Best Western Plus Executive Inn & Suites - Мантека

We were looking for a hotel that had a fitness room. Hotels.com showed this as having a fitness room. IT DOES NOT!!! The clerk said she did not know why hotels.com keeps that in when they have told them repeately they do not. Breakfast was good and the room had all the amenties. Other than that it would been a good inexpensive place to stay.

Comfortable bed! Service was mixed. Many times no one available at front desk or answering front desk phone. When I checked in there was no direction to my room or info about wifi access or breakfast. Had to figure it all out on my own. After check out, I got home and thought I left an item in my room and the service to look for it was top notch.

I try not to think about it...Couldn`t sleep because the toilet ran (water kept running in circles) all night, the bed was sooo springy every time I moved an inch, it shook the whole bed and woke my wife...Tripped into the automan in front of the chair in front of the kitchenete that was blocking the door (you had to navigate through too much furniture) […] to get accross the room...It was a really hot weekend, and they let kids use the pool that didn`t even stay there...There was no water in the vending machines to drink because they didn`t re-fill the machines...Good Luck... i had the best night there, it was worth my stay

Are room was dirty there was MOLD in the bathroom the bathroom sink leaked there wasnt enought towels the plugs in the room didnt work there was only a couple that worked correctly

The front desk staff were fantastic, friendly and willing to work with us so we could stay a little longer in our room! The room was very comfortable and we felt safe and well taken care of! It was nice to have so many options right outside our door for food and things to do! We will most definitley stay there again!!!!

Weight room did not exist,sauna was not working,burned out light bulbs in room,had to repair room phone it was plugged into a jack that was not working,lucky there was two jacks.Good breakfast

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, EXCEPT THE HWY 99 TRUCK NOISE. WHEN WE STAY THERE AGAIN I WILL ASK FOR A UNIT AS FAR AWAY FROM HWY AS POOSIBLE.

The free breakfast was notthing exciting but was what I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower drain seem to drain slow-clogged. Just needs maintenance. Other than that hotel was clean and worth the price.

Very Nice Hotel. Said there was a great Breakfast. It was o.k. Not much to eat. Bed was comfortable and very clean. The Heater was not easy to keep at a certain Temperature. But, overall very nice.

Stay away from room 233...next to stairwell and door closers do not work... slamming doors all night Holiday Inn Express is a few blocks away...ten bucks more but clean and good breakfast

remodeled room which had comfortable mattress and bed but a/c unit was very loud and turns on and off frequently. Had to turn it off to go to sleep.

Our stay in this hotel was quite comfortable. The room is clean and large. Everything in the room is of good quality. We like Best Western's style. Also the continental breakfast had a good variety. I wanted a place to crash before heading off to Yosemite early in the morning. This hotel filled the bill. It wasn't anything spectacular, but the staff was extremely helpful. I'd probably stay here again.

It was good for one night. The staff were not as accomodating as I would have liked. The breakfast was okay but lacked instructions on how things worked and if you needed hot water for chocolate or oatmeal it was not available. It was inexpensive and good for the one night. Nita

Hotel was easy to find, located just off the highway. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast room was too small and we had nowhere to sit. Overall we thought it was a good place to stop between San Francisco and Yosemite.

This is a nice hotel for the price. The appearance and comfort of the room were very good and it was pretty convenient (only problem is that you have to be coming from the east to access the driveway). Very average Best Western - room was clean and spacious (2 bed queen suite) but beds were hard and the bathroom door hinges were noisy. We had to report the problem to the front desk instead of the help noticing that in advance. Breakfast bar was adequate but the water used to make the juices tasted terrible. The kitchen staff acknowledged that was […] the source - so why didn't they use bottled water?? We thought they had an exercise room but it turned out they did not. Great location for ease of access. Our room was close to the hwy, so we did get some noise. Staff was friendly and the room was big and clean. Great value!

Was very impressed with the service we received here. We had requested a non-smoking room on the first floor and the first room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and within minutes were brought keys to an upgraded room in the suites section of the hotel which was very nice. The room was very noisy, thanks to a room full of noisy, dirtbag guys staying next door. The toilet didn't flush properly. They gave us conditioner and no shampoo. The breakfast begins and ends quickly, so beware.

