Hall carpets needed cleaning, but room was clean.

The crapets were stained the bedding had pen all over it. The dust ruffles where stained. The light switches had not been cleaned. The blanket had holes and was gross. the check in service was fast , parking a little overcrowed in the back section of the hotel but free for people staying at the hotel. has a resturant located on the main floor , bank of america right by it and a gas station. the room picture that was shown on line for an upgraged room with a kitchen/queen beds is way off, didnt look anything like it, […] disappointed, the beds were queens but looked more like a full bed size and they were squeaky.they do have and indoor pool open from 9am-9pm per sign on the door,close the airport, great place to eat breakfast is at the Pancake Chef, great service and good food for the price... You get what you pay for, we were in a road side room so traffic all night was my biggest complaint...but for the price you couldn't beat it...no amenities in the room no mini fridge or microwave...just have always thought those should be in every room no matter where you stay

Old run down hotel. Excellent location, but would not choose again. Not enough staff to offer good service. Sad.

The photos on Hotels.com depicted a room that the hotel claimed not to have. The pool was broken, the business services were broken, and still was charged. The customer service was TERRIBLE. All in all, would never stay there again.

This was a good one night hotel, enjoyed the small indoor pool and great food at the restaurant in lobby. Did not like the room not having standard fridge/microwave and also beds were old.

Our stay was OK, the rooms where clean and good size for a family of 4. Close to hi-way, and stores, the staff where helpful. Since there was a restaurant in the lobby, there where no continental breakfast, no free internet as I would stay in other hotels for the same price. There where couple of maintenance issues. This hotel needs renovation badly! Too old and dingy!!

i really enjoyed my stay as well as my kids. i will probably come stay again

This hotel was very good for the price. No continental breakfast, no refrigerator were a downside. But for the price it is hard to complain.

I was happy with this one. And apparently my girlfriend was too. The walls weren't too thin. The room and building itself was nice and clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The price was satisfactory at the time. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough parking available. That was kind of a drag. This as a very good hotel for my 1 night stopover from WSan Juan Puerto Rico to Austin, TX. The shuttle was prompt bed was good nice hot shower. My only comment would be that this hotel has an oriental restaurant that serves breakfast so there is not free breakfast or coffee in the lobby. The rate was good.

This hotel was nice and clean and room was big and comfortable. The one thing I hated was that the walls are paper thin I could hear everything that the people next door were saying though the walls and I could tell they were not even talking loud. I was woken up by the vacuums at 6 in the morning and I could swear every single door opening and closing […] in the hotel was mine cause they were so loud. Parking was horrible they have a little lot behind the hotel that they don't even own it was overfull every single night (I stayed Mon & Tues night) and if that was full you had to take the risk of leaving your car on the street where they are not responsible for it. Parking was not the best at all. We had to park 3 blocks up in a vacant lot because the staff told us the parking lot was full and was unable to accommidate our parking Even the valet parking was full.. Stayed there one night before catching a flight and would stay there regularlyi in the future if motel is required near airport. For the price it was fantastic...neat, clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. Did not expect it to be as good as it was for that price, and it is very close to the airport with shuttle services every half hour.

The restaurant in the lobby were the only saving grace to this hotel. One of the 2 beds had a broken box spring. The bathroom had mold around the ceiling of the shower. We left for dinner and came back and there was no parking. Had to park in the fire lane. Went to the pool and it was out of towels front desk refused towels because they were almost […] out of bath towels. So I would not stay at this hotel if you gave me a free night. This hotel was perfectly adequate, though if you are a person for whom exericise is a priority, the gym was very small and the pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm.

We stayed 3 nights the staff was mostly helpful that's the good part the halls reeked of pot, there's not enough parking arriving to discover the lot full we had to park a block away in the rain with 2 small kids. Although that was a mixed blessing since those who did get a spot had to contend with a lot of cars double parked. After 2 nights of loud […] sex noise from the neighbors we were upgraded to a suite on the 3rd floor where the toilet was plugged they gave me a plunger to fix it myself, the sink leaked and there were no light bulbs I 3 of the lights, and the tv went in and out. Picked this place to be near the airport (barely 5 minutes away) and because it had free parking and free wifi. We had a flight the following day and wanted to be close to I-5 (we had a rental car) with free internet and free parking. For those reasons, this place was sufficient. Crib was a real crib and not a playpen type bed. Place could definitely […] use upgraded plumbing and fixtures. Faucet came off in my hand when trying to turn on. Bed mattresses looked new. Relatively clean room. The night before we were at the 4 Seasons (really) so this place was much worse in comparison but we were ok with it, all things considered. No free breakfast but we didn't care. Parking was uphill from the check in but there is 15 minute parking in the driveway. Security wasn't great (for the hotel itself) and it seemed that you could come in/out whenever from the hotel without being observed. Ice machines only on one side of building. Our room was completely on the other side. No fridge in our room which kind of sucked. One thing that was interesting. Make sure you close your doors firmly - we actually inadvertently left ours open. It wasn't' obvious unless you tried to open the door. Luckily, our room was at the end of the hall so normally you wouldn't be down there unless you wanted to go to the back exit or get a soda or nonexistent ice machine. Was disapointed there was no fridge or microwave. As much as I paid there should of been not to mention no contemplary breakfest. I won't ever go again was there 3 night only thing I saw was a plus was an indoor pool.

