Well there was only 2 tv in the 4 bedroom house didn't really like that with 4 kids and even though I booked to stsy in kissimmee they booked me in haines city never headed of the place but was almost 25 minute ride from the parks but over all a good place would book again

Nice place. Just wish they had some cleaning supplies. You have to buy dish washing detergent, sponges, toilet paper, etc.. For 3 days. And then it all gets thrown away. Kind of a waste. But the place was pretty good.

The house was confortable, clean and beautiful. It has everything you could need in the kitchen. It's a very calm place, you can take walks around the lake, it is peaceful.The only bad thing is that some of the mattresses need to be replaced.

It was very comfortable and clean, there was always someone cleaning the grounds or removing the trash, the building was kept up very well freshly panted or in the process of painting it, the grounds were very well kept.

The house was pleasant and "hommie", good for families and extended family. Good neighborhood. It's a home away from home. We specifically requested items that was NOT fullfiled as promised such as a King size bed master bedroom, a grill that was delivered 3 days late and air condition that was not working for the first 2 1/2 days. House was nice but location was not. Way to far from attractions. Realize that 10 miles away from disney can take over an hour to get to.

The house had two small master bathrooms with only showers in them and it had small beds in them. neither room had a king bed in it and it was me, my fiancee, and our 12 month old son and that small suppose to be queen bed was very uncomfortable for us. The televisions as well as the furniture needs to be upgraded. the televisions were small 19" televisions, […] they were so old that the kids could not even plug up there video games we had to go and buy converter boxes. We asked for a room in kissimmee Florida. Received a room in davenport. After checking in the air dis not work. We contacted the management company which was in charge of tue house we were staying. She dis not know when she could get the air fixed. We asked about the roaches that were everywhere and she said that was normal. Kids went swimming and came […] running back in due to a snake in the pool. We were scheduled to stay for a week. We checked out the next morning. It wasn't so much homes4uu as much as the actual management company that was so bad. There was no toliet paper or papery towels and the master bed comforter had not been washed and smelled badly. We enjoyed staying at a house rather than a hotel because it gave my family more room to roam, a private swimming pool and privacy. I will definitely book another vacation home on our next family vacation.

If ur lucky they will give u a best randome home But it's realy better then a hotel room that's for sure To be honest i will do it again every time that i visit orlando

Very poor general hygiene in the home. We found clothing inside the dryer. In the hall cleaning cloths are voted on the floor. Very old house, distant from the main attractions and shopping. We pay to Expedia, Expedia and then leased to 4UU 4UU leased to Contempo, a real disaster. I do not recommend this house.

We rented a private pool home and were more than impressed. The house was immaculate, set in a beautiful neighbourhood, and in close proximity to everything we needed (shopping, theme parks..). This company provided us with everything they said and more. If you haven't rented a private pool home before, we highly recommend it. This was our 3rd time […] doing it and in our opinion it's the only way to go. They provide excellent customer service... I was very satisfied. Condo was extremely clean & spacious. Approx. 15-20 minutes to all Disney attractions & approx. 45 min to the airport. Overall I can't wait to do it again next year.

The house was in Davenport, not Kissemee, a full 15 miles from Disney. The neighbourhood was run down, and the house was somewhat shabby. There was internet, but no wireless internet. There is no one to answer an emergency call. I will not recommend this place and will not be going back.

Great house and great area. Super value. Only issue was with management acusing us of setting the air conditioning to 50 degrees and threatening to bill us for air conditioner repairs. When we arrived the house was 79 degrees so I adjusted thermostat to 73. Who puts air conditioning to 50?????

