Was a bit off the beaten path, but an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown, quaint Zagreb city center. The hotel did not have a pool or sauna. Just a clean, safe hotel and well worth the money. Very nice staff there too.

wonderful pizza restaurant within walking distance and a great bakery down the street - food at hotel was tasty, but expensive...
"Nice hotel, little far from train station"
I have nothing to say bad about the hotel. The food selection near the hotel is scarce, and the hotel food is ok, not great, but not bad. My room was one of the larger ones and it was very nice, two toilets. I would stay there again for the price, it was hard to beat.

"Average"
Comfortable but average. Outdated 80s wood paneling and floral sheets. No WiFi in rooms, only in the lobby and the Business center computer was broken.
Nice and friendly staff, qvite neighbourhood...

Great hotel, 15/20 min walk from centre or very short cab ride. Surrounding area has some nice cafes and restaurants. "too far to walk from city"
The hotel has no AC during transition time, which was a big disappointment for a "Sheraton". Standard rooms are small. The Jr. Suite is wonderful if you can upgrade. Breakfasts are good though a little pricy. Not to conveniently located, as it's too far to walk to city or public transportation (train,bus)

"Better than the Reviews"
Booked this as we had travelled across Eastern Europe and we fancied a bit of comfort for our last few nights. Saw this hotel and went on Trip Advisor, and the reviews were pretty poor, But when we got there we got a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older style but was very nice and the rooms are big and cosy enough, with brilliant views. There is free […] Internet in the lobby (although there is only one very old computer in an empty room). The only slight minor is there area isn't great near the train track if you walk into town, as its a bit of a run down estate. "A budget Sheraton experience."
The hotel is located 5-6 tramstops from the center, and it takes only 15 mins to walk there. Do not expect a regular Sheraton experience, as it is only a subsidiary, but you get what you pay for.
"Come on, It's Still a Sheraton"
I know that Zagreb is in the former Soviet Union but this hotel is still a Sheraton so one would suppose there were some standards. The hotel was pretty bleak, in a pretty bleak neighborhood. There was no concierge, the front desk did not have maps, the cleaning crew was haphazard and the hallway smelled as though the entire carpet was mildewed. A card […] accompanying the coffee maker indicated that one would have to purchase the coffee from the front desk rather than it simply being provided. The restaurant was so bad it was almost scary. The dishes needed to be inspected prior to use because they had stuck on food on them. The coffee in the large urn was a very strange green color and didn't taste much like coffee. The bread was stale and everything was oversalted. Sometimes the cleaners were there before 8 am and sometimes they weren't there until after 8 pm. Even with that they didn't always clean thoroughly or properly, one day the toilet was left uncleaned entirely. Sheraton Hotels should have some basic minimum of service to allow use of the name. "GREAT PLACE TO STAY..."
The hotel personnel gave us a great greeting and tourist info. The room is very nice, especially with its washroom and marble finish. The streets leading from the Kaptol to the hotel, are a bit underlit, which could be a safety concern for any female tourists. The free internet was a nice thing, but was described to us upon our arrival.

"Four Points Zagreb"
At first they gave me a double bed in a suite but since I required two singles I was changed to a normal room. The room was very spacious and comfortable although it did smell of smoke even though the floor was non-smoking. The hotel is a little off the beaten track so you have to take a cab ride to where it is all happening but it is good value.

Great room that must have been an upgrade. We had a large suite with entry corridor, large bathroom, separate toilet and walk in closet. Good restaurant and very warm staff.
"Sheraton four points"
It was good, but don't confuse this Sheraton with other Sheratons, so, check the address and location before booking. We enjoyed the stay for sure, and you can walk to where the action is, it is just about 10 minutes further than we would have liked. Overall good.

"Needs major improvement"
Front Desk Clerks were very rude. Housekeeping was extremely slow. After October 1st, the air conditioning automatically goes off at 9 pm and there are no windows to open. Requested a fan but the room was hot all night.

