We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were beautiful as was the lounge area. It is situated in a lovely location, perfect for walking to many main attractions. Taxi service was also available from the door. I think if I were to have one negative remark it would be a lack of choice at the bar. […] I think tyskie and Guinness were the only choices of beer available. Excellent Hotel - Good service and large clean rooms located very close to the central city square. Would recommend.

Friendly and helping staff that responds to all queries by going out of their way to address them. Very conveniently located close to the main market square. If the price is right whenever I do visit Krakow again, I would not hesitate to call this Hotel home.

Good standard of Holiday Inn, great location as only 5mins walk to old town square. Excellent breakfast selection.

I picked the hotel for its location, close to the main square. The hotel was very nice, and our executive room very roomy. Breakfast buffet was also very good. All in all a very good stay.

As the hotel itself is like many others.. nothing really to talk about, the location is fantastic and the staff amazing. Extremely professional and helpful. Our little boy forgot his favourite toy and not only it was found immediately but sent the same day by a courier so he went to bed with his friend Froggy no problem. Thank you guys!!!.

We have stayed in this hotel for it's location and reviews. Location is excellent, only few minutes walk from the centre of Krakow. The hotel has an image of a high quality, superior place to stay with good facilities. However we had a slightly different experience. First there was a confusion about our bed size, hence we were moved to different rooms, […] twice. Secondly, one of the reasons for choosing Holiday Inn was it's gym facilities, however they were poor to say the least, with one ( out of two) treadmills broken and only a couple other pieces of equipment available, the whole experience was poor. And the last thing to remember is the price of the breakfast, and the car parking charges will add a substantial amount to your bill. close to everything!!! and hotel staff were really lovely.. residents bar was a little pricy and the breakfast not so great for vegetarians but would highly recommend to anyone staying in Krakow :D

This hotel was absolutely great. Room was large, clean and close to city center. Always enjoyed coming back after a long day of walking. Desk help was excellent, spoke English and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This Holiday Inn is in a great location - close to the main train station and old section of town with lots of great restaurants and shops. Breakfast is not included and pricey, but a good spread including an omlet station. My room was non-smoking, but I kept getting cigarette smells through the ventilation. My fiance and I stayed at the hotel for a week as we explored Krakow and the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the Old Square, and the room was as expected. After we checked out, we realized that we left our camera in the room. If you want a great location, courteous stuff and comfortable room in Krakow, I'd recomend Holiday Inn.

Location was really great,5 minute safe walk from Rynek. Room was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was really clean and had a great shower too. Complimentary water is sparkling though, so grab your own still if its what you fancy. Breakfast buffet is terrific, very busy around 9, but the staff on hand are excellent to top up the food.

Was een uitstekend hotel, alles is netjes geregeld. Kwam na middernacht aan en werd vriendelijk ontvangen, Ook was bekend dat alles al betaald was en ter plaatse kon ik het ontbijt ook nog regelen. Vi hadde en fin weekend i Krakow på et bra hotell. 5* er nok å ta i for dette hotellet - 4* passer bedre. Flott beliggenhet med 5 minutter gange til byens shoppingsenter og noen hundre meter til torget i gamlebyen. Prisnivået er behagelig for nordmenn. Mat og drikke er billig. Отличный отель в отличном месте! Все очень, очень хорошо! Останавливаюсь там второй раз, очень доволен. Номера огромные, большие, большая ванная комната, большие кровати. Рядом старый город. Рекомендую.

Et rigtigt godt hotel i gå afstand fra hovedbanegården og gå afstand fra centrum. Pæne værelser høflig betjening og et godt morgenbord.

Fint hotel der sørger for alt hvad man beder om. Det ligger 5 min. gågang væk fra selve markedspladsen i Krakow. Intet at klage over!

Vi takker for veldig fine dager på Holiday Inn Krakow. Vi bodde eks. frokost og erfarte at det var veldig dyrt å kjøpe frokost og handle i baren på hotellet. Våre 9 venner bodde på hotell vis a vis og betalte 25 zloty for frokostt mot 70 zloty hos oss. En halv liter øl kostet på de fineste restauranter 8 zloty mens det på hotellet vårt kostet 18 zloty. […] Vi syntes det var rart at det kunne være så stor forskjell. I forhold til norske forhold, så er alt billig i Krakow og vi anbefaler en tur mest med tanke på at det er trivelig og fint å være der. Читати далі

Mukava, sopivan hieno hotelli aivan keskustan palveluiden tuntumassa, ei kuitenkaan meluisa ympäristö. Ei ehkä 5 tähden arvoinen, mutta mieluisa. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja hyvin palveluhenkistä ja osavaa. Huoneiden siisteys ja varusteet jopa 5 tähden arvoisia, ainakin Puolan maineeseen nähden.

Zaskakująca bliskość hotelu do centrum z cudownymi Plantami. Bardzo blisko do dworca kolejowego. Parking przed hotelem mógłby być lepiej zorganizowany. Obsługa hotelowa profesjonalna i bardzo uprzejma. Bardzo dobre śniadania, w tym koszerne oraz miła i rodzinna atmosfera w restauracji.

Good, clean, easy, modern. Nothing to complain about but don't expect a view... Central location - only a few minutes on foot to the main attractions. Tram stop within 100 meters, railway station 5 blocks away.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet. Det ligger nära till allt, både sevärdigheterna och gallerian Krakowska.Trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående personal och mycket bra service. Dyr men bra frukostbuffé, men det finns många kaféer och restaturanger i närheten som erbjuder billigare alternativ. Hotellet ordnar egen taxiservice till och från flygplatsen […] till ett ok pris. Rummet motsvarade dock inte ett 5 stjärnigt hotell, dvs gav inte den lyx-känsla man skulle kunna förvänta sig av ett 5 stjärnigt rum. Tänk också på att be om rum för "icke-rökare" om ni är känsliga för röklukt. Hur som helst kommer vi definitivt att bo på samma hotell om vi besöker Krakow igen. Читати далі

The hotel is placed nearby the old city centre, restaurants, shopping malls, railway etc., which is why we chose it. We expected a higher quality in roomstandards, as we ordered an executive room in a five-star hotel. I'd say this hotel deserves four stars, not five. Thereby a bit more expencive than it should be.

Dette hotellet er til å anbefale. Det var svært god service. Eneste negative var dyr og enkel frokost.

Просто отличный отель! Расположен практически в исторической части города. Есть платный паркинг (правда достаточно дорогой), машину лучше оставлять на платной парковке вне зоны отеля (дешевле почти в 5 раз!). В остальном, - большой уютный номер, чисто, красиво, аккуратно! Рекомендую!

Su servicio y prestaciones corresponde a un 4 estrellas algo anticuado. Hacen pagar la conexion a internet, mientras que en otros hoteles de su categoria es gratuito. El servicio en el restaurante del desayuno es muy deficitario. Bien situado, a 10 min andando de la Plaza del Mercado de Cracovia