Our accomodations went beyond our expectations. Location was convenient to parks, restaurants and shopping. I found the management to be very friendly and helpful. A homes4UU representative actually stayed late the evening before our departure to make sure we had our registration and check-in directions in order for the next day. My favorite part of […] our stay was relaxing in the private heated pool and spa that was steps away from the back door. I believe this is a real value for a family vacation to this area. I am planning to return with a large group of extended family in the near future. Homes 4UU offers excellent accommodations for families who want space, the ability to cook meals, plenty of TVs, and the luxury of a private pool...at prices that are very competitive with nearby resort and hotels. The house was nice and the neighborhood and neighbors were very nice. The king size bed was a queen and the large flat screen t.v.s were two old t.v.'s that games couldn't be hooked up to nor were they flat screens. We went to Walmart and bought a t.v. for our Grandson to play his games on. Next time I would go straight to the source to rent a home. […] I was told due to renting through a third party, Expedia, Homes 4uu and then Contempo Homes they couldn't give me a specific address until check in. This made it harder to plan and I was told I was getting a generic home because I rented this way. We spent 8days with our 4 kids. The house was neat and in great condition. The swimming pool was not on our arrival but was cleaned early next day . The location was very convenient with theme parks close by.A Walmart 15 min away helped us to replenish the house with groceries at cheap cost. The kids loved it. During our stay, we NEVER had to eat outside […] because we were packing food before leaving and cooking at home in the evenings. This saved us a lot. The kids enjoyed the TVs in each room (heaven for us, no argument for 1 week !), enjoyed the boardgames in the house; the gameroom also was great with billiards, etc... When the kids and tell you they want to go home after a place like Disneyworld, trust me, they like home. And I am not talking about going back tired, they were cheering as soon as they were back in the house.They kept themselves busy playing in the house and we did not complain about it, real vacation for us! We ended up cutting back on the theme parks and the kids did not mind staying home the whole day.We would just go to free attractions like Downtown Disney in the evenings. TIPS: Shop at Walmart for groceries. you can also buy some souvenirs at cheap price there btw. Publix and walgreens are closer (5 min), but walmart cheaper- Wrap sandwiches in AM before you go to parks- Freeze bottles water the day before if summer-Plan some days at home, kids will enjoy, with free attractions evening. Dirty Pool House with few supplys. Example five bedroom house with one face cloth. Few towles and those were in poor condition and in a variety of miss match! I know we are expected to use our own supplys but a half used roll of toilet paper per bathroom? Exposed wires in the "Game Room" slash{un=airconditiond garage}. Broken pool table balls! Broken […] kithchen faucet! Signs every where saying if this or that goes wrong you may need to pay a repair visit! This house already needs repairs! I was going to make a list, but decided it would just be easier next time to use another vender. We have stayed at houses we have good memories of and would enjoy going back to. Not this one. This home was in a very poorly maintained neighborhood. Neighbors had a fridge and dryer in the driveway with tons of trash. The front porch was infested with bees nest and wasp nest. Upon entering the home the carpets were stained and the home had a musty smell. The pool area had patio furniture made of PVC with rotted cushions so there were unusable. […] The owner of the home appeared unannounced every day at diff. times to maintain the pool. On day 4 of 7 he over clorinated the pool so we were unable to use it for the rest of the vacation with 106 degree temps every day. I would never rent a home from this company again, I called the company while we were there and was told the manager was out and to email when I got home.....What For? My vacation was already ruined. when I first saw the house I was disappointed. I had rented a home 2 yrs ago and it was much newer. The inside proved to be very nice and updated. The pool was small but the kids had a great time. good vacation.

We were allowed to check in a few hours early since we had a very early flight, which was nice. The house was beautiful and clean. Our home had a large master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom, a second single bedroom, and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each. Every bedroom had its own television. There were three bathrooms, which worked […] out perfectly since we had 6 people in the house. The pool wasn't perfectly clean, but it was still very nice to swim in. Dinnerware was provided, and there was a washing machine/dryer in the home. There was a garage, but I don't think we were allowed to park in it since it was locked and we didn't receive an opener. The central air kept the house cool and comfortable at all times. Our stay was very nice overall, and I can only think of two things that could have been better. First, the company advised us not to buy the pool heat ($35) a day because the weather was going to be in the 90s. The pool temperature was fine without the heat, but we didn't get any heat in the hot tub either. Had I known the hot tub would stay cold, I would have bought the pool heat anyway. Finally, I didn't really like Haines City, which is where the house was located. There is very little to do besides drive to Disney which is about 20 minutes away. We ended up taking day trips to the ocean, which was only about 90 minutes away. Читати далі

Om vi börjar med incheckningen så hade vi nog missat att kontakta Homes 4uu innan vi reste som det stod i bokningsbeskedet, vilket ledde till att vi åkte till fel adress, men det löste sig snart. Sen var det bara positivt. Det var finare, större och renare än vad vi kunde trto innan. Klart rekommenderbart. Åk hit, ni blir inte besvikna.

Das Haus liegt in einer offenen Wohnanlage ohne Infrastruktur, etwa 30min von Orlando entfernt, es ist grosszuegig, liebevoll eingerichtet, ein Auto ist ein muss, einkaeufe, essen gehen nur mit Auto moeglich