"Godt og flot hotel"
Et rigtigt godt hotel! Alt var godt pånær følgende: 1) Hotelreceptionen er ikke ligefrem smilende og hjælpsom (men det var dog en generel Zagreb tendens, så måske vi bare er for forvente fra den danske kundeservice?). 2) Morgenmaden er alt for dyr efter vores mening, vi prøvede den derfor ikke, så om den er dét værd, ved jeg ikke - men jeg tvivler ;) […] (til gengæld var roomservicen OK og OK pris). 3) Det ligger ikke vildt centralt, så der er et lille stykke til sporvognen og 6 stop ind til byen. Til gengæld er kvarteret ganske flot og med en del supermarkeder og caféer (læs: Sportsbarer)... Generelt vil jeg anbefale dette hotel, hvis man kan få en god pris! Bemærk: Der er gratis WiFi i hotelreceptionen og gratis KABLET internet på værelset. Man må altså sætte sig i receptionen, hvis man vil tjekke vejrudsigt og restauranter fra fx mobilen, som jo ikke har et LAN stik... Читати далі
Det tager en lille halv time at gå fra hotellet og ind til centrum, men hvis man har bil med, er det et godt sted at bo, da der er mulighed for parkering. Man skal dog være opmærksom på, at aflevere sin parkeringsbillet med det samme, så det kan blive skrevet på værelsesregningen, da det ellers koster næsten 3 gange så meget pr. døgn. "FINT"
SUPER TIL PRISEN
Отель отвечает заявленному уровню 4*. Был номер большой по площади, большой санузел, мини-бар(за плату), в отеле есть ресторан и лаундж-бар. Без проблем заменили номер, ждать не пришлось. (Меняли дабл на твин).Все счета оплачиваются на выезде. Главное - в этом отеле есть номера для курящих.

La habitación era grande y cómoda, sin embargo no funcionaban ni el aire acondicionado ni el televisor; tuvimos problemas para conectarnos a internet, al pedir ayuda quedaron de enviar a una persona que nunca llegó. Cuando quisimos cenar algo en el restaurante, no apareció nadie como para que nos atendiera, luego de un rato nos fuimos a comer a los […] alrededores. Por suerte estuvimos sólo una noche. "Único hotel decepcionante del viaje a los Balcanes"
Hemos estado en 7 hoteles durante el viaje por Crocacia y Bosnia, y este ha sido el único que no recomendaríamos. La ubicación no es buena, pero la queja principal es que lo descrito en esta web "habitación de lujo" ni de lejos se acerca a la realidad. Siendo la habitación lo más espartana posible y con una decoración cutre y hortera que desprestigia […] a la firma Sheraton y no hace cómoda la estancia. Además intentaron cobrarnos tasas municipales a la salida, cuando en la reserva indicaba que estaban incluidas en el precio. "Upgrade de chambre sans demande"
Bonne surprise à l'arrivée : une chambre upgradée sans avoir aucune raison ! Parfait ! Personnel accueillant et très sympa. Chambre très spacieuse avec belle vue ! Très propre mais on sent que l'hotel date un peu. Petit détail (même si c'est loin d'être important, surtout en vacances) : une télé cathodique au lieu d'un écran plat (pour le prix que ces […] écrans coûtent, c'est l'image de l'hotel qui peut changer). Encore une fois déçu par les équipements prévus dans la brochure et la qualité très mauvaise du garage extérieure et non surveillé mais payant de plus erreur de facturation sur frais de parking comment faire
"Sozialistischer Charme der 80er Jahre"
Der Check In war an beiden Tagen nur mit einer Dame besetzt. Bei einem Hotel mit über 200 Zimmern ist das ein unhaltbarer Zustand. Selbst bei Ankunft einer Reisegruppe wurde nurt ein zweiter Schalter besetzt (meine Wartezeit für eine Frage: mehr als 15 min.). Ortskenntnis des Personals mangelhaft (2 Nachfragen wurden mir falsch beschrieben). Bei der […] Abreise wurde mir auf Anfrage erklärt, warum das Zimmer in der 14. Etage z. B. noch einen mehr als 20 Jahre alten Grundig-TV hatte: es würde gerade modernisiert und dort oben sei man noch nicht angekommen. Dafür war der Preis mehr als unangemessen und die 4 Sterne nicht berechtigt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter! Читати далі
Little far away from the city center, but otherwise ok and everything you would expect from a big hotel company. (the pizza place about one block away was perfect! :)
"Four points - bra läge"
Hotellet ligger med bra läge från stan. Det går att gå och det finns även bra förbindelser med spårvagn. Vi tog rum utan frukost. Ville man lägga till kostade det ca 110 kr men det finns gott om möjlighet att äta frukost ute mycket billigare. Trevlig personal.

"un poco lejos del centro"
en general buen hotel, falta algo de limpieza y está un poco lejos del centro y otras atracciones. Está cerca de lugares para arrendar vehículos y hay varis café cerca, pero no restaurantes
