"Inside the room great. Outside not so much."
The room was perfectly fine; comfortable. Wifi service was good and bed was comfortable. However, if you stay here over the weekend, be prepared to park 3/4 of a mile away from your hotel! There's a super busy nightclub next door and its patrons fill the parking lot on weekend nights! The outdoor courtyard is kind of nice but there were cigarette butts […] and garbage rolling around back there. Itd be nice if they took care of the outside as well as they took care of the inside. "Might have been nice 25 years ago"
This hotel has not been kept up in the last twenty+ years. Everywhere we went something was either out of service, held up by tape or sagging from age. When I checked in there was a very nice sign on the front desk indicating that the hot tub was out of service. The hot tub was one of the only reasons I was staying. Half the vending machines were […] empty, the other half were only half full. The ice machine was broken. The veneer on the edge of the counter in my bathroom was being held with duct tape--quite poorly, I might add--and for some time. The pool area is quite large and when the hotel was newer it must have been wonderful. However today even the fake plastic plants droop like they're in need of attention. The pool itself had warm water--the only reason we stayed--but the bottom of the pool had an icky brown color that I initially worried was some sort of scum but apparently was only discoloration. My guess is from poor water treatment, with all the other things this hotel fails to maintain. The pool area was chilly and the bathrooms were like little freezers. Dirty, unkept freezers. Given the extremely cheap rate we weren't expexting the Ritz Carlton but I don't think cleanliness is too much to ask for at any price. I will likely try Days Inn again when we want a budget hotel but I wouldn'st stay in this location again. Читати далі
"day's Inn, Maplewood, Mn"
The pool was nice but the hot tub was shut down for repairs. :( Our room was in the back hall away from the noise of a wedding dance being held in the conference center and we slept well. A great breakfast was served in the am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good and would stay there again...great value for the money.

was not impressed by the hotel the pool was green and gross looking and the hot tub was closed down so was the ice machine. and the room door had tape on it with the # of the room written on the tape. the shower head was very low, even for me and im 5/6 i would recommend this place or go back

The staff was very kind, but it was clear that they were under-staffed and under financed. The shelves of towels in the pool area were always empty. First of all already checked in and changin in room at 4:00 Pm and someone opened the door with a key and tryed to come in! Who does that? Also the bathrooms need work, just kind of grubby and broken up! the rest of the room ok tho.

For convenience of location it is perfect! It feels very dated and has that old smell but if you just need a place a stay - it does what it's supposed to do.

"Location"
This hotel locates at the shopping mall which is really convenience, at the same time our conference also took place there. This is a good place to be, one thing I hope next time will be better was the pool was not in use condiction at this time..

"Awful"
Gross stains everywhere. the beds felt like sleeping on plywood and there were bad odors
First room we got wasnt cleaned. Had full garbages and all towels were used and on the floor. The bed wasn't made or clean.
Great location and the room was clean and not as bad as I thought it might be, but the place is dated and needs a facelift.

"The Hotel in Minnesota"
The hotel room I was in(room 106) microwave did not work and the room my daugther was in(room 115) did not have a headboard. It only had a strip of wood on the wall that was dangerous.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I only booked it because it was a little cheaper for the area and it looked like the pool was nice. We could hardly stand to sleep here. The beds are very uncomfortable. I had called the front desk 4 times in 2 hours to get more towels, on the last phone call the guy at the front desk told me he had been to my room several times with the towels yet I never left my room so I know nobody knocked on my door. Well I'm a guy. And a little mildew smell you can get used to if you've lived in fox holes. The room we were given first had a broken door. We were then given a smoking room even though we'd asked for non-smoking. There were cig burns all over the carpet - the curtains were water stained as was the mattress. The elastic was so warn on the bottom sheet it wouldn't stay in place. ""Not cool""
We had awesome service when making reservations. I had to call and Derrick helped me tremendously! The day we checked in, the front desk attendant was awesom and pleasant. The attendant when we checked out was pleasant. However that Saturday am when stopping in for continental breakfast, we were greeted with glares from the the staff and when spoke […] nothing was said. The breakfast area was a mess nd none of the juices were good. They were watered down, the filter for them was filled with wasted juice and the containers for breakfast items was half full, non replenished. The hotel room was clean but the air did NOT work at all. We were miserable at night. The next day we stayed, I had to call down for towels as they had not replaced them. The ice machine was indisposed and where the sign said to "see the front desk" they had nothing to give us for the use of ice. We had to find our own. "No Hot Tub"
The hotel was fine but I wanted a hot tub since I travel, my back is sore and I'm getting old! First night water was insanely hot. Second night cold. I was told it was broke and wasn't fixed for third night. Really disappointed since this is the reason I choose this hotel.

the hotel is not on the street D_E. It is located almost a block off of Co. Rd. D. No entrance sign visible if you come in from the back. The maid service started to knock on door with do not disturb sign on it an hour befor published checkout time.

Room had leaky roof from shower in room above. Supplied room with one towel and one wash cloth, had to go to front desk several times to get additional supplies. Worst hotel experience in 40 years.

The entire hotel is in dire need of major work. Carpets are worn and filthy, walls are stained...just not a very comfortable atmosphere. The location happened to suit our needs, but I'd think twice before booking there again.

The lobby and halls had very poor air quality, probably from moisture and fishy smells from the restaurant.
