We stayed here for the Sundance Film Festival. Its location is fairly convenient. However, the suite was pretty small, and the place seemed old and not that well-maintained. Specifically, it was really hard to work the shower and figure out how to make the water hot because that fixture was half-broken.

We have stayed here many times as it is a good location, staff is good and they have an awesome free shuttle that will take you anywhere. However age is catching up. Room was great but last time the elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor. Had to carry skis and luggage to the basement garage. Not fun. This time the boiler that controls the heat […] and hot water broke down for at least 24 hours. We checked out and went home the 2nd day. Very very cold in January. Читати далі

Great pool, great location. Closed to Park City ski resort.

We have stayed at the Park City Regency several times over the last ten years and always find it comfortable. The kitchens are great and it is easy to get around town from their location. However, on our last stay we noticed that things are getting a bit shabby. The towels were threadbare and the matress on the sleeper sofa was so thin you could easily […] feel the springs poking through. So not our most comfortable stay but otherwise this is a great place. The staff was very friendly and always helpful but the hotel was run down and way below our expectation. Be prepare for discolored and torn towels, wrincle sheets, uninviting thin blankets and outdated kitchens. The third floor rooms have updated kitchenettes but the rest of the rooms are in need of at least a paint job. The shuttle they offer is very […] good and the staff is always willing to pick you up. The condo was in a great location to reach most all ski resorts in a reasonable amount of time. The two closest resorts were Park City and Canyons (5-10 minute drive). The first room we had was leaking in two places over the bed. The entire bedding and mattress were soaked. The refrigerator was full of someone elses rotten food and the complimentary […] coffee they leave in the room was ripped open and partially used. After 2 hours (now 3:30 am) we finally got into another room. In this room, the dishwasher was not installed properly and I asked them to fix it twice because it would not drain. When we went to use the bathroom for the first time, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous occupants--which to me indicates the bathroom was not cleaned or properly cleaned. I tried to speak with the manager several times but he was never available. I asked if there was another manager so the clerk went in the back to speak with the assistant manager. She refused to come out to talk with me regarding my complaints. I was told by the assistant manager through the clerk that they could not compensate us and they would not do anything to work with us in making us even a little satisfied. Small bed is the only big negative. Not really convinced it was a queen. Everything else ok for the price. The location is expensive.

The rooms really need to be updated, but it was definitely workable. Both remotes weren't workin correctly on either television and the super-old shower fixture was odd to figure out; one handle had two areas to turn and it had to be turned multiple times in various directions to get the shower on and water to a normal temperature...I highly suggest […] they update the fixtures. The rooms were clean, comfortable and good location to the bus stops and centrally located to the slopes. I read the reviews on this hotel and they were correct and lived up to my expectiations. There was nothing that I was not satisfied with and I would gladly stay there again. I have been going to Park City for 12 years and this is the best value […] and most comfortable place I have stayed in my 12 years . Nice pool, hot tub and other amenities. They even included a free shuttle service. Never had that available before. Used it quite a bit. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Had a great time. We even skied the day we left. They allowed us to store our luggage the day of check out so we could ski that morning. We had a one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. An older but well-kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and has kitchenette which saved us money on drinks and we could bring our 'doggy bags" back to the room for snacking on later. Note that this is not a hotel and they do not make your bed every day, nor do they change the towels. However, you can get fresh towels at the front desk. […] This was a non-issue for us. Small issue was the mattress needed to be replaced as one tended to roll towards the middle. Also, pool had a bit too much chlorine, but with all the kids using it, I can't blame them. Читати далі
