The first impression you get when arriving to any hotel is the way you are checking in. At Sleep Inn & Suites the check in was as easy as 123. The hotel personnel was very professional and kind! It was OK.

I was in town for the Michigan game. I stayed one night. Everything about the hotel was fine. I would have no problem staying there again.

We were very impressed by our hotel room and lobby area for the price we paid. It was beyond what was expected. The morning breakfast was very impressive as well, which was included with our room price. Thank you.

I stayed in the sleep inn & suites mainly because it was close to Michigan Stadium which is the reason why I was in Michigan. The workers were very friendly and the pool being open 24hours was very convenient as we did not get there until 10pm, and by this time most pools would have already been closed. When we went into the pool area, there were no […] towels so I asked the receptionist at the front desk and he gave me some immediately. We also wanted to check out at twelve rather than eleven and they assured us that this was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others that are trying to stay at a good hotel for a decent price! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Michigan in the future! My husband was racing his car at the Milan Speedway and we stayed at this location - hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room keys would not unlock the side door or pool door, the desk clerk gladly gave us new keys and clean towels for the pool. The breakfast was hot and the area was well stocked and kept clean. Good property, price, and location. Great pool. Good value for the money

We were pleasantly pleased with the quality of the hotel. Even though it was near the highway, we heard no noise. The bed was very comfortable. This was one of the best included breakfasts I've seen. The only complaint and it's a minor one is the the lighting is poor ib the bedrom for sleeping. We would go back there any time.

This hotel was a great value! I needed a low cost hotel in the greater Ann Arbor area - but also one that was clean. This hotel did a great job meeting those needs. It was a great stay and the only annoying part was a squeaky shower door.

I stayed here overnight for an event in Milan. If you're looking for spacious, this may not be for you. The rooms were pretty small and the bathroom consisted of a toilet and standing shower (no tub) the sink and things were on the outside. However, for a quick trip it's not bad at all. The staff was pretty nice and breakfast was your typical hotel […] fare, nothing super special. It appears as though the hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. It is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It is within easy driving distance of Ann Arbor, and not too far from Detroit. Given it's low cost, it's a great place to stay.

This was a nice little hotel... The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The hotel was very clean. There was not a bath tub... it was a little difficult to give the little kids a shower after swimming in the pool. A great feature was that the swimming pool was open 24 hours! We had a great time and the pool was open all day. The staff went out of their way to help us out.

It was quite a nice stay for an extremely reasonable rate. The front desk people were nice. Housekeeping left us alone as we asked for the four days of our stay but, were available as soon as we needed anything. The room was clean close to quite a few things if you didn't feel like going too far. Various quick restaurants, a pharmacy, gas stations etc.. […] One night we ate at the Milan Grill and it was Very good and also reasonably priced. You Must give it a try if you have time during your stay. Our King size bed was quite comfortable with Plenty of pillows. Shower is also very spacious & nice. Big enough for two. Air conditioning worked well & the windows of the room actually opened which was a Very nice surprise as so many hotels these days don't. It was nice to be able to have moments of fresh air. It rained for our entire stay but, we were still quite comfortable in the room and it's immediate surroundings. Last but not least, the breakfast was also nice. Tasty Belgian waffles you make yourself, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices. Delicious. All in all a very nice stay for a Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to you or a friend. Enjoy! We stayed for two days. Rate was reasonable. Room was clean which is all we really care about when staying in a hotel. Continental breakfast was good... plenty of choices. Staff were friendly. Only minor complaint was that nobody was at the desk when we arrived. We waited about 10 minutes then noticed the sign that said to call a phone # if nobody was […] there. Thing is there was no phone to use so had to use cell phone and incur roaming charges etc. Other than that, we were very pleased with the hotel and service. We will use this hotel again. Читати далі

Good room for the money. Reasonably close to Michigan Stadium and A2 but not a lot happening in Milan

Very clean. Small bathrooms with an in-wall sliding door that offered little privacy. We were on the first floor and outside our room was a fast food restaurant. Too close to highway - constant noise from semis.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. I wasn't impressed with the stand up shower. They have a great continental breakfast. All in all it worked for me.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good water pressure. Shower, but no tub in our room (we didn't need one either). Despite being next to the highway, we were able to sleep with the window wide open. Other than the highway, it's a quite area. We didn't try the breakfast (not hungry).

Room overall was excellent. Some personal likes -- bathroom actually had an exhaust fan that worked; the room A/C had a digital temperature set point that worked well. Personal dislikes -- sink was located outside of bathroom.
