Hotel locates at the end of Metro Line 3 and needs about 30 minutes travelling to centre of Paris (but still convenient). Nearby is a big supermarket where you can found most of the necessities at affordable prices. Rooms are tidy and provide private safe, water boiler and fringe. Free wifi for 24 hours and 2 computers are located at reception area for internet users. Front desk staff are always very busy in dealing with questions from travellers. On the whole the hotel provides convenience to travellers and is recommended.

A desirable residential area, the 17th ‘arrondissement’ is north of Place de l’Etoile (the star-shaped roundabout at the Arc de Triomphe) with easy access to the suburbs of La Défense and Neuilly-sur-Seine. Parc Monceau is an oasis of English landscaping on its southern edge. The working-class neighbourhood of Les Batignolles lies to the east.

Hotel staff speaks good English, and the hotel is really cute and up to date. Great room and felt like we were in Paris. Would stay here again. Too many choices of hotels in Paris, but this deserves the 4 stars it received.

"Exceptional again"
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The service, atmosphere, location, and friendliness continue to be exceptional over two years. If you do not speak French, no problem here, they are fluent. Extremely helpful with all details. Very quiet location.
"Amazing staff"
This beautiful hotel in Paris was perfect for my friends and I in Paris for just one day! The staff was so helpful for everything down to where to exchange money. They even brought our bags to our room and put them in our car when we left. The location is great! Two blocks from metro and beautiful arc de triomphe! Def would come back to stay here!

This is an excellent Hotel. It is beautifully renovated, the staff is super friendly and it is in a great location for visiting Paris. We spend for days here and we had a blast. Highly recommended.

"Elegant facility, extremely helpful staff"
We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our week-long Paris vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service from the whole staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was outstanding. The hotel has a relatively small number of rooms--just the kind of intimate environment we like--and the decor is tasteful and pleasantly understated. Our room […] was clean and comfortable; it was also a bit small, which was expected, but I liked it anyway. The free wi-fi was an added bonus: we were able to use my wife's iPad AND my Android phone. The location was great: a patisserie and a Carrefour grocery store across the street, a restaurant and at least two bistros within 200 yards, all within a primarily residential neighborhood. Oh, and the Arc de Triomphe and its Metro stations are a mere 5 to 10 minute-walk away. The hotel is not central to the main tourist sights, but you can be at the Louvre less than 10 minutes after you board the No.1 Metro Line at the Charles de Gaulle-Etoille station. loved it, book it immediately. i was expecting a small room with crappy old furniture. thats what everyone told me to expect in paris. "Lovely decorated quiet room overlooking the garden"
Lovely decorated quiet room overlooking the garden. Nowhere in Paris have I ever stayed without the constant traffic noise! Small scale, excellent personal service and high standard finishes. And only 5 minute walk to Palais de Congress. Will definately go back.

Hôtel bien situé à quelques pas de l’Arc de Triomphe et du terminal de la navette Air France. Accueil chaleureux avec personnel expérimenté et efficace toujours à la disposition des clients. "Charme et caractère à deux pas d'Etoile"
Il se dégage une ambiance très cosy de cet hôtel Best Western. Les chambres sont comfortables et décorées avec raffinement. Elles proposent des salles de bain spacieuses (surtout les douches !) et bien équipées. Le personnel est souriant, discret et efficace.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit Charme. Der Parkplatz ist klein, aber es ist gut, dass man sein Auto dort unterbringen kann. Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Genau das richtige für einen Kurztrip (3 Tage) nach Paris. Wenn man sucht, findet man in der Nähe auch gute Restaurants (empfehle Marrakesh). Bra hotell, fordelen var roen. Hotellet er plassert midt på en tomt med fasaden forskjøvet innover i forhold til de andre. Utsikt til en bakgård med steinlagt hage. Dette bidro til null støy fra vei og gate. Hadde rom i topp etasjen, litt fransk håndverk på detaljene (glemt lister etc, rask sparkling) Meget rent og pent, hyggelig folk i resepsjonen. […] Frokostprisen er hjerterå, men det ligger flere små cafeer i nærheten med rimelig og god mat. De hadde egen parkeringsplass foran hotellet bak murer, trangt, men bra. 10 min fra metro (Ternes) Stille selv i baren, satt mye der og leste uten bry fra andre. Litt små rom. Klein 4 sterren hotel. personeel is tweetalig en erg vriendelijk. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden een douche in de kamer en vraag me nog steeds af of er ook kamers zijn met een bad. het hotel is een zeer geslaagde restauratie van een vroeger herenhuis. het is een gezellig hotel waar men zich onmiddellijk thuis voelt. het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. de kamers zijn ruim en erg net. kortom het was er fijn vertoeven
