Grandvillage Inn - Грандвілль

Hotel was close to restaurants and easy to find just off the highway. Room was clean and my kids loved the pool, spa, games they could play. The breakfast was a nice touch and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Very quaint motel. Located close to attractions in Wyoming and Grand Rapids. Easy access to the interstate. Price was reasonable. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall very clean and neat. Hotel was nothing fancy but was clean and neat. The front desk was very helpfull when we had a problem with the Wi-fi. But because of poor signal coverage we needed to change rooms to fix the problem.The bathroom fan was under powered so we had some trouble getting the steam out of the room. We went there as a sister get away and ufortunely we count 23 kids in the pool at one time throwing the ball around. So we could not use the pool at all but did kind of pushed the kids out of the hot tub for about 15 minutes so we could at least have some time in there. This hotel was cheaply renovated and the furniture was given a thick coat of black paint. The room was adequate for the price. The pool area was nice. We were sad that we had to wear wristbands to use the pool and eat breakfast but we can understand that past guests have abused the privleges. We had to make last minute reservations and there were rooms […] available. Our teammates stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn (which was full) and, in comparison, this hotel was lacking. Читати далі

We had a great time at this hotel. There was first a small mixup with our rooms, but they were happy to make the appropriate changes. The walls were super thin, but otherwise it was clean and comfy.

Great stay. Front staff person was fabulous! Went above and beyond for us. Beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub spotless. Close to everything. Definitely would stay here again

Cute hotel with a favorable pool location that makes it easy to keep an eye on children. We booked a pool view room but received a normal room instead.

We had a nice pool side room, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to all area attractions. Nice family friendly environment.

Great service. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Clean room and appliances with supplies. Rated comfort lower because I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. Great insulation; couldn't hear anything, but seen a full house at the continental breakfast each morning.

Clean comfortable quite. Good breakfast and a much improved from the last couple years Brann's Steak House next door. If you have business in down town Grand Rapids you are much better off to stay here and use a parking ramp rather than stay down town and walk for miles in the walkway or out side.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel; I understand it once was a Best Western. (not a fan) This was VERY nice and priced right too. Great location, great service, nice hotel.

Nicest hotel at this price in the Grand Rapids area. We were very impressed, the staff was so nice. We got a roll away without advanced notice and no problem with a late check out. I loved how clean the pool was. I would recommend to everyone.

Hotel was conveniently located off the expressway. The staff was super friendly. Pool and hot tub were both clean and in good condition. The rooms were clean, but old. They are in need of some upgrades. Mattress was a little lumpy and the tub didn't drain real well. Overall, great stay for the price.

This two story Hotel has no elevator, but the updated rooms are nicely appointed. The pool area and breakfast are above average. The location is convenient to the freeway but is on a less than popular street. Good value for the money but location leaves a little to be desired.

This hotel advertises "room darkening curtains". What they have, on all rooms, are a see-through white sheer, followed by another white sheer, followed by a black sheer. When I say sheer, I mean you can see leaves on the trees outside, through two layers of this material. Add to this a light about 8-9 feet off the ground, maybe 35' away, directly across […] from the window. I spoke to others and they didn't think much of the curtain/shade scheme either. You couldn't help seeing into other's rooms as you walked by. Very poorly executed from both a sleeping and privacy standpoint.. This is a very nice hotel if you are wanting to go to the Jennison/Grandville area. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. Nice pool and hot tub.

We needed to find a hotel that was not to far from Grand Valley State University, because our children attended camp for the week. Grandville was perfect. Hotel and the service was o.k.

My husband and I just recently stayed at this hotel for our Annv. weekend and were very pleased. We normally stay at the Timberline Motel in Saugatuck, but the rates have went up and the hotel itself isn't that nice, so we decided to try something new. Having recently undergone extensive renovations, the Grandvillage Inn overs clean, simple yet spacious rooms with solid amenities. The customer service was great, and the neighborhood was okay... nothing to be excited about but nothing to be afraid of either. Close to 196, 131, and the Rivertown Mall (and surrounding restaurants) make it extremely convenient. […] It is by far the best value in the area, considering the fact that there is another hotel that is a stone's throw away that charges an average of $20.00 more per night. t was a great place to stay! Very nice rooms. Stayed in the room with the whirlpool, it was awesome! The king bed was SO comfortable.

Our stay was on Christmas Day - we were traveling out of town for a family gathering - we have two boys, ages 9 and 7, Our stay at the Grandvillage Inn was the high lite of our time away from home. The pool was clean, water temp was just right. In the morning, the breakfast bar was excellent - wonderful variety of choices from cold to hot food. Every […] staff person was outstanding - made us feel welcomed and appreciated - even if it might they had to work on a holiday. Realizing there were not many locate restaurants opened on Christmas Day, the staff offered a suggestion of one that was and showed us a map where to find it - even called the place to verify the hours it would be opened and we didn't even have to ask them for this information!!!!