Stayed for a layover in Seattle. The shuttle never came and we could not get anyone to answer the phone. We had to take a taxi. The toilet overflowed. Our key cards did not work. The beds were scratchy and hard and the customer service was awful. I strongly recommend another hotel.

The hotel is only about five minutes from the airport, so that was really convenient. We checked in at about midnight, and the man at the front desk was very friendly. However, the carpet in our room had like five obvious stains on it and there was no tissue paper in the room. This hotel wasn't very nice. We could hear the people upstairs and next to us... walking, coughing, showering, tv.... Next time we will stay somewhere else!

If you are looking for a cheap place, and just want somewhere to crash for the night when you are coming in or leaving from SeaTac, Ramada might meet your needs. I guess you can say, you get what you pay for. We only needed to stay for the night so that we could fly out in the morning. The comforter on the beds had holes in them, the room smelled like […] smoke, although it was smoke free. The room was already paid for, but they put an additional temporary $40 charge on our card. Unbelievable loud banging noises coming from room upstairs all night; after several complaints to front desk it got quieter around 3am, fun when you get up at 5.

You need more clean area and friendly employees

the pool was quite small and not warm enough not to have been accompanied by a sauna or hot tub. food in restaurant, in lobby, was quite good almost took some of their sweet but spicy garlic chicken wings for the drive home. would also recommend the pork pot stickers and the vegetarian egg rolls. overall great prices for a weekend stay.

Customer Services need to be address

My family and I changed hotels from the Westin Downtown Seattle to the Ramada to be close to the airport for an early flight. Timothy was super accommodating and helped get us everything we needed. Room mirrors smeary and needed cleaned, elevator needed mirror cleaned from fingerprints, front desk very slow service.

We stayed here with my friend for two nights and enjoyed it. The only think we didnt like is location next to a cemetary and airport.

Convenient location, got everything I needed from them so I'm happy. :)

It was near the airport which was wonderfully convenient. There were however, 2 distinct gunshots at 4 am.

My only complaint about this property concerns the lack of lighting in the parking lot on the back side of the hotel. Most of the overhead street lights were burned out which made it very difficult to safely go from the parking area to the door. I stumbled a couple of times on the curbs and shrubbery trying to enter the property throught the back door […] (east side). Recommend someone take a look at replacing the burneed out lighting. Convient location and very reasonably priced, However hotel is "tired" and could use some updating. I guess you get what you pay for!

Sorry for the long winded message - I only wish I had checked reviews prior to booking a room. We lost power at our house due to the recent snow storm and I found this hotel through http://www.hotels.com. The rate was really good for two queen beds and they had an indoor pool for my girls and WI-Fi that I needed to get some work done. I called the […] hotel to verify they had my reservation and perhaps the front desk was busy, but I have never been hurried off the phone is such a rude manner. Upon checking in, their lack of customer service continued. I asked about upgrading the room to include a refrigerator ( we brought food from home so that it would not spoil in our fridge (power out). The cost to upgrade to that room was $15 for the night. I had hoped they would waive it, but I understand business, so ultimately I did not have an issue with it. Fast forward 30 minutes, we are in the room, my wife and girls are getting settled in, so I fire up the laptop and hope to get some work done. Everything is working fine, then 5 minutes later, no WI-Fi connection. I called the front desk and was told their Wi-Fi was down. I asked if they had an ETA for getting it back up and the young lady who answered the phone, had no clue and did not appear to really care. Well, the Wi-Fi did not come up at all the rest of the day or evening. It did not come on until the next morning. When I checked out, I asked the front desk manager, Abdi, could I get a refund of the room upgrade for the refrigerator, because the Wi-Fi did not work and that is part of the reason I stayed at this hotel. He said no. I asked why not, he said, it is not our fault, it is Comcast's fault that the internet is down. I said, I understand, but the least you could do from a customer service standpoint is waive the upgrade to compensate for my inconvenience. Abdi then informs me that he can't issue a refund.
