Loews New Orleans Hotel - Новий Орлеан

Not bad. Very helpful staff. Good location to play. Room was comfortable and well laid out. This is my second stay here.

Hotel was very nice and the most comfortable bed I can remember.

My husband and I decided to stay at the Loews Hotel 20 minutes outside of New Orleans. I made the reservation along the way and our room was ready shortly after we arrived. "Great night & a Great Hotel"

My expectations for this hotel were very high. After all, Loews has a reputation as a great hotel. I can assure you my expectations were more than met! The rooms were nice sized, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Maid service was timely and thorough. The bar was very unique and has some very unique recipes. The hotel restaurant was between good […] and very good. Make sure to get the french toast! Service was outstanding throughout the hotel. The location was excellent; convenient to the French Quarter, the Warehouse District and the Street Car to the Garden District. Great restaurants everywhere. I highly recommend La Boca, Mr. B's Bistro and Felix's Oyster House. For entertainment go to the Hotel Monteleon. You won't be disappointed and it's non-smoking. This was an incredible stay. Although an LSU fan and the game ended badly (very badly), our stay at Loews was just terrific. The only comment I have is that I asked housekeeping twice to replace a burned out light bulb and it was never replaced. Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and the bar/restaurant was first class.

Everything about our stay was great. The valets, the porters, the desk workers -- all professional, courteous, and efficient. The only negative part was that the restaurant was overwhelmed by the 'filled to capacity' status of the hotel -- but we don't usually eat at the hotel we're staying in anyway.

We booked a last minute New Years trip and used Hotels.com to book our hotel. I am a frequent traveler and will say I am very picky about my hotels. I was very happy. Hotel was nice and intimate. We even got a nice upgrade

Nice hotel right across from harrahs in downtown new Orleans.

We stayed here from 12/30 and ckecked out on the 1st. They are in walking distance to everywhere! The Riverwalk is nice and it was just 3 blocks to the french quarter. We felt safe the whole time we were there and even walking back to the hotel at 3am. The rooms were clean and checkin and checkout was a breeze! This hotel is a good option for your stay in NOLA. The only area that needs improvement is the swimming pool area other than that we had a very good time. Very convenient location.

The room was comfortable and spacious (had grand king) but the nickel and diming for water, internet, etc. was not what I expected from a premium room/premium hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful but no more so than a 3 star accomodation. Overall, good hotel but not necessarily a 5 star in all respects.

The problems we had were with the bathroom esp the very low toilet and small tub. Also, the king bed was not king. It dipped in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. Parking was too expensive.

Great hotel. Very beautiful rooms and wonderfully comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant and staff. In walking distance to Canal Street, River Walk, and French Quarter. Would stay here again. Felt ripped off when I was charged $34 per night for parking.. Not uncommon for New Orleans hotels.

Great option within ready walking distance to everything including the convention center.

Betty, our concierge, was fabulous. Beautiful bar and Joshua our server, was delightful!

Loews Hotel in New Orleans is a must stay hotel. It is close to alot of attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great with no humidity inside. Service is A++ and all staff is very kind and courteous. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to you.

overall a nice stay, not a new facility. i read in a previous review that there were no fitted sheets on the bed and thought it strange until i encountered the same thing. weird. room service and housekeeping are spastic. they knock and call constantly to get the tray back as if we will surf on it out the hotel. must not have enough of them. then they […] have no salt and pepper. housekeeping knocks at 9 to ask when you will leave. not the wakeup call we wanted. front desk was nice and didn't charge for our room service since we were dissatisfied. probably won't go back to this loews. This was a wonderful stay! Lowes was very easy to find and access. The service was excellent; the room was large and clean with great amenities; the beds were very comfortable; and, although we did not have pets with us, it was nice to know that pets are welcome (and there are no "signs" that pets have been there - even though we actually saw quite […] a few!) I have stayed here twice now. First was not very good.The water was shut off that morning with out notice and I was in the shower with soap all over me. I had to was off the bottled water. This trip we woke up with BUG BITES on us. They did not do anything to accommodate us. We are very disappointed and will not be going back.

For the amenities, the price was unbelievable. Girlfriend and I had a wonderful King room on 18th floor overlooking the Arts/Warehouse District. Spa is great, gym is well equipped, and pool/hottub/sauna made the trip enjoyable. Location is right between the Arts District and French Quarter, and walking distance from everything. Hotel was very nice. Only complaint was that the pool was humid. I was there on conference but wanted to spend time with my children. I was hoping to work at pool side while my children were in the pool. However, it was too humid. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel was wonderful! We were in walking distance to everywhere we chose to go and we felt very safe. We walked to Arnaud's Restaurant , about 15 blocks away. Returning around 10PM.

Perfect location, very accomodating staff, rooms were large and very nice, not one complaint. I will stay here every time I come to NOLA...

We had a few issues in the beginning with service and some things were unusable (mini bar not being cold) but the management was outstanding at fixing the problems we had. Room was comfortable with a great view. Restaurant was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend checking it out. Room service was also very good. I have stayed at many 4 star hotels and my stay at Loews was by far the best

I've stayed in 90 %of Nola hotels and this one sets the bar high!! Awesome inside Sauna/pool/and hot tub! Beds were exceptional and the view of The Mississippi is breathtaking! This was our first stay at the Loews and it was a very enjoyable experience. From the time we pulled up in valet parking to check in to check out the whole staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was large by New Orleans standards and very clean. Location was great and close to everything we did. We will be staying here more often.

We've stayed at the Loews New Orleans in the past and have always had a great experience. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from The Cafe du Monde, so grabbing some beignets in the morning is only a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was excellent. We made last minute reservations while driving in and were accomadated perfectly. My family and I were traveling and had quite a bit of luggage which I felt confident securing in our vehicle within the secured hotel garage. The restaurant and spa amenities were used and loved. I enjoyed my stay at Loews Hotel. the only problem I had was having luke warm coffee at the Cafe but the staff replaced it at my request. Coffee should always be served piping hot. This was our first trip to New Orleans, so we weren't familiar with the best hotels near the French Quarter. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and weren't disappointed. It was a short walk to the French Quarter, streetcar stop, museums, and restaurants. I have stayed at the Loews three years in a row and have enjoyed each stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and professional, the rooms are large, well appointed and clean and the location is central. Close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds and noise to offer a relaxed atmosphere. I requesrted a reflexology service and the therapist clearly had not been trained in that technique. However the air conditioning was a challenge. It was either too cold or too warm. However after walking around town I can see this is the better choice.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and bed was quite comfortable. Hotel is located in walking distance to many attractions. We will definitely visit this hotel again and recommend to others.

I booked this room after dating someone for a while where I really needed to impress. I wanted a decent room that was on the nicer side but where I didn't have to spend and arm and a leg.
