel in history. The beds in basic training were a lot more comfortable than the ones in here. It looks nice on the outside. Get inside and it really looks like a prison. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. It may be located close to the mall and a couple of restaurants but pay a little more and get peace of mind and a good nights […] sleep. This was a horrible experience!! I checked in at 3:30PM and was told that it would be another 15 minutes before my room was clean. Even though I felt the room should have been clean by check in time (3:00) I agreed to wait. 45 minutes later and my room was still not cleaned. With attitude from the front desk staff (like any of this was my fault) they […] finally provided a room which was non-smoking and allowed us to smoke in it. We stayed at this hotel for one night last week and the only reason we stayed was because it was too late at night to go searching for another. When we arrived we were told that they did not have any of the king rooms that we had booked, I don't know if that was their fault or hotels.com, either way we were not happy. We then went to the room which […] looked like the places you see in the movies with a chalk outline on the floor. There were patches of sheetrock in the bathroom that had fallen down and were poorly "repaired", my 9 year old could do better with play doe. The bed might as well have been a piece of plywood sitting on top of 4 plastic cups, it was so low and so hard. The stains on the mattress that you could clearly see through the one thin non-fitted sheet were disgusting, so much so that the only way my wife would go near the bed was to lay all of the bath towels on the bed to sleep on. If you need to write a horror movie anytime soon I would recommend this hotel as a good start for ideas...if you make it through the night without catching a dieses from it. Читати далі

I checked in late at night and just wanted to go to bed but when I got to my room on the top floor at the end of the hall there was trash on the table and the bed had been slept in already. I went all the way back to the front desk and the clerk was very nice and gave me a new room and when I got there it was not used but there was dirt around the toilet […] and an empty roll of toilet paper in the holder. Hotel was not for the average stay of one or two nights. It is definitely apparent by the state of the hotel it is being used almost exclusively for construction workers who are from out of town and the company wants to spare all expenses. The rooms are very musty and needs a complete rennovation if it wants to attract paying customers who are staying […] there and not just sending their workers who have no say. Читати далі

Changed rooms 4 times. All the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and they weren't clean. Almost decided to sleep in the car. I will never stay at this place again.

I was really suprised at how nice the hotel and service were. When I booked the hotel I didn't expect it to be so nice because the price was so cheap! It was very comfortable, and the young ladies at the desk were excellent! I will not only plan any future stays at the Extended Stay, but I will also recommend it to others.

Room smelled and needed cleaned. Items in room were missing. Two large bugs killed. Had to change rooms once. Not enough towels.

Boked two rooms in this hotel because my wife was having surgery near by. Great location, but this hotel has not been updated or taken care of. One room had a dead roach on the wall, plus 5 live ones that I had to kill. Horrible smell of smoke throughout entire hotel. Second room a/c did not stay on kept blowing heat. TV's were old with no additional […] connection for dvd or game system. Room had one filthy spoon in it. Sent my daughter to front desk for silverware where she was greeted by rudeness and was told "you have some in your room". I liked how this hotel was somewhat hidden away... while this made it a little challenging to locate, it seemed to make for a quieter stay. The very helpful front desk clerk virtually talked me through driving to and finding the entrance to the hotel - overall, she was very pleasant and hospitable, as was every member of the hotel staff that I met during […] my stay. While I didn't need a kitchen for my one-night stay, I liked having the fresh brewed coffee in my room AND a toaster for my morning bagel. All in all, the room was a great value for the price! The hotel was very nice and very well priced. They could offer more dishes and towels than just one or 2. The gentleman that checked us with did an exceptional job and made it very worth it. We ahve already stayed there 2 different times and will deffinately stay there again.

Enjoyed staying the weekend with my son who is in college at SNU. Great weekend Extended Stay Hotel is located nearby and made the stay very nice and very inexpensive!

The parking lot was a mess, the carpets in the room was stained everywhere. The beds were horendus. They were hard and worn out.

This hotel was ok but I would not stay here again. The attendant could not find our reservation and we waited a long time for him to talk to his manager and find it. We were then sent to a room in which the air conditioning had been turned off (it was over 100 degrees that day). They were gracious in changing the room. While waiting however, two women […] who appeared to be prostitutes entered the hotel. They were asked if they were guests and replied that they were visiting someone. Requested non-smoking room but got the other. Smell was not bad though. The room was fine. Furnishings were worn and older, but still comfortable. Checked in after 11pm on a Saturday night - no noise at all. Very quiet both nights. Attended wrestling tournament at OKC Univ. - very convenient location.

hard to find place. no blow dryer, but overall it was good.

The beds are hard as boards and the room smelled like a cross between smoke and bug spray.

I sent guests there and they could not stay there the conditions were so bad. I was embarrassed and saddened that my out of town guests were disgusted at their arrival. There was hair on the pillow, crumbs in the pillow, carpets were dirty, smelled of mildew. Upon checkin, they went to the room, saw the conditions and left.

Room was not ready until 5:00. One of the staff on board was not very friendly nor hlepful.

Hotel was convenient in proximics; however, they don't provide fresh towels, or even a blow dryer in the room. It felt like I was back in a dorm.

Our room smelled terrible, there were stains all over the floor, the sheets were wrinkled as if they hadn't been washed, the hotel entrance was so hidden that we were lost for 30 minutes even with a map. Lots of room to spread out and feel at home. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will repeat. This hotel is a great value.

It was great for a quick overnighter. Bed was comfortable enough, but squeeky. Nice pillows, though.

My kids and I really liked the hotel. It was convenient and near a shopping mall, Walmart, Target, food areas, and the Highway. My kids want to come back and stay at this hotel everytime when we are in OKC. We especially like the fact of the kitchen and saving money on eating out and they can go to the fridge anytime they like.

My children really enjoyed the hotel. It is close to the mall and convenient to walk to places. We will stay there again when we are in OKC.