It is a great hotel to stay at, we stay there every year for at least a week at a time. This time though the toilet handel had broke in our room. I told 2 diffrent front desk girls (nothing happened) and then on the 3rd day finaly found the maintenance man to come fix it.

The hotel was clean, had easy access, was within walking distance of places to eat and downtown core. Breakfast had good variety and was kept stocked with food.

Limint plug ins for electronics, but better than last time stayed there with same complaint. Breakfast was very nice for the price...free. Rooms were quiet and staff was very nice.

card keys didn’t wrk, jets in bath didn’t work, one remote didn’t work, one lam didn’t work. wireless remote went down for one evening. But, bed was comfortable, ice machine was close, fridge was nice, pool was perfect, allowing dog was great. breakfast was great. people were nice. Great shampoo and conditioner, very clean.

Motel was excellent except for lack of a an extra chair so partner had to sit on bed and it was uncomfortable. Only one elevator and ice machine broke down on 3rd floor. Other were available on 1st and 2nd floor. Motel is an olde onee. Had WiFi but I didn't and room was not wired for CAT 5, Had to use lobby computer which helped. Breakfast was great […] and adequate. We couldn't sleep almost the whole night in our room in the third floor with direct view to the interstate directly behind a wall. may bee the other rooms arre better . . . we have had one of the worst.

The hotel is right beside the interstate highway which suited our plans fine as we were using this a one night stop-over. It may not suit someone looking to base themselves here for a few days if you were looking for peace and quiet due to the road noise. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast choice in the morning very good. On the downside […] the breakfast closed at 09:30 sharp which I thought was poor, especially on a Sunday and the fact that it is still a buffet breakfast. At the weekend I would have expected breakfast to be on a bit later. The pool area which adjoins the breakfast area doesn't open till 10:00am, we asked to finish our coffee at the tables poolside which was OK then a pool attendant came a short while later and said we have to move as the pool wasn't open, we didn't move as I was on the phone however the hotel does need to look at opening / closing times and get their policies straight. Sign outside indicated that it had been voted best in Manteca. Location was adjacent the highway and very noisy, if this is the best then Manteca would require avoiding. We stayed in several Best Westerns on our 3 week holiday of California. They were all similar in price but this one did not meet the same standard in room quality or service.

Room was exceptionally clean for a Best Western, and location is very convenient - just off the freeway. Heard no freeway noise and slept like a baby! Check in was extremely slow, but the other hotel features made up for it: Decent FREE breakfast and nice pool, squeaky clean room, comfy bed with quality pillows.

When my wife told me she had booked I was really mad. The last time I stayed at a Best Western I had said that would be the last time. She tried to book across the street at the Comfort Inn they only had a smoking room and she was directed to Best Western. Overall I was surprised we checked in around 10pm Friday night and the night cleck was really […] friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and didn't smell at all, very confortable. Office staff great. Good breakfast. Lack of electic plugs in room caused issues. Overall would stay there again.

we stayed before @ this Best Western Hotel and have enjoyed it in the past. we were up in Manteca Ca for a Saturday Easter Party well around 11:30-pm Saturday night when we got to our room about a half an hour after somebody was trying to get into our room my wife looked through the Security hole on the door and asked this couple what they were doing […] and they said they were given this key to the room and it was a mistake from the front desk. the next Morning when we were checking out the lady behind the desk seemed like she had no clue of what to do with this situation. we told her that the desk Manager told us to see the clerk when checking out and they would give us Rewards for what happened and I got to the point where I just told the girl have someone from here give us a call @ home . she still had no clue what to do. other then that is was just a mistake from the clerk @ the front office and we did get our reward Points. I have stayed in better Best Westerns.

Older motel, but kept up very nicely. Liked that it was right off the highway. This was close to restaurants and shopping. Our room smelled a little smokey even though we had a non smoking room.

We were driving home from a winter trip down south and were weary, just needed a place to stop and rest for the night. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. A very pleasant surprise at a great rate. We hadn't expected much because this is a very small town so we were more than pleased.
