Outstanding for the price! And no smoke smells!

Overall room was clean and comfortable. Room came with a microwave and refrigerator that I was not expecting (especially for the cheap price I paid). Continental breakfast isn't anything fancy but it is enough to get the day started. Ony complaint I have is there was mold starting to appear on the bathroom ceiling due to no exhaust fan present, but […] the rest of the bathroom was in excellent condition. It was good for the price! Sad the hot water with the shower did not really work and the room and hallways smelled of smoke although we were in non smoking section. The office workers were not the best either. It wasnt bad overall and I would stay again for the price since I only really needed the room for sleep due to long conference

Could not get smell out of room even with the air conditioner on. No elevator to take luggage upstairs.

It's an older hotel in need of some updates but it was clean and close to where we need to go. Great amenities and staff was helpful and happy. Neighborhood may turn some folks off, but I have found that you can find trouble anywhere if you are looking for it.

The staff was friendly..my room was very clean....I felt safe all the rooms are located inside. The price of the room was fair for the location. There are alot of dining places surrounding the hotel. I plan to stay again.

I was not happy with the fact that the entrance door to the rooms was not secured most of the time. Also the internet not being available in the mornings was not good. The mattress hurt my back so I could not be comfortable tghe whole time we were there.

We stayed one night at the Super 8. From all of the reviews that were written I was extremely skeptical that I would be satisfied with this hotel. I have to say that it met my needs for the 1 day stay. The hotel is not in a good area, period. I noticed nothing questionable happening in the parking lot or in the halls of the hotel. I felt safe, and secure staying at the hotel. As to the quality and cleanliness of the hotel, you get what you pay for. It was cheap, I didn't expect to get a lavishly appointed room. I got a room that was clean, and appeared to be well maintained, and didn't have some kind of strange odor. It met my needs without complaint. The hallway did smell a little funky, but did not affect the room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and was difficult to find if you didn't ask. Again, no frills! Chose this hotel based on the ratings here for cleanliness. It lived up to our expectations! Very clean and the room was fairly new looking. For the price, this was a great find! Service was great, room was clean, easy access to the highway. Just what I wanted!

I will be back there next year. I go to the HS Basketball State Finals each year. Everything was wonderful!!

The room smelled terrible like smoke but was a non-smoking room. The bathtub water would not go down the drain and there was mold all over in the shower. The price was great but the accommodations were questionable. If the advertisement matched the space it would not have been a problem.

The price was right and cleaner than more expensive hotels that I have stayedat!

The neighbor hood wasn't the greatest, there were people fighting in the parking lot all three nights that I was there. With that said though the room was very clean and comfortable, and the microwave & minifridge came in very handy. For the price I was very pleased.

The hotel was a bit rough but a decent value for the money.

Room was clean, Price was good. Hotel breakfast was fairly small, but a Waffle House and Grocery Store in the attached lot made food and drinks easy to come by. Neighbor hood wasn't great but the location right off the highway made for a quick ride to downtown. All in all it was worth the price.

CONVENIENT LOCATION TO INTERSTATES. NEED TO UPDATE LITTLE THINGS BUT WAS A NICE STAY WITH NO COMPLAINTS ,CLEAN ,COMFORTABLE BED,

We chose this location for our Ohio State University campus tour. The location was very convenient and we were very pleased with our stay. you get what you pay for, if you are looking for a place to sleep cheap this is it clean enough and the location is good we stayed there to catch an early morning flight out of cmh only 15 miles from the airport

There are bedbugs inthe bed frames ,disgusting !

The employees were extremely nice, however there was something seriously wrong with the thermostat on the heater. It was freezing and I could not sleep. At 2 am in the morning the desk clerk, after I called and told him, offered to move me, which he should be applauded for. However, the maintenance on the heater is needed on Rm 163. Good deal the hotel was clean and has fridge and microwave in room. WiFi and cable tv also. Pharmacy and grocery right next door. Lots of fast food close by plus bowling alley across street has good bar food. Also they have free breakfast at hotel in morning. For the price its a steal!

Made a visit a second time to this hotel because, they are the best value AND it has services like Free Breakfast (not listed on the main part of listing though) and WIFI that sure makes a trip pleasant. Good location, right off the I71. Perfect for us, easy to get into Columbus the next day. Next door to a grocer, gas and several fast foods plus an Asian restaurant. Very convenient. Room was very reasonably priced. It is an older hotel but still neat and clean enough. It was very quiet; we heard no noise from either the halls or the rooms adjacent ours during the two nights we were there. Will stay there again.

I easily like to walk simpe shorter distance from Super8 to Gaint Eagle.. Room have mircowave and small refrigator that you won't be be worry anything as what do you need..

For the price... I guess I got what I paid for. I booked the room for me and my boyfriend and my daughter for one night just to visit family in Columbus. First off, there were cigarette burns in my sheets. I know the hotel has smoking rooms just as well as the non-smoking room I booked, but those sheets should've been thrown away! There was at least […] five holes in the set of sheets on one of the beds. Secondly, the hot and cold water were backwards. So at first we thought we didn't even have hot water! Because we left the shower run for fifteen minutes and NOTHING. It wasn't until later that I simply went to rinse my hands with COLD water that I realize the set-up was backwards because I ended up rinsing them in fairly hot water. And the ice maker on my floor did not work at all. I got a measly FIVE ice cubes out of. Not to mention the internet wouldn't connect in my room and when I called customer service, all he would say is that *I* was doing something wrong, but never offered to help me figure it out. We were on a super tight budget and i was concerned abt the prior comments. Our room was amazingly spacious and clean! Parking lot was well lit and saw no loiterers. Its right by the supermarket, gas station and restaurants +a super easy to get to. It was locayed off the interstate yet dudnt have a lot of noise problems. The room was good for the price we paid. The heat was working (even though the heat could've worked better) and it kept me warm through the night.

Entry hall was shabby; room could have been a bit cleaner. but otherwise ok.

Words can not describe how bad this experience was. The room was not clean enough and it was really loud outside. Very bad neighborhood. I got the idea that bad people stay in there. We stayed 3 nights adn we could see people coming and going like if they were selling drugs outside

the hotel itself was fine. getting to/from your room past a hallway LINED with WHO.. begging you for money and business was not.I should have called Columbus police,but I just left.
