Very pleasant stay in all respects. The only negative is the lighting in the suite. Soft white lighting bulbs would be more appropriate - I don't want to feel like I'm in Walmart ...

Despite of the fact that I took a long time to check in and check out because the hotels.com and the hotel we´re not aligned with my reservation, the rest was perfectly fine.

We stayed one night after wine tasting in Dry Creek area late December. Pretty hotel, nice rooms, would have loved to sit by the outdoor firepit if we had time. Walking distance to Railroad district restaurants & shops and couple of minute drive to downtown.

We enjoy a lot this hotel. The service was great!!! Good room. Good hotel ubication.

The hotel nickeled and dimed you for wi-fi which is normally FREE! Also, the so called concierge did not give correct directions to the Charles Schulz museum. He said to go down Railroad to Steele, but failed to say that it leads to Guerneville Road & one needs to turn left, then right onto Steele Way, then left again. This is a very good hotel and one I would recommend. I have stayed here several times on my twice annual trips between Southern California and Northern Oregon. On this visit, however, I had to wait for perhaps 10 minutes, while a young woman reserved several rooms for herself and other young friends who, from the looks of things, were planning to PARTY. […] I requested a room that was FAR away from the party people, because I had driven many hours that day and wanted to get some rest before continuing on my journey. The front desk was so accomodating.

Excellent beds. Disappointed to find no refrigerator in the room, and only three small drawers for storage of clothing. Access to the room by elevator was inconvenient both because of location of the elevator and requirement to have a room key to go up. The other disappointment was the difficulty we experienced with the front desk being unable to understand […] the length of our prepaid reservation, sending a final bill to our room on three days of our 5 day stay, and cancelling our keycards on two days at noon, despite our reminding them each day of the duration of our reservation, and their assurance that all was understood.. As the mother of the bride and hostess to many, many guests, the Hyatt and staff were wonderful and accomodating. Be sure and note Chris at the front desk...this nice man helped me load a full car load of flowers and food for our apres wedding memorial day picnic....and lovely Amanda in the brasserie made sure our "dry cappacinos" were JUST RIGHT! Very nice hotel, great staff, wonderful location near the downtown area. Comfortable bed and well appointment bathroom. I was a bit disappointed that there was no fridge in our room, we managed.

Hotel was nice and close to mall and restaurants.

Nice hotel. Friendly service. Nice rooms and a decent pool. I stayed in a room at the patio level. The real negative is that the hallway noise is pretty loud. You can hear doors opening and closing, people's conversations and even their footsteps outside the door. Thus, I can't say I got a good night's rest. This is my second time at this hotel. The first time my husband I just went for a quick weekend get-away so we did the romance pkg that included a couples massage, it was fabulous! Our second time there it as to go wine tasting in Sonoma, definitely visti the concierge , he was soo accommodating and had wonderful tips about where to go and was soo informative. […] And he gave us about 5 vouchers for different wineries. The room was a good size and beds pretty comfy, all in all I would stay there again. Also there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and we only ate at the hotel once for breakfast but they did have a good selection. We did visit the spa again and booked separate massages and it so so well worth it, I had a hot stone and it was fabulous and my husband had a deep tissue and he was in heaven. We stayed in the hotel for one night this past weekend. The hotel is pretty, it's in a convenient location and the restaurant is very good. However, on a Saturday night many of the guests were in town to tour the wineries, and a number of them came back drunk and boisterous. Every half our or so until after midnight there was some very loud passerby […] in the hall outside our room. I specifically asked for a quiet room because we have a 1-yr-old and our room was anything but quiet. Also, for a 'deluxe king' it was incredibly small. We are planning a wedding for our daughter in 2012 and would like to use Hyatt Vineyard for guests but the cost was expensive for what you got. Nothing extra! You need to provide free wi-fi to your guests, that is a must!

We were newbies to wine country so the assistance provided by the Conscierge at the hotel was fabulous and very helpful. we also needed a couple extras from the front desk and were treated with very prompt and courteous service. This is an excellent place to stay!

hotel itself was confusing. only one elevator in our wing ( that i could find) & no signage to get to pool, elevator etc & i had to continually seek out workers to ask what direction to go.

A nice hotel; loved the brand new bathroon, especially the shower, and tons of great stores and restaurants in walking distance, and terrific freeway access. Only shortcomings, elevators were not in convenient locations and required key card to ascend/descend between floors, and really missed a microwave, mini fridge, and DVD player in the room.

What a great value for this area. This hotel is a gem! I was in town on business and was sad to only be staying two nights.

The price was lower than most others with the same customer rating. It had good restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint was that they charge for internet access.

This hotel recently completed an upgrade project which produced a nice bar and restaurant with good outdoor space. Hotel is modeled on a european villa, around a central courtyard. The courtyard contains a fire pit that draws guests in the evenings. It's a good place to meet others and enjoy conversation, but also quiet and intimate enough to enjoy […] the company of just your companion. A nice pool and spa lie beyond the building, and beyond that a public trail along a creek. Rooms are comfortable and clean and met my usual expectations of Hyatt. The staff was relaxed and friendly. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Santa Rosa's historic 'Railroad Square' area, offering excellent restaurants, as well as various stores including antique dealers and art galleries. This hotel makes a very comfortable 'home base' if you are enjoying a few days of wine tasting anywhere in Sonoma county. Читати далі

very friendly staff, our first room had an extra port hole window right behind the tv and the sun was too bright, we called the front desk and in less than a minute the manager came with keys to another room, great location - walking distance to restaurants and cafes!! beautyful pool and hotel grounds!!! we would stay there again!!

We were working in the area and needed a good nights sleep. This is a TOP NOTCH hotel with a Zagat rated restaurant next to it. It was all we were looking for and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. The pool and spa was spacious and romantic. The large lava like fire pit inviting. The staff professional. The bedding was AWESOME. The hotel was centrally located with eclectic shops and eateries in walking distance as well as mall facilities and two movie complexes...also off 101 fwy but you wouldn't know it. The staff was attentive and friendly without attitude without being fawning. The spa was exceptional and my massage far surpassed the Ritz Carlton's in Laguna Nigel. The […] Brasserie is in two sections with dining and bar & light eats and snacks. We relaxed and hung out or if you're more inclined to work your vacation the concierge is very helpful in printing out maps, directions, and point you to places to go and things to do. The Hyatt Vineyard Creek is set back just off highway 101 only a relatively short drive from San Francisco. Despite being so close to a major roadway it is a peaceful retreat ideally situated for exploring the Californian wine country. The hotel is welcoming and gives an air of comfort and luxury without being overwhelming. The fitness centre with accompanying […] locker rooms and steam room are a great bonus and the pool area out back of the hotel are a welcome addition for lazing in the mid afternoon heat. The restaurant attached to the hotel is good and does a great Sonoma continental breakfast which is fantastic value and there are a number of excellent options for dining in Santa Rosa's Old Railroad Square and Downtown area which are only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms at the Hyatt are good too; huge beds and decent size bathrooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and well informed about the local attractions.
