Front desk staff OK/ good. B'fast restaurant staff very very poor service & discriminate Chinese, starting from the first day (GOD, amongst the 10 days) we arrived. They cheating - not allow us signing or paying bill immediately, & overcharge us on all days we haven't been to B'fast - we have not take discretionary b'fast for few days, but restaurant […] staff lies. Front desk staff amend bill for us. I won't go Paris again. Including later trip to Monaco & heli ride from there to Nice, I spent nearly HK$ 120,000.00 for rubbish Parisian service. Realy nice hotel compact but clean moderm room . Just round the corner from Arc de Triomphe. A couple of nice bar / resturants close by.

The Hotel is close to the Arc end of the Champs Elysees. But, is on a side street off a side street, so it's kinda hard to find on your way back from where-ever. Our experience in this hotel was better than expected. The rate was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. (Knowing a little French goes a long way in Paris). Parisian hotel rooms are small so don't expect the room to be any larger than necessary to hold a bed and a small desk. It would also be a good idea to contact the hotel directly and ask for directions from the airport before arrival. The rooms are clean, small but clean. Staff was great and great location to Metro and Airport bus. I would stay again!

Ver good hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe and about another 20 to the Eiffel Tower which were the main attractions which we wanted to see. Would recommend this hotel. It's clean and good location - walking distance to everything. The room is comfortable, but a little smll - which is expected. Good value for the money, most definitely. I would stay here again.

If you are visiting paris first time, this is a great location for all prime tourist locations. you can just take a bus from paris airport (I think its just 12 Euros)and the bus stop is right around the corner from the hotel (just go straight on carnott st, trun first right and then first left...thats it). Hyggelig hotell beliggende i rolig strøk rett bak triumfbuen. Relativt store rom til Paris å være. Hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var ikke noe å skryte av, gå heller på et av bakeriene rett rundt hjørnet.

Coppia adulta con cagnolino. Albergo ben posizionato 100 metri da Etoile. Confortevole e ben tenuto. Buona la prima colazione a buffet. Personale molto disponibile. Nostra prima opzione per la prossima gita a Parigi
